The drop off point is well marked and you get a 25% off coupon for Kohl's when you drop off (though some brands are restricted). Today I did an online order with in store pick up. Seems convenient right? It didn't really turn out to be. When I arrived there was no line at customer service, however the one person behind the counter didn't know how to do a pickup. She had to call several times before someone came to help me with the pickup. I ended up waiting about 15 minutes before someone finally came and retrieved my item. The Sephora in this Kohl's is very understaffed and the employee who ended up assisting me, Ms. Yvette was not professional. I had to ask for help multiple times and wait over 20 minutes to get help. They do not carry the dior lip oils other Sephora's carry. Many items were out of stock. She had difficultly in understanding which Gucci perfume I wanted and then stopped to correct her on hand before I had even made my purchase. They did not have the larger size that I wanted which creates issue with the value as the item I purchased is only 10 dollars cheaper than the larger size with nearly 2 more oz of perfume. Then at the register her service was very mediocre and there was a problem with my payment as she told me my card had declined but the funding in the account was much higher than that purchase. She then asked I use a second payment method, which I did and put in the pin and paid. Later that evening I checked and both cards had been charged the full payment for this purchase! I am very concerned if this is a regular issue for customers here and had to contact the bank to ensure that I only paid for my items one time. I will not be going back to this Sephora and am concerned about the card I put the pin in for being compromised after this occurred. read more

This 5 star rating is for Edith (I'm fairly sure that's her name, works in customer service upstairs). I ordered a suitcase online, the day before turkey day since it was a great deal. It took some time to get the online order together, understandable so. When we got there to pick up the suitcase, there was some confusion, but eventually Edith was able to find it. Even though it was nuts there, she was so positive. Her spirits kept up and not once did she complain. We casually asked her when she was leaving leaving and she joked "never" since she had to be back at 6AM on turkey day! Seriously?!?!? Honestly though, she made us laugh, didn't once make us feel rushed. This particular Kohl's is 2 stories high, and pretty big. The parking lot was clean as well. read more

My first time here was to use their incredibly convenient Amazon Return service. They give you a receipt for your return with a discount coupon to use in the store - smart partnership! The Amazon return booth has the worst service I've ever seen. There's a young girl that works there that has the worst attitude whenever I return something she's extremely rude I cannot stand her, hopefully Kohl's replaces her asap! The Kohl's on Hamilton is clean and organized. When the lines start to get long the cashiers page for help. Management was really helpful and help come to a conclusion when there's a problem out of everyone's control. And the lines move fast. read more

My friend and I went in and found some jewelry and had the employee hold it behind counter. We shopped in other departments then went back to retrieve and check out. We could not get anyone to summon an employee to us. I cashed out and requested 3 different people to call. It was horrible and it's not the first time that there weren't enough people. I actually really am a big fan of Kohl's! I bought some stuff online and they have really reasonable prices. Some of their smalls tend to run bigger for me, as I'm a strange interim between a lanky "petite" and a regular small. I came here to return an item and was immediately greeted by a sweet associate who directed me upstairs to the services area. Services returned my items promptly within two minutes! I used to go to Kohl's all the time when they had a store in Santa Clara. Ever since that store closed down, I have only been to this Kohl's only a handful of times over the years. This Kohl's is huge. They have two floors- first floor is all clothes and second is all kitchen and home items. I actually really love their kitchen section. You can find all sorts of odds and ends here for the kitchen and there are lots of cute kitchen towels, oven mitts, coffee mugs, etc. The women's/juniors section has lots of nice tops and pants to wear for work. Back when I first starting working in an office, I got a lot of my work clothes at Kohl's. Recently, I was back here with my mom helping her look for some new jeans. She is on the smaller size and there is defiantly a lack of sizes 2-4 in the store. However, we did end up finding one pair of jeans that fit. Their jeans section is defiantly an organized mess with everything just thrown around. I know it must be challenging to keep folded clothes in neat piles all the time. Kohl's is known for their coupons and sales. They almost always have coupons and sales going on. You are able to get "Kohl's cash" if you spend a certain amount, usually over $50, in the store, which almost forces you to go back to the store to spend more money to use your "Kohl's cash." These coupons will defiantly come in handy when I decide to get some new work shirts within the coming year. read more

I shop at Kohl's often but found this particular store to be lacking in options and variety and to be vastly more expensive ( two pairs of PJ Masks pj's for $56!!!!) than other Kohl's stores. The ladies restroom was FILTHY and the staff I let know gave me an upset look and said it wasn't in her department. Long story short I didn't purchase ANY of the outfits I selected for my vacation and won't be coming back to this location. read more

I love Kohl's and all the sales and discount coupons. I like the online ordering feature where you can order online and pick it up at the store I use that frequently. The store has a good selection but they seem to be short-staffed most of the time. I would recommend coming here because they have really good deals and quality merchandise. read more

The worst upstairs return service ever! I specially told the lady I had two returns on two separate cards. Somehow the amounts got refunded to the wrong cards??? & when she asked me to insert the cards I asked which one first & she said it doesn't matter. Both the cards I had were debits cards & debit cards will take back anything. The management was not really any help to fix the problem or to make up for the inconvenience and the costumer service hung up on the management. I walked in, got what I was looking for, and headed for the line with cash in hand. I saw the check out counter and found the start of the line. Then I walked looking for the end. There were only 3 checkers and the line was literally beyond as far as I could see (40 feet to the end of the aisle, around the corner, and down the next aisle). I dropped my items and left. 10 minutes later I had the same exact items from another store down the street. Pathetic. You can find something to wear for the next pta meeting, socks and underwear for the kids, your favorite shade of coral lipstick, that swell new scent you've been dying to splurge on, a new pair of loafers, a new pair of flannel pajama's, and house wares. This Kohls is usually fairly orderly. I am however comparing it to Ross and not Macy's which is usually fairly shipshape. I'm not a huge fan of their women's section. The items are over-priced for the quality and I've ended up with pants that were unhemmed but had been pressed to seem as if they were. The mens sections seems to be much higher quality. I love bringing the boy here to try on work shirts and pants. He always walks out with items that fit nicely and are well priced for what he gets. So beyond the errant work shirt for him, I'd rather drop by consignment for myself. The quality in women's wear just isn't up to snuff. read more

I came to Kohl's recently so I could return something I purchased on amazon. As soon as you enter, you're greeted and assisted with finding directions around the store, as well as sanitizer. The amount of individuals in the store is monitored, as well as social distancing enforcement. I went toward the back where amazon returns were, and it was a neatly organized area that provided efficient returns. It's helpful to have the QR code ready and provide the item to make it run smoothly, and the associates there were very kind and provide you with a receipt. I had never done something like this before but it was amazing that Kohl's provided a safe, quick, and comfortable space to make this happen. read more

2 stars because I shop regularly here and I am a Charge Card holder. Writing this review because recently I had to go through the nightmare of ordering online and picking up in store. Website said I could pick up the items same day - I was able to place the order successfully. The problem always starts after the money is gone from your account. No one received the call in store for 5 days ! I mean it. No emails and no texts. Absolutely ridiculous! When I walked to store and spoke to customer service agent - all they had to say was "may be website is an issue". I still like this place for all the sweet memories I have here, but with every visit the woes are increasing - longer lines, problematic returns, chaotic stores. Hope someone sees this and takes interest in it. Otherwise I don't see them surviving in the near future (fate of retailers v/s Amazon/online) read more

I went to this Kohl's because I needed a new belt and it was right there. So I went to the men's accessories, found a black belt and walked to the front. I waited in line 2 minutes before I paid and was out the door. This didn't seem to be a very busy location. It's a stand alone store behind Bed Bath & Beyond. There was ample parking. He was rude, ignored my request to assist with social distancing procedures, afraid to give his name (wimpy), as an employee did not ensure social distancing with customers. I notified the county health department, Amazon, and asked Kohl's manager to add an X on floor where customers should stand at Amazon counter. Customer's health and safety was jeopardized by an ignorant employee. This employee needs some people skill training or a different job! read more

My husband I used to like coming here, but the last 5-6 times we have gone in, something goes wrong. We received an email informing us that our "rewards" would be expiring soon, today actually. So we headed to the store-- made some selections that would qualify us to use the reward, over $100. About two visits ago, one of the associates told us to sign up with the online reward system, so we did. Today when we got up to the register, the lady said she couldn't look up our rewards with our phone number or email address. Confused why the previous associate said we could use this reward system/account thing, if the stores can't look up info. With that being in mind, I explained it to the associate checking us out, she said she couldn't use our contact info to pull up the rewards. No biggie, it was like a ten dollar savings, but the promise from the previous representative was really deceiving. As the final steps of our transaction was coming to a close, the associate asks 3 times if we want to apply for a store card, after we had already told her no two other times. Then, she asks us for our phone number or email to "link" our rewards to our reward account. Seems odd right? She couldn't use the account or view the account at the beginning of the transaction, so we could save money, but conveniently she could "link" at the end of the transaction? Finally to top it off, she left the security tag on the shirt my husband picked out, now we have to go see these people tomorrow. Unhappy. Bad visit to kohls. Came to pick up an online order... I thought the point of ordering online and picking up in store was so it was a quick in and out shindig. Why the hell am I waiting in line for 25 minutes before I'm even helped to pick up something I already paid for? A customer ahead of me asked a worker on the floor if she could call for backup and she said "oh they won't come unless the person working customer service asks for it. Clearly she needs the help with a long line waiting and everyone giving dirty looks... just make the call! Then... I ended up picking out something else to purchase to use up my kohl's cash only to stand in an even longer line at the regular cashiers. Ridiculous! NOT worth my time to support this location. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the amount of product available on the floor. I came in lookin for a sweater a coworker had recommended, but ended up buying jeans, a clearance pair of shorts, and a shirt. The prices are fairly decent and it seems like you can always find something on sale. I ventured upstairs to peruse the kitchen supplies and live the amount of food network products. I was very tempted to buy a single serving coffee machine (not a keurig) because they were so cute and cheap, but I resisted! I would definitely recommend Kohls if you were registering for a wedding. And then there's Bed Bath and Beyond in the same parking lot if you can't find why you need! read more

We love Kohl's in Campbell, good quality clothes and decent prices. I'm more of a khaki kinda a guy than jeans. I'd say they are more on par with Old Navy than Target or Mervyn's. This location has ample parking and is two stories, which means you're not a sardine. It feels like a real store, it is neat, clean and well organized. My wife and I did take advantage of a great sale there (which seems to occur more often than I originally thought) and added in something called Kohl's cash. All I know is that I needed an updated wardrobe and we walked out paying $290 for a bill originally $467. That experience is more common than you might think as you talk to more families, it seems that Kohl's is all about the "sale" marketing. I don't think the original price is ever something they actually plan to sell an item at. BTW, I am a bit biased on this review as I grew up not far from Menomonee Falls, where the Kohl's headquarters is located and Sen. Herb Kohl (who used to own them) is still one of Wisconsin's senators. :: sigh :: OK I feel better now! read more
