I really like shopping at this Kohls. They have plenty of parking and the store is well stocked and clean. I haven't been there in a while, but I was really surprised at how much Disney items they carry. There are super cute. Disney garbage cans and bedding for the kids and Disney stuffed animals. They have a high selection of home decor and bedding and towels, big men's, women's and kids clothing sections including shoes for the whole family. They have really great prices especially in the clearance sections. Great place to find a wedding or birthday present. I was here on a Saturday and they open until 10 PM. They have very convenient hours for last-minute gift shoppers. I will definitely be shopping here in the future for my family. read more

Customer service issues!! Store refused to refund items from an online order to my original payment method (it was within the return window). I was told it could only be returned for store credit, or I can return online. Website states online orders can be returned in the store, no policy exception for PayPal, and I verified this with online customer service. AMAZON RETURN: Was easy and fast. You get a coupon percentage off to spend in the store, but it's only valid for a few days so it's an incentive to get you to shop there, which to be honest is not hard to do. It's easy to walk around and find something you like. The return area is to the right and the back of the store. They have an extensive jewelry section and even some cologne/perfume, and makeup selections (Elf brand and Pixie). COVID: safety is definitely present. There are hand sanitizers at the front of the store, and plastic dividers up at the cash registers. The floors are marked where to stand in line for social distancing. Staff were wearing masks! Yay! Today is my first time in the store since they redid their checkout/return area. I won't be returning. This is a nice idea, however it will not work if they don't have anyone to work the registers. I have been standing in line for 15 friggin minutes and haven't moved. The line is ridiculously long and people are crammed in like like cows being herded to nowhere. The guy upstairs in what used to be the return area is a jerk the way he speaks to people or I should say barks at them. Still in line with 5 people in front of me and it's now been another 10 minutes. And the family behind me is within an inch of my space, eager to look at all the last minute junk on either side of this corral. Mostly Christmas candy. Eww Kohls... no bueno!! The bulk of shoppers are up here now and it has been another 12 minutes. 37 minutes to get to the front of the line. My return was simple and executed in less than 60 seconds. This has been THEE WORST Kohls experience ever! If people are planning to do Christmas shopping at the Kohl's in Campbell, you might think twice. I only went here for a quick stop at Sephora because I needed makeup after leaving mine at home. I went at opening on my way somewhere and the sales associate was wonderful. She stopped what she was working on to help me find a couple of items and was able to recommend a good replacement when my shade was out of stock One star off just because their in stock was low for many of the brands they carry. read more

Shoutout to Craig for being so amazing at the customer service counter! He was quick and super courteous with handling returns. I was at another Kohl's the day before trying to the return the same item and I was judged, given a hard time, and made to feel like a criminal. I even got a manager called up on me. I left right away feeling horrible and guilty. Craig did a quick inspection and returned the item. I didn't need to explain myself. Kohls can be a bit pricey, but when they have sales, they make it worth every penny. I love coming to Kohls for my holiday shopping because I can splurge on myself at the same time, lol. The cashier's are accommodating to the point where they give you a discount or offer up Kohls bucks. The store is pretty clean and well maintained. Anyways, the clearance section is a mess, but if you take the time to look through things, you can find some great deals. I found a comfortable long sleeved cotton shirt that I can use to go walking in for just $6. A lot of stuff is still expensive like a mens shirt not on sale between $50-60. I was at home on the Amazon website wanting to return a package. After answering a few questions the website directed me to Kohl's. It said I didn't not have to box it up or anything. So I figured why not? When I walked in the store I saw Amazon signs directing me where to go in the store to make a drop off in the store. After walking for what must have been 30...... seconds I made my way to the counter. The Kohl's employee greeted me immediately, scanned my code I printed out from Amazon, printed out a receipt, and told me we are all done. I was like whaaat, it can't be that easy? He also noted that on the receipt that he gave me was a $5 off anything in the store coupon. When I got home my account was already credited.The whole experience was 5 stars good. I walked around the store looking around and saw a lot of empty shelves in some areas. It's kind of funny don't you think that Kohl's is helping a company that is taking away their business? I Loved this Kohl's located behind Fry's Electronics in Campbell. It's incredibly convenient from Highway 17, as I was staying near Westfield's Valley Fair Mall. Since I'm a long term member of MVC (Most Valued Customer), I'm familiar with merchandise and marketing strategies. I can skip over your dislikes about Kohl's while shopping here. This store has a logical layout which made my navigation easy. Staff is much friendlier than where I came from. I guess it's nothing unusual for you. I truly appreciate the informative directions and a functional escalator. I came with a handful of coupons and a gift list. I didn't feel like paying luggage fees and bringing stuff from Houston. I can find exact same quality of stuff here for friends and family. I got what I needed within an hour. I left the store with 2 bags of goodies to attend family gatherings. read more

Such a great spot to return all your Amazon packages to. It's very easy and convenient and the staff are very helpful when processing the returns. The EV charging in the parking lot is also very affordable and is slightly cheaper than residential charging rates. The only downside is the charging is only open when the store is open so you couldn't leave your car here overnight to charge. read more

Came here to do my return of my Amazon purchases. You have to go upstairs and you'll see a make shift Amazon's return cart. What was great was after returning my amazon return I got a print out for 25% off my entire purchase at Kohl's. I had the kids with me so we ended up doing some back to school shopping and were able to save an additional 25% with this receipt. I returned several things at this Kohl's location last year, and the store took my items, but never gave me my refund amount. I have been calling customer service for a year, and I have spoken with ten different people, but no one is helping. They always say I have to wait a week or two and then nothing happens, and then I have to call back and start explaining from the beginning. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said no one is available to help me. I tried getting helping through Kohl's Facebook and someone started to help me and then they stopped too. I love how this place accepts Amazon returns with packaging it, you simply have to bring it and they do it for you and not only that they also give you a coupon (25%)off to use in store excluding brand names. Which is so nice, no more UPS drop offs and to worry about boxes, within a couple hours you see the credit go back on to your Amazon account. The service was absolutely terrible and disgusting, we waited at the jewelry section for about 20-25 minutes and continued to used the QR code to get help, after that we still went out to look for an employee to help out, when an employee finally showed up there were 2 more guys there and he asked us if we needed helped and we told him that we were interested in purchasing an item, afterwards he continued to talk to the other two individuals and laughing along with them and when my mother asked if he was going to be any help he replied with "I guess I could call for someone" after being ignored the first two times. That's when I replied with "that would be great because we've been waiting for a while and it's ridiculous" after that comment was made, the other to guys that were there proceeded to kick us out saying we were trespassing and that that we would no longer be welcomed, none of those people had name tags and were having nasty attitudes, when we called back after leaving we asked to speak to the manager and we were placed on a long hold, then shortly after we called one more time and that's when we were transferred just for the manager to have a dismissive attitude and just hang up instead of being of any help. Though convenient to me, I usually regret trying to shop at this location as it is very messy and disorganized compared to Blossom Hill. Tonight was no exception. I found the pants we were looking to buy for our son, but they were mis-tagged and not actually the correct bsize, and no more were out. We found an associate to ask if they had more, the first didn't have the scanner so vaguely told my husband to find someone else on the floor. The next woman did, and said they had one. I had to explain several times I didn't find it on the floor unless it was the mis-tagged one. She made no moves to try to locate one, said they didn't have anything in the back, and did not offer to order one for us, check another location or even put back the one we didn't want. Kohl's is never an eye-retailing experience but is one of those no nonsense stores with fairly predictable merchandise. And for that, I often find myself going there for clothes or kitchen items. They have a lot of sales, so you can usually find a good deal on something. The store help is not the greatest and a little hard to find, but they get the job done. This particular location is easy to get to with lots of available parking and close to a lot of other retail. Can't say I'm a huge fan, but I usually find what I'm looking for at a good price. read more

I was turned off by the employees in the Sephora section. As I was browsing, I heard a sales associate complaining about a guest who was attempting to return an item. The sales associate did not like the attitude of the customer and referred to her as a "Bitch" as she continued to complain to two males who were also "working" there. They were standing nearby and chatting. They agreed with the associate and they used included the "f word" and other choice language. I felt that they were inappropriate and though it was not crowded (Tuesday afternoon) I was clearly able to hear their conversation and if young children were present, they also could have heard them. I was also offended that they would refer to customers in this manner. I was not there for the initial interaction and perhaps, the customer was rude, but it is unprofessional to allow other customers to hear the store employees to refer to customers in this manner. One of their clothing racks was supposed to be Buy 1, Get 1 Half Off, but it was misleading. Because the goods were already marked down, the discount didn't apply. When I brought this up to the cashier, she rang it up again with no markdown but with the half off discount. It was more expensive this way. But instead of helping me understand this confusion, the cashier seemed to relish the opportunity to make me look stupid, wanting to charge me more for "wanting to do it this way". Honestly I was completely fine paying without the "Half Off" discount, but the cashier being very passive aggressive made me want to just leave. Hopefully she's happy she got her "Got you!" moment.
