This 5-star review is specifically for Evan. When I first came into the store, I spent about 15 minutes walking around without being greeted or offered assistance by anyone. After selecting some items, I headed to the fitting rooms where Evan was working. He made sure I had everything I needed, checked in on me while I was trying things on, and repeatedly offered to grab different sizes and items. His customer service made me feel genuinely taken care of and was the reason I ended up having a positive shopping experience. Horrible shopping experience at this location. I was shopping with my 10 year old child. I wanted to try on some items. Change room attendant informed me that only one person in change room. The Loss Prevention guy, a Mexican cat with glasses and a slick back, watched us from the hallway OUTSIDE of the store and we walked in alongside another Asian couple but somehow he ignored them and excused himself around them to get to us to ask if we needed help and then started chilling just by the door. We mentioned that it was crazy he came STRAIGHT to us. Mind you, we were wearing ALL Lululemon and many shopping bags, so I don't know where this perception is coming from. My fiance has been profiled so many times and I'm not surprised it has happened here especially with Lululemon's reputation against Asians. The selection here is pretty big. I frequent this shop for leggings and tops. They have a huge selection of accessories from yoga mats to gym bags and more. No doubt he appreciated the fine construction. But duelling has been outlawed for some time and so I was wondering how we were going to nonverbally settle the issue. I mean, what would Deadpool do? Caitlin came to the rescue. Without hesitation, she deftly swooped in to release the bag from the mannequin and handed me the product. Wowza! The service! I mean she made me feel very VIP just like Ryan Reynolds...wait. As I absconded with the product to wait behind the oversubscribed cashier line, Nadia warmly whisked me away to the side and facilitated my check out! Another VIP touchpoint! Wow! I'm a bit surprised by the low rating for this location. I came in on a Saturday morning intending to buy a backpack, and my experience was great. There was a pretty and friendly young lady near the front by the bags--wish I had gotten her name so I could give her a proper shout-out--who kept checking in on me while I took about 15-20 minutes deciding on a color. She was incredibly kind and attentive. Two other employees also checked in to see if I needed help, which made me feel very welcomed and well taken care of. Even the cashier was super nice when I checked out. Sorry to hear others had a different experience, but mine was the complete opposite. Value is as expected, I guess, with Lulu. read more

The fitting room staff was very nice and helpful as were the staff on the floor in the different sections. The selection is also pretty good here. On December 28, 2024, I went to the Lululemon store located inside Valley Fair at Santa Clara, California for the intent of buying a Fleece jacket for my wife. They didn't have the style that my wife wanted. An Asian gentleman (I believe he was Chinese Mandarin) with broken English helped us. He said he can order the Jacket for us and have it shipped to my address. He told me that the Jacket was on Sale and said If I didn't like the Jacket, I can return it and get a refund only if I signed up for the Membership. I agreed. He took all my info and ordered the Jacket. We left the store. The next day, my wife went to that same store and decided to buy another Fleece jacket she found there. On January 4th, 2025, the jacket I ordered from the store arrived. Because my wife already purchased another fleece jacket, I've decided to return the jacket that they order for me. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, a nice lady cashier greeted me and I asked for a refund of the Jacket. Right away, her manager stepped in and said "I'm sorry, but it looks like you purchase this Jacket with a Final Sale price on it and we can not give you a refund." Furious, I told him that it was HIS employee that had me sign up for the membership and that if for any reason that I don't like the jacket I can return the jacket for a refund. He said "The only solution I can gave you is store credit." I told him this is not what his employee told me. The store manager was rude and direct. He didn't want to help me correct the situation that his employee failed. I didn't want to continue to argue with him anymore and decided to take the store credit via gift card. This is a horrible experience, and will probably return the other jacket my wife bought from them also and never to buy any other Lululemon products again. read more

Went here on a Friday night just to browse around. There was a sale rack on the men's side and a separate sale rack on the women's side. The women's was two sided with one side for tops and one side for bottoms. However, there were minimal items for sizes 4-8 in the sale section. I was able to try things on in the fitting room without waiting and the people there were helpful! No one talked to me at the store asking if I needed help, but I prefer it this way. Checkout was easy and they ask for your account info if you have it! Parking is easy and available in a parking garage nearby. However, the mall has started to charge for parking now!! First two hours are free and then $1/hour after that. read more

Neither personnel were kind or professional and said I couldn't get store credit for a gift I received even though I just got it because the person who gave it to me bought it over 30 days ago. They told me I HAD to buy something else with the credit today if not there were nothing they could do. Even if this is a policy, which it seems like an awful policy to keep your customers happy, they could have been more professional in their approach. Surprised to see all the negative reviews for this Lululemon. I have been to several locations and this one is my favorite. Today I had the pleasure of being assisted by Roberto who was amazing! There was a long line at the register and he never made feel like I was being a burden with all my questions. He assisted me with a warranty exchange and made my experience seamless and pleasant. After processing my first transaction with Roberto, I decided to browse and was assisting by 3 other employees who were very sweet and attentive. The girls by the fitting rooms were awesome as well as the last gentleman who helped me with my last transaction. My daughter and two of her friends were at the store on December 3rd around 7:00 pm. My daughter's iphone 14 was stolen at the store and her friends' wallet were taken too. Not one employee (and there were a decent amount working) greeted me. & I spent 10mins looking for the leggings I wanted (with no help), all while an employee was inches away from me folding leggings. Could I have asked for assistance, yes. However, she was VERY focused on her folding and it appeared to be very important so I didn't want to break her concentration.
