The little ladies are not only cute and representative for the brand by wearing the pieces so nicely that it makes me want to buy everything. I recently bought some jewelry for myself online through the gorjana app and wanted to check out the physical store. I love the ring and necklace that I purchased and thought it would be fun to see some of the other pieces in real life. The store was empty on a Tuesday morning except for two sales associates. One was quick to ask if I needed help and backed off appropriately when I told her I was just looking. gorjana sells costume and fine jewelry. They have some of the most delicate jewelry I have ever seen. Teeny-tiny charms, extremely thin chains, and itty bitty beads. I saw a bracelet I thought was gorgeous, but didn't buy it because I felt I'd break the fragile chain the first time I wore it. They also have a nice selection of chunky rings, statement charms, and thick chains. This is one of my favorite stores in Valley Fair Mall. They have beautiful costume jewelry and fine jewelry. My husband wanted us to come here today so I can pick out some things for my birthday coming up next week. They have a lot of new items that just arrived this past week, so it was hard to make a decision. The prices aren't too bad and the quality is exceptional. They have the best customer service. This was my first time ever inside this particular jewelry store, as I was tacking along with my friend to buy an earring. Apparently, she lost one of them and needed a replacement. As she looked for her earring, I started looking at earrings as well. They had so many cute bracelets with very unique charms or designs that I started looking at the earrings with the little chain across to the connecting side of the earring. I have a cartilage piercing on one of my ears, and I was thinking a boring hoop or stud should be changed. Hee. I found this really cute earring, and as I looked at it and looked up for my friend to ask her opinion, the lady behind the counter asked me if I wanted to see anything. She was very sweet and welcoming, not pushy or anything! I ended up trying on the earring and she gave me an alcohol wipe so I could clean off everything! Then I couldn't get the earring on and she was very helpful and assisted me in putting the clasp on the backside of the earring! Lol it looks so cute with the little diamond and the 14 karat gold, $115 was not bad!! I bought the earring and that is what is shown here! I would definitely go back again!! read more

An unwelcoming vibe from employees at the store. It has the vibe of a "nice to wealthy people only" store, but I was confused as it says fine jewelry but it has a really yellow gold, very shiney, which looks like cheap jewelry at Target or costume jewelry. The designs were not dainty, cute or nice either just there. But I don't know, maybe this is a type of jewelry style I'm not familiar with. I guess when think of fine jewelry I think of something else. Wouldn't have reviewed this place at all if the employees were more warm, or warm at all atleast. read more

I was browsing and one of the sales rep did ask if I needed help and I did and after wards just kind of walked away. Getting ready to celebrate our 20 year anniversary. So my wife went into store and met with Fiona and they decided on a ring. Today I came in to purchase the ring and got to meet Fiona and Bella and they were fantastic. The ring had been put on hold. They showed it to me and it was beautiful. It was a wonderful experience. Cheapest jewelry for the price is absolutely NOT WORTH IT. My pieces have only lasted a month or two of wear and they don't hold up AT ALL. staff is very rude and unhelpful. I have also been given back damaged pieces without my knowledge. i've been here twice and was treated horribly both times. save yourself the time and the money and avoid this location/company. read more

Workers here are nice but the manager was so rude to her employees. I didn't interact with the manager myself but a worker who was helping me asked the manager about something that I needed and she was so condescending towards the employee right in front of me. Even though the manager didn't talk directly to me, it still made me uncomfortable and I felt sorry for the worker. The cashier was busy with a customer so there was no interaction ever made. I didn't find anything of interest and the piece I did I was unable to follow up with because the cashier was too busy. My niece lost her earrings so we came in browsing for some earrings that were secure for a teenager. We were immediately greeted by Fiona and Izzy who were both absolutely lovely. Fiona was our primary sales person and gave us enough space to browse without hovering. We ended up buying two sets of earrings and a necklace. When I was having trouble deciding on what necklace and studs, Fiona and Izzy were so helpful. I usually buy my fine jewelry from a Kendra Scott, but the prices are so much more affordable at Gorjana. I also love the expansion of selections lately. I was drawn instantly to this jewelry store by its posh, chic appearance and the name just really stood out to me. I decided to give this place a shot since I've been looking for necklaces to pair with outfits. Let me start off by saying, the jewelry pieces are super cute and dainty + the layering necklaces were easy to mix/match as a set. Aside from that, It was convenient that there were mirrors at every turning direction which made it easier to try them on. I received a beautiful gold and amethyst necklace from my daughter for my birthday but unfortunately it broke within two weeks of me receiving me. I went to this little hidden gem of a store in Valley Fair to exchange it. The minimalist clean looking store is easy to find in Valley Fair. Excellent employees who were so attentive and helpful. I love this place! This is my favorite jewelry place by far. My friend took me here to look around and I now probably own half of the store. The customer service is impeccable every single employee is super sweet and friendly. I have enjoyed every visit and have told all my friends about it. Definitely will be back and excited for their new collections. I was at the mall on Monday and one of my necklaces broke and I brought it in to add an extender and they replaced it with no cost. I've followed Gorjana on social media for a while now and was super excited when a store popped up close to home. In person, I bought the Bespoke Parker Mini Layering Set ($108). The sales associate at the time, Maria, was SUPER helpful and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I wasn't sure that I wanted to engrave my necklace at the time, but she assured me I could come back at a later date if I changed my mind. A couple weeks later I stopped by to engrave my necklace with the letter "A" in Century Custom. A different sales rep (this was on Wednesday, May 25th at around 3pm) engraved my necklace and let me know to come back in about 10 mins. When I came back she handed me my necklace in a bag - which I didn't check because I expected more from this establishment and was in a rush to get to my next outing. Later that evening when I came home, my engraving looked like it was scribbled on or they tried to engrave it more than once. The "A" did not look like what is advertised on social media, or the engraving examples in person. I couldn't believe a reputable company with jewelry over $100 would even consider giving me a ruined necklace back. Upset, I called the next day and a sales associate let me know I could come in whenever to fix my necklace. I was finally able to come in yesterday (June 15th at around 11:30am) and was completely blown away at how rude the sales associate was. First, she let me know that sometimes the engraving just looks like that - as she rolled her eyes. She said I should probably choose a different font. When I asked her which one she recommended, she scoffed when she had to walk to the engraving examples to give me a suggestion (mindful that I was the only customer in the store, so not sure how I seemed to be interrupting anything she was doing). Im sad because this isn't the font I wanted in the first place. Why would you offer engraving of something that seems to get messed up? But more importantly, I'm shocked that this store has hired young women who completely disrespect paying customers. I used to really like this brand and wanted to buy jewelry for my family and friends - but will not be coming back due to lack of customer service and integrity. I'm very disappointed. Please hire friendly faces like Maria, it makes a world of difference. If any of the other girls would have helped me that first day, I wouldn't have made my purchase in the first place. read more

During my first time visiting the shop I was doing last minute shopping. I was approached by a sales associate who at first seemed genuine and helpful. While looking for gifts for family members and jewelry for myself. I picked out several pieces and then began looking for necklaces for myself. I may have asked the associate 1 too many questions regarding the necklace length since I am trying to find a certain length to layer my necklace collection. To me that seemed like a very valid question to ask given this is a jewelry story. Once I found the right necklace I asked to know the length. She told me that she "she didn't know and would go and find out the "exact" length of the necklace and be right back". Anyway, I walked up to the associate helping me patiently waiting for an answer and I quickly realized the associate was talking bad about me to her co-worker not realizing I can hear everything that she was saying. I frequently buy Gorjana at the Walnut Creek location and I am typically greeted with the best customer service. Everyone is very friendly and helpful at the Walnut Creek location. However, the same does not hold true at the West Valley Fair Mall location in San Jose. There were two employees working on Saturday 11/20/2021 near 2pm. One employee was assisting another customer and I could hear the friendliness in her voice. Another employee in a grey tshirt with jeans never acknowledged me when I walked into the store. It felt very uncomfortable the fact that she was hovering while I was looking for a new necklace, but never said anything towards me (not even a hi)!! When looking to purchase the mini Venice necklace I asked for the price. The employee in the grey tee told me $75. Since it's a large amount of money I wanted to think about it longer. I later checked the website and the necklace is really $65. Not only was there a lack on communication, but I received faulty information. Gorjana just lost a sale due the lack of knowledge and awful customer service from that particular employee. This is not the first time I had an awful experience with this employee. Last time I was at the store she was gossiping with a friend who came in the store. She was discussing which products she was going to buy for herself.
