[ During Covid Review ] Luis seemed knowledgable about all the tuxedos and suits that were offered at his shop. He was able to tell my fiancee what he recommended for him based off his body structure which was great. I know that my fiancee doesn't know much about suits and tuxedos so it was nice for Luis to give my fiancee a background about each piece of item at the store. My fiancee was only allowed to try out the tops of the suits/tuxedos and not the bottoms which was unfortunate. Luis told us that if my fiancee wanted to move forward with him and rent with his store, then he could try on the bottoms to the tuxedos/suits. The reason I give this place 3 stars is because prior before coming to this store, my fiancee called ahead of time to confirm his appointment and after speaking with Luis, the appointment was confirmed. About a day or two later, my fiancee received another call from Luis saying that he needed to change the appointment because he booked someone at the same time even though he confirmed the appointment already with my fiancee. We ended up having to change our appointment with Luis even though the appointment was already confirmed. read more

Came in to look at options for my daughter's quinceañera court and tux for Dad. Both Luis and Cesar were super helpful and they even taught us how to measure for the out-of-town participants. Prices were reasonable and they offered different options for my daughter to consider. Both were super professional, and friendly and provided wonderful customer service. I'd been to two other tuxedo shops and Tuxedos & More was by far the best as it relates to customer service and willingness to help, despite it being "prom & wedding season". Luis was amazing! Caesar was also fantastic but the final fit was with Luis and we totally changed it up. I rented the jacket, shirt, vest and tie and brought my own pants bc I wanted a female fitted pant not a mans pant. I was made to feel very comfortable while I was fitted by both Luis and Ceasar and I cannot tell you how many compliments I received by men and women alike about how great the tux fit and looked. 1st Luis made everything Covid safe and he wore his mask the entire time. It was by appointment and we were the only people in the shop. They had a great selection for my son's prom. Luis made it very simple to figure out what my son would wear. Picking up the tux and returning it was a breeze. And my son looked great! I'd highly recommend them to anyone. read more

Tuxedos & More was fantastic for renting tuxes for my husband and the groomsmen. They were very responsive - following up with all of the groomsmen to get their sizes, and had everything ready on time, as expected. We used Tuxedos & More for our wedding on 9/15/19. Luis was great to work with. We had really good experiences with each interaction. Luis was always available by phone if we had any questions. He was also very flexible with everyone's schedule. All the men involved in our wedding who rented from them looked great on the wedding day! I really appreciated that if there were any last minute alterations that needed to be done they allot time for that in the couple days leading up to the wedding. I work for an Agency called life moves that helps fight the battle of homelessness. I am a child service coordinator for my site. I had a teenager that wanted to go to prom but had no way of paying for his prom attire. Our initial research on google for nonprofits that might be available to help with this task fell through and we were in a bind. With less than a week away until prom we had to come up with another plan. I called several places using Yelp to see if anyone one was willing to help. Several calls and days later I came across Tuxedos & More. I spoke to the Manager Luis and he was more than willing to help this young man out. He did not charge us for the Tuxedo rental only a very small fee for processing. He was so helpful and didn't even want a tax write off. The joy he brought to this homeless teenager is beyond words. The young man is now excited and very happy he will be able to do something that his current circumstances wouldn't usually allow. A night of being like the rest of his class mates and enjoying himself. Thank You Luis you have a beautiful heart and I am grateful you were willing to help me help him. Tuxedos & more did the tuxes for our wedding and they came out amazing! Great communication, great rates and such an amazing customer service experience. They were very accommodating for our groomsmen and the fittings. I appreciate Luis and how organized he was. He reached out to me prior to my husbands appointment and asked for sizes so he could prepare. He also emailed me the week they were supposed to pick up to finalize any details. I appreciate Luis going over and beyond for us and maintaining smooth communication. There would be times where I would be at work and he would follow up with an email which I appreciated. So it was time for prom & I need this exact tux. I went to 6 different locations! I walk into Tuxedos & More, show him a picture of the tux I want & there he goes takes two steps and points to the corner. There it was. It was perfect. Just like the picture! I was quoted Five Hundred or more from the place before and got this tux, for about $250. They fitted me up, got me all set and the two employees were really nice. They told me everything I needed to know and were quite genuine :) The price of $250 to rent for a night was totally worth it for this occasion. read more

Luis is amazing! We had a very positive experience with him. The shop itself is very beautiful and old feeling with the creak in the floorboards. Our wedding was Lord of the Rings themed and this place was an excellent addition to our theme. All of the suits and materials are of great quality and fashion. Typically hesitant to rent a suit but my teen son is forever growing so I found myself constantly giving away expensive suits that he only wore once, but no longer fit him. For his coronation dance we decided to try this place. Very impressed with the quality and styles of suits. Luis is really good at what he does. Luis is just great. He makes sure you look fantastic, even if wearing a tux is a foreign thing for you. I've gone there twice, and on both occasions, he was extremely friendly, professional, and knew what I should wear. I went to Tuxedos & More to find something for an awards event in SF. Because I had no real idea how to dress for it, I wanted a professional who would give me the right input and pick something out for me in the least amount of time. Luis was stellar. He knew what would work. He picked out a suit jacket, tie, shirt, and shoes to go with the pants and vest I already had. He was completely amenable to choosing something more within my budget rather than trying to up-sell me on a more expensive outfit. I visited at a time when I thought it wouldn't be busy, yet there were several people there he was needing to attend to. Luis is great at multitasking and efficient in his handling of his customers. I was still out of the shop within 20 minutes after I'd arrived - outfit picked and tried! So appreciative! I can tell Luis has been doing this for years. As many other reviews have stated, Luis was great to work with. I had 8 groomsmen and both my dad and father in law got fitted as well. Not one issue with any of them. I originally went to mens warehouse which left a lot to be desired and after being referred to Tuxedos & More will never go back. Whether you are looking to rent or buy this is the place to go! My husband and I were in Campbell (well fiancé at the time) for lunch, and as we were driving I see this place, and I said I'd keep it in mind when it comes time to get tuxes for the wedding. We went to men's warehouse and I didn't like what they had at all, so I looked up tuxedos and more and said we were going here to look. We go one Saturday and I liked their selection better. Reyes was so helpful and patient and knowledgeable. I knew right then and there that I wanted to rent tuxes there, and the wedding just happened to be right around the corner, so that helped. We went to several stores and were so happy we found this place. We rented suits for our wedding party and it all went perfect. Luis and Reyes did an amazing job getting all of the groomsmen fitted even though we had people from the Bay Area to LA to Chicago. Renting the suits was so cost effective we ended up having our dads rent suits as well. However, the girls immediately began bullying the saleswoman, telling her that she was only a salesperson and that they could try on as many dresses as they wanted. They also made it clear that they had no intention of buying anything and continued to create noise and laugh at her. Eventually, they left the store. I was extremely disturbed by the way these girls treated the saleswoman. She was a classy woman who did not deserve to be bullied in this manner. To my surprise, I have noticed more than 10 or 15 reviews from that day from seemingly girls and a couple of guys. I did not see any other guys in the store that day, only these teenage TikTok girls. The representative proceeded to tell me I'll just have to owner call you and rudely ended the phone call. Feeling stressed, I immediately called back and said let's just reschedule to this Friday then, and the same lady rudely goes "Really?! Are you sure you're going to feel better by then?" I mean in the most sarcastic way possible. She proceeded to just rush me off the phone again after that. This whole exchange made me feel completely unwanted and guilty for not being able to come in. Why would any place want me to come in as the bride with a fever, vomiting and diarrhea?? NONE of the other places I had to contact gave me ANY attitude or ANY guilt AT ALL and were completely fine with me moving it out to the May 2nd date. After seeing these negative reviews about this place, it all clicked. The staff here needs some serious customer service training. Eliminated this place entirely off my dress shopping list.

They are located behind Westgate mall where there is plenty of parking. The inside is small and they only have 2 fitting rooms. Now that is where the bad news stops seriously, that's it, they are a mom and pop place where service is priority one! They are not salespeople! They are people who listen to what you are expecting and will even under sell you if they think it's not needed "as in my case" I asked them if I should buy a blazer with my shirt & slacks? And they talked me out of it!! That's service, that's really trying to do right by you as a customers, that's integrity! BUT WAIT THERES MORE! Normally they size, fit and do the alterations all in the same day!! No that's not a typo, same day! They have an in house tailor who does tailoring for men and women and I found out that the tailor can even stitch leather, patches and jackets! Wow!! I mean wow!! Now the day I was there, the tailor had the day off, and they were very apologetic. They said that they would have everything ready for me by the next day and because I wanted my shirt fitted they told me that the tailor would measure me and adjust my shirt while I waited the next day as well. Now the next day came and I showed up, my pants and shirt were waiting for me, the pants that were measured the previous day fit me perfectly. The crazy part was that the shirt fit me perfectly too?!?! Then the lady that help me the day before said that instead of ordering the shirt that I tried on she ordered me a slim cut shirt! So she saved me money there as well because I did not need any alterations done on my shirt!! All I got to say is wow!!! They got my business for life!! If you are looking for a tuxedo and apparel to rent or to buy, a shirt, slacks and accessories, need a cool patch put on a jacket or have a dress, pants or shirts that need alterations this is your place, they WILL do right by you!!!!!x10

The store manager needs to give their employees an attitude check and some training in customer service.

I texted the number and Mario was able to set me up with an appointment for the upcoming Tuesday of that week. The process was pretty quick. Mario took my measurements, he explained the rental process, let me look at some designs and ultimately gave me freedom on the color I wanted. Price was what I expected between $250 and $300, including the 2 piece blazer and pants, white shirt, matching vest and two ties to choose from. They could have included shoes as well but I had my own pair. I'm not sure if that would have altered the price. It took about 5 days for it to be ready, as I could have picked it up the following Monday but it was a busy day for me. Mario even let me try it on and make alterations before I walked out ensuring that my suit was the perfect fit for my special day. Overall, the customer service was top notch and I felt like I was able to take my time throughout the experience despite all the stress that comes with getting married. Thank you, Mario for making my special day a day to remember!

I bought a tank top and it was $42 which was pretty steep but I didn't mind. Until today, I had washed the top I purchased ONCE and after only 2 or 3 wears it starts pilling almost everywhere! Sometimes the my washer does this which isn't avoidable, but I had washed it with like colors and fabric types so it shouldn't have done this. There's also weird lines in the fabric now so not sure if I would wear this outside my house anymore.
