Boots barely used-$80

I think overall this place feels very nice inside, spacious with 2 floors. There is higher end downstairs for women and another bigger section upstairs. More vintage vibes clean layout i appreciated. The first associate who reached out to me offered to hang all the clothes i was carrying. Then she disappeared maybe ended her shift. There was a new girl to help and her attitude was a bit snooty and fake nice with undertone of mean. It made me not want to buy anything. I grabbed 2 hanker-chiefs and a cropped top for $64 which seemed steep. I just didnt like the vibe of the sales associate and wouldnt be back.

I enjoyed the cleanliness and aesthetics this cute little shop has to offer. Every piece of clothing was organized into its places. The items here are obviously cheaper, but don't expect goodwill prices!

IMHO While a bag of my clothing was being assessed for possible purchase, I decided to head upstairs to the men's department! Please, if you've never been upstairs, go! It is brightly lit, spacious, and chock full of great quality men's clothing treasures from leather jackets, Hawaiian shirts, leather shoes, sneakers, sweaters, etc., etc., etc.!!! Go! You won't be sorry! You're welcome!

A pretty nice place, but prices are pretty expensive for a thrift store. Everything was really clean and organized, with the womens clothes on the ground floor and the mens clothes on the second floor. The store was pretty busy as well, but I didn't find anything that I liked. Overall they have a pretty nice aesthetic, but it didn't really stand out to me.

I love that it offers a true boutique shopping experience without the boutique price tag, and I can usually count on finding something I love. Unfortunately, my experience today (3/18) fell short of what I've come to expect over the years. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted, which is something I've always appreciated in the past--it really sets a welcoming tone. Jocelyn eventually helped me into a dressing room, but along the way there were several missed opportunities for basic customer service. I was browsing with my arms full, and at no point was I offered help holding items or starting a fitting room, which would have made shopping easier. When I was ready to try things on, I was asked to sort and count my items due to the 6-garment limit. I completely understand and respect that policy as a way to manage inventory in a small business. However, during that process, a few items fell behind the counter and weren't addressed at the time. Once in the dressing room, there was no check-in to see how things were fitting or if I needed different sizes or colors--something I've consistently experienced and appreciated during past visits. I did ask to swap out items, and Jocelyn was helpful and pleasant in doing so. At checkout, the items that had fallen behind the counter were brought up again, and I was asked if I wanted to try them on. Since I was already dressed, I declined, but it would have been helpful if those had been handled earlier. There was only one other customer in the store, who had already checked out by the time I was in the fitting room, so it didn't seem particularly busy. I've always associated Bombshell Boutique with attentive, thoughtful service--being greeted, having items held, and receiving support in the dressing room. That level of care makes a big difference and is part of why I've been a loyal customer for so long. This visit just felt a bit lackluster in comparison. I'll definitely be back, but I hope this was just an off day.

They always have a great sales rack out in front and their prices aren't too extreme even though inflation has been ridiculous Some of the styles fit differently, so sometimes I need a small, and sometimes I need a large, but that doesn't really matter as long as it's cute, right? This particular day I got a great deal on some high waisted leggings, I take it they were from winter, but they were on the sales rack for $12!! The lady at the register was incredibly helpful and friendly and told me she also has to dress that match the leggings with the same leopard style print in black! I also love all of their Nikki crop top/bra style shirts? They are so incredibly comfortable. You can wear them as a bralette or as a shirt themselves, and not have to worry about anything showing! Hee I will definitely be back here again and again!

I was approached by a very friendly employee who asked if I needed any help. While I saw items I was interested in knowing more about, I was on a time limit and knew I wouldn't have time to even try anything on. I really wanted to do a quick walk around of the store to see what merchandise they had and to take a mental note. They had a live embroiderer near the dressing rooms who was embroidering things for clients. They also had little mini chocolate croissants with cute branded Sezane napkins near the shoe area. I think I was approached by two employees who were nice and personable. While I did not get greeted by others when I was in their area of the store. This is just a pop-up shop still -- its not a permanent location. There is one in SF apparently. I've been to the one in NYC and the pop-up shop in LA in the past. Sezane is on the higher price point, but I do still love the brand and would love to see more boutiques to visit for an in person shopping experience. I do believe that if you invest in pieces from this brand, they will be timeless, as I still would wear the items I purchased many years ago today.

I know this is the Bay Area, but I'm not about to drop $100+ per piece at a DTC brand without seeing it in person first. (My mom dressed me in clearance JCPenney and hand-me-downs as a kid.) I've been inside this specific store twice and the one in SF once. The day I made my purchase was a weekend, whereas my other two visits were on weekdays. On weekdays, the store is pretty much empty. I think for shopping in store at Sezane, that is the preference. My biggest peeve with both the SF and SJ stores (and I assume this is a feature of all their stores) is the cubby wall. They could have put multiple racks in that space, but instead they have a massive wall of cubbies with a different style in each cubby. They're all folded, and I was told you need to point out an item and have the employee take it out to show it to you. The same employee then has to find your size and refold and put back what was taken out. This is literally the dumbest thing I've ever seen in a clothing store. What if I want to see every single piece? How do I even know what the fabric feels like, or if it's sleeveless, or if it's a sweater? You don't, unless you've memorized the Sezane online catalog and know exactly what you're looking for. I could just feel the employee's annoyance every time I asked to see a new style. I would have LOVED to browse more, but the store was very busy, and I didn't want to be a burden. On the weekend day I finally bought something, there was one cashier and there was a line rapidly building behind me as there was a customer who had some sort of involved issue. There was no backup cashier called (not sure they have that capability), and we all just had to wait. I also really wanted to see some dresses in person, but they barely had any - maybe 3 or 4 styles whereas they have a lot online! The clothes are beautiful and maybe if you are shopping 1:1 with an employee on a less busy day, it could even be fun!
