It was lovely meeting Alex today at Fabletics! This was my first time shopping in-store, and we made out like bandits with all the great finds. Alex was incredibly helpful, friendly, and never pushy about the membership. He explained the benefits, answered our questions, and then let us shop at our own pace until our hearts were content. The store is on the smaller side, but it carries a nice selection of both men's and women's apparel. One thing to note: the sizing tends to run a bit large, so you may want to size down. I came a few days ago to look at belt bags and other travel gear. I ended up ordering online after I got home, bc on that particular day, the store had less selection than the website. I tried on a nice dress I ended up not getting bc it turned out to secretly be a jumpsuit with control shorts sewn into the waist, which is too much work for me to put on and take off. But the people who greeted me were nice. They asked if I had a VIP membership (I do), told me about their sale, offered to help if I needed it, and otherwise let me shop. I wouldn't hesitate to come back if I needed some athletic wear. I can figure out belt bags online, but I need to try on fitted clothing in person. read more

Horrible, pitiful service. I walked into the store to quickly get workout clothes & leave. The young "manager" told me that the place is shutting down in 20 minutes. I told her well 20 mins is a lot of time. When I asked her to quickly find me clothes my size, she said its all on the floor and I should look at it myself. When I found a few items to try and ask for the fitting room, she looked at her watch & said that the fitting room is closed. I reminded her that there were still17 mins left for the store to close at which point she told me where the fitting room was. By then I was furious at her willingness to help a customer buy products I asked her for her name & her manager's number and she said she is the manager. And refused to share her manager's name. I asked her why she had the place open in the 1st place if she was not willing to help the customer!!! I am surprised that a person with "zero" customer service is a manager of this place! This store just lost a customer out of sheer laziness & poor customer service of the people working here. read more

I bought $300 worth of Yitty clothing provided by Fabletics and ended up getting the CHEAPEST QUALITY CLOTHES I have ever bought! Their leggings, priced at a whopping $60 per pair, RIPPED AFTER WEARING IT ONLY TWICE!!! I also had to exchange a pair of leggings I bought and I had to wait about a week because their website kept refusing to pull up a return code!!! One of the bras would not stop rolling up and bunching up despite it having an "anti-roll" band in the perimeter. The other two bras I bought are extremely uncomfortable and cheaply made! I was not happy with ANYTHING I purchased and when I contacted customer service about it, they refused to give me a refund unless I sent the items back for them to examine! I could have bought the same things with better quality at Walmart for $20. read more

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this store. My daughter and I walked in and were never greeted or acknowledged. No one asked if I needed help with anything. When I inquired about a specific size, the response I received was dismissive, making it seem as if they didn't want us there. There was a fitness ball in the store, and my 8 year old daughter bounced on it briefly. Instead of handling the situation appropriately, the staff yelled at her. They could have placed a sign indicating that customers should not sit on or touch the ball. This was my first visit to the store, and I will not be returning. I will stick with Alo and Lululemon. Perhaps you guys should take notes from them about customer service. I noticed that other reviewers have complained about the same poor customer service. This was probably one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. If the staff does not want to serve customers, they should consider closing the store and focusing solely on online sales. Fabletics in Valleyfair, do better... Or hire better staff that aren't so rude and actually want to assist customers. read more

The training day hoodie is nice because it's long sleeved with a hoodie yet still breathable so it works in various weathers. #tip - check out their website to sign up and get deals ranging from 50-80% off! #context - came across this brand on Instagram and was enticed by their 2 shorts for $24 deal and the functionality of their franchise shorts. #like - they blend functionality with fashion with affordability. I liked the concept and value so much that I ended up getting a bunch of shorts and then branching to shirts and hoodies. # the employees at the store have been more than friendly and helpful each time that I've visited. They readily answered my questions, were really resourceful when trying on clothes, and efficient when processing transactions. # the tablet in the fitting room was a cool new concept where you can request for different sizes while trying on clothes to avoid the inconvenience of having to go in and out of the dressing room for retrieving additional options. #dislike - the material doesn't feel as sturdy as some of the other athleisure brands like lululemon or alo, but you get what you pay for and I was really happy with how affordable the clothes were. #suggestion - I think it'd help if more mens options were available in store for guys to try on. Without being able to try on more of the tops, I had to buy multiple sizes online and then return the ones that didn't work out. read more

I was really irate after dealing with fabletics online customer service, but low and behold there is a new store in Valley Fair. I mean they wouldn't honor the prices and I kept getting the full amount. I drove down from SF to take care of return and their system was down. Cynthia offered to take of the return for me when the system was back up, so that I could head home. And she followed through!!! She is absolutely fabulous!!! He let us know about the current member promotion, gave us size/color/fit recommendations, and was extremely helpful with assisting us. The color/sizes we wanted weren't in stock so he was able to order it for us instead. The other staff members were also very kind. First of all I love these leggings. They're one of the few that actually help keep my tummy in place and fit comfortably for my runs. Most of the staff is always pretty friendly but there's one guy who stands out. I wished I would've gotten his name because he was super friendly and helpful. He is mid height with dark hair. I have been a member of Fabletics since they came online. I have never been to one of the stores before yesterday. I went to return a bra and ended up shopping. The girls who work there were all amazing and sweet. Great customer service, super easy experience, nice to see all the clothes in person and try them on before the hassle and footprint of shipping and returning that way. **My only complaint is that they do not carry long pants in the shop, my shopping experience in this area of Ca is most larger chains no longer carry long and you have to special order, which sucks for a tall girl! read more

We came to the store on a less busy Monday (09/28) around 4:30 P.M to look for a specific pants. They said they did not have it. We asked if they could help us order the thing, they agreed to do so. At the first place they showed us the check out screen with an amount without shipping fee. When they charged us, the receipt showed a different amount with shipping fee ($4.95). Okay, the point is the girl (Liz?) admitted that she hit the wrong thing, but the girl at the cashier said that she was just doing 'a courtesy' to order. She could not cancel or do anything right now because the system had been down and we could come back to check after 30 mins. We came 10 mins later to ask was she sure that it's gonna be back after 30 mins. Now she said that she did not say that. Ok girl , you're the boss. She said she was just doing a courtesy and it was only $4.95. Damn, alright. My bad that we asked for $4.95 as they said we wouldn't be charged at the first place.
