    Bad quality

    Not recommended to buy suits or pants here. The quality is very disappointing considering the high price. I purchased a pair of pants in-store, and after the very first wash of the pants (before I even had a chance to wear them), the button strap broke and the waist area tore apart. When I went back to the store for help, the manager refused to exchange or replace them because it my fault not used dry clean which they never told me before and was not friendly or understanding. I regret spending money here and would advise others to be cautious about the quality and the customer service.

    My partner needed a new suit for all our events that are coming up for the new year. His old ones doesn't fit anymore and it's just time. He was able to schedule an appointment with Anthony for Suit supply. A friend recommended this place. Walking into the store, we were greeted right away. Anthony was kind, friendly, and made this process for suit shopping easy. He introduced himself. He asked if we wanted something to drink. We got a yummy expresso. He had me sit and gave my partner a dress shirt to change into. I swear he knows his stuff. I joked he is magical. He did not ask my partner his size or anything. Just handed him a dress shirt and it fit. He brought out several jackets. All fit really well. He impressed us. He knew exactly what would look great on my partner. We decided on the suit and the shirts. Also, he knew we would enjoy a pocket square. Overall, Anthony is professional and knows style. He made this process easy. We were in and out within thirty minutes. Oh we expedited the suit and it came in the next day! Best place to come for high quality service and suits. If you can ask for Anthony or set up an appointment with him, DO IT!

    I bought my son a brown double breasted Havana jacket with Vigo trousers that are straight thru the hip and thigh for $994, on March 30, 2024. He wore it 4 times and then the trousers ripped on May 18 2024 as he was getting into the car. The trousers are made out of a wool silk linen. We took it back to Suitsupply. The new sales person we got had my son put on a pair of Brescia in a size 40. The Brescia's are a slim pair of pants that are slim thru the hip and thigh. We did not buy the Brescia's in March because they were too tight. The trousers I bought my son were the size 40 Vigo, supposedly one of the roomiest pair of trousers Suitsupply sells. The new sales person said she would not have let my son buy a pair of trousers that tight. She said it was the same size as the pair he ripped. The previous sales person did not have my son buy a tight pair of trousers. She did a great job fitting him in a comfortable pair of Vigo trousers, but not according to our new sales person. My son did not want a pair of tight trousers. I would not have let my son buy a super tight pair of trousers either. The notes in their system said my son preferred a slim fit. This was in reference to the jacket, so he would not need to alter it, adding darts to the back. This was not in reference to wearing pants so tight you can see all the bulges. Not a very nice customer service practice, putting down your fellow employee and not knowing the products that you sell. But hey, try on a pair of Brescia, if they fit, then the same size Vigo's will fit you. If the Brescia's are too tight so are the Vigo's so don't bother, okay. Please see various other reviews on other sites too. There are a few listed with complaints that the trousers ripped and Suitsupply blamed the buyers. Buyers used the trousers improperly. Most people I know of, sit, stand, get in a car, go to a wedding or prom, as proper usage of a suit. Suitsupply advertises with men in water on the beach or in trees, which seems rather irregular and if their products can survive that, then sitting and standing shouldn't be an issue, right? No, a third party like the dry cleaner will rip it, or the customer led them wrong, causing Suitsupply to sell them the wrong pair of trousers. How many people do you see wearing suits in water or trees? Look at their ads. Crazy! Seems to be false advertising if you can't even wear the suit in a car but hanging from a tree is no big deal. But seriously, maybe it's such a bad product that so many trousers and jackets rip, Suitsupply can't keep up with replacing them or they can't afford to stand behind their product. I love my son. He was so embarrassed by the ripped pants, I did not want to further embarrass him. He tried to explain how they were having him try on this super slim fit of trousers to say his ripped because they were too tight. Instead I bought him a custom replacement pair of trousers for $309 so my son would have a complete suit. This brown suit was his favorite and I didn't want him to hate it. I also bought him a new blue suit at Suitsupply because it would be a good weight to wear throughout the year and he was looking forward to getting another custom Italian suit from Suitsupply. Hopefully, these two suits will work out better than the ripped pair of trouser's. I really recommend Nordstrom's men suits. Their Canali suits are half canvased with a roomier fit, instead of fused like cheaper suits but they cost $2,000 and sometimes, $1,000 on sale. As soon as they are on sale, you need to be super quick. Nordstrom would never blame the customer. They do not have a waitlist of 60 to 90 minutes and one sales person at Nordstrom can help multiple customers at the same time. But if you are looking for a less expensive suit, try out Suitsupply. You can build a suit from the ground up within set parameters. Sales people are nice. They do have quality items but they are more fragile. Make an appointment on Sunday when they make the schedule and if that's not possible, set aside a few hours for the wait.

    my son wore a trousers that were fitted to him in the store for prom night and they completely tore after that one use. Shockingly, they blamed us for not properly using the pants and offer neither to fix the pants nor to give a credit back even when it's been less than 30 days since we bought them. Horrible service. And what a waste of money. Stay away

You can take a look ", without any intention of helping. so, I have to literally ask "what kind of material are those sweaters made of?" now he doesn't know either so he looks up the item on his computer and he tells me that they are indeed a different type of wool. It should not have taken this much effort for my question to be answered. Could he be any less interested in making a sale? At this point he gets a call with a customer, presumably, and stays on this call for 5 minutes. I continue to browse and find a sweater that I quite like and bring it up to the counter to ask him to look up the price and material for me. But he never gets off the call, which isn't entirely his fault. But he could have multitasked and or put the call on hold to help the customer that is actually there in person. But he really just did not seem interested in engaging with me. Where's that stellar bonobos customer service I keep reading about? Not present at the Santana row store on Monday 12/22 at 6pm. Management if you're reading this, that guy needs to be fired. You just lost a loyal customer!

We felt so welcome, he also heard me talking about my dress color and suggested a custom tie that would pull in the shade of ivory from me dress and my husband's white dress shirt together. Shortly before leaving, they mentioned they also do alterations on wedding dresses since I had mentioned my dress still needing alterations. Fast forward a week later and I'm getting quoted an amazing quote to have my dress altered, so much stress was relieved! Every visit in to pick up our wedding attire was 100/10 and I highly recommend going in. We absolutely loved the entire experience and can't say enough about everything!

I was able to see bags and charms from Coach, Tory Burch, Kate Spade, Longchamp, and many more designers. I had admired some of the bags online and enjoyed seeing what they looked like in real life. The biggest surprise was Coach. I burned out on Coach purses over 10 years ago, but found some of their bags to be quite beautiful and well-made. I also saw some Tory Burch bags I really liked, and I'm not usually a fan. One sales associate offered to assist me and then kindly left me alone and let me browse. Spending time at Nordstrom was one of the highlights of my visit to the mall.

    I came in on Friday, March 13th around 5 PM to shop for graduation dresses. I selected a few items…read moreand headed to the dressing room area, where I saw a woman in a red shirt and black pants walk out of one of the rooms and completely ignore me. I initially assumed she was another customer, as she made no effort to assist or acknowledge me--even after seeing me clearly looking for an available fitting room. All of the dressing rooms were filled with staged dresses, which made them appear unoccupied and ready for use. Since there was no guidance or assistance, I began trying on dresses in one of the rooms and asked my partner to come take a look. At that point, the same employee abruptly came in and told me I needed to move because someone else was assigned to that room. She insisted I gather all of my belongings and relocate--while I was in the middle of changing. The interaction was handled in a rude, passive-aggressive manner, and at no point did she apologize or offer any help. I was never checked on or assisted throughout my visit. This was a frustrating and uncomfortable experience, and the lack of basic customer service was disappointing. I would not recommend coming here if you expect respectful or attentive service.
