The service in the fitting room was really nice! Thanks! They kept bringing me new clothes--even though I had explained exactly what I needed. I purchased six items, thinking the price was fair given the high quality of the clothing. I had specifically asked for natural fabrics--but look what I actually received... I didn't pay close attention to the labels at the time of purchase, but when I got home, I checked the composition and discovered that every single garment is made of plastic--100% polyester. I intend to return everything, as I have no desire to put plastic directly against my skin. The cashier seemed pleasant enough to me. I simply wanted to make my purchases quickly and without any hassle, but the local staff seems intent only on ignoring customers. Even though--being a Tuesday--it wasn't busy at all, I still had to wait for someone at the register to finally pay attention to me and be willing to ring me up! read more

First time in this store. Best service I've had all holiday season. Super helpful, friendly, and fast. read more

Okay Kat, do your thing! Excellent styling and personality on the floor. Aritzia is a hard store to shop at for full outfits so having the help of Kat's creating looks for myself and the gift I was buying super sweet. I was about to spend like $200 bucks in there and she upsold my outfits casually to $700 just by being friendly. Being in management for over 9 years, this woman is a diamond. Thank you Kat! read more

I recently visited Aritzia and had a wonderful experience. Samantha, the sales associate, was incredibly helpful and kind. I asked if the store carried certain items I had been browsing online, and without hesitation, she quickly located them--even going to the back to find the right sizes since they weren't on the floor. While I was in the fitting room, she checked in to see if I needed any additional sizes, which I really appreciated. Her attentiveness and warm attitude made my shopping experience truly enjoyable. I left feeling proud of my purchases and already looking forward to my next visit. The store itself has a plethora of items to choose from, with many on trend, and with clothing material ranging in quality and value. I'm always on the lookout for classic wardrobe pieces that I can see myself wearing for awhile, and this store carries a good selection. The interior is busy, with upbeat music, and hardworking associates who were constantly assisting customers and putting items back on the racks. **Note: There aren't any mirrors in the fitting rooms. Be prepared to step out and share mirrors with everyone else who are trying on items. read more

I like the color palette of this store and pop in every now and then to see what's new. Customer service is a hit or a miss depending on the time of day as it can get really busy. One thing I wish they would change is their fitting rooms. There are no mirrors in any of the rooms except for the disabled fitting room. There is one big mirror outside the fitting rooms. I don't really feel comfortable being observed while trying to see if what I am trying on looks good. I really wish they would change this and multiple reviews have said the same. read more

This was my first time shopping here, and i had an amazing experience. I've been looking for nicer clothes, specifically business casual. I had some clothes in my hand, and McKenzie (i hope i spelled her name right), but she offered to hold them for me and take it to the fitting room for me. When i went, she had the clothes set and informed me about how some tops should fit and gave me styling ideas! She offered to take the clothes i liked to the register to speed up the transaction and ordered the clothes they didn't have my size in. Overall, great experience and I would definitely come back! I would say the only downside is no mirrors in the fitting rooms and the cashier being on her phone. Although I do understand the no mirrors as it allows them to give you their thoughts on the clothes. Thank you Mckenzie! read more

I've been in the customer service industry for over 10 years, and I can honestly say Kris at Aritzia is one of the best I've ever encountered. He went above and beyond to make my shopping experience incredible. Kris didn't just bring me the pieces I asked for, he actually listened to my preferences and pulled items I never would have thought to try on my own, and I ended up loving them. I can be super indecisive, but he patiently helped me decide on the right pieces and made the whole process easy and fun. He even offered to order items into the store for me, which just shows the level of care and attention he puts into his work. This is tier 1 service and exactly what makes Aritzia feel like a premium store, made even more premium because of Kris. He personalized everything, was approachable and personable, and truly took things to another level. If you shop here, ask for Kris! I'll definitely be coming back to this location and will be asking for him every time. He absolutely deserves a promotion. Thank you again Kris! read more

Good experience at Aritzia! McKenzie was super attentive and helped me pick out a trench coat I love. She also brought a few other pieces for me to try, which made the experience feel really personalized. Appreciate the great customer service! read more

I've worked in retail before and I know the workers in there were judging me and my boyfriend! Service was rushed and this one worker on the floor kept trying to take clothing items from my hands. Even after trying on the clothes in the dressing room and finally deciding to buy a $170 dress, the same worker tried snatching it from my hands again! She rudely asked if wanted them to hold the clothes at the register like girl be so forreal. Left feeling uncomfortable and even the cashier lady rushed the transaction. I even ended up returning the dress right after processing this extremely bad service. I hope their workers have a backup after this place shuts down! :) read more

I don't remember the names of anyone who helped me last time I was here but I tried on a TON of things during the sale and they were so helpful with getting me different sizes in the dressing room. I also extremely appreciated the HONEST feedback on my clothes I was considering purchasing and outfit ideas. I only come here during the sales because the normal retail prices are too much! read more

DO NOT BUY THEIR WOOL COATS. They may seem luxurious and lovely, and believe me, they definitely start off that way...but after one season of wear the wool started falling off the bottom of the coat. I hadn't even taken it to dry cleaning yet! I thought it was caused by moths at first.. but nope. I had a tailor check the coat, they confirmed the quality was just subpar. Customer Service was not helpful. I reached out talking about quality concerns, sent them pictures, and they sent an email back telling me "stains" aren't quality control. They didn't even READ my email and gave me a generic answer. These are not stains. All this to say, spend your money elsewhere. Don't spend $350+ on a coat from here. read more

Chris is an amazing stylist. Always give top notch service everytime I come in. I typically end up buying more than I came in for lol

This was my first ever experience at Aritzia. I thought the clothes were so cute and I did end up buying over $100 worth of items. My issue was with the dressing rooms and, specifically, the men (one in particular) sitting in them. There are small dressing rooms with no mirrors inside, so you have to go outside to the mirrors where the seating area is. There were 3 men sitting in this area, one of which was eyeing me up and down each time I came out. The third time this happened, I stared directly into his eyes (usually a good way to get creepy men to leave you alone) to which he continued to stare at me with a smirk on his face. I asked the lady who checked me out if men were allowed in the dressing rooms, and she said yes. I told her about the creepy man sitting there staring at the women to which she replied "oh, I'm sorry" in a very uninterested tone. Note so that my words are not twisted: I am LGBT myself and totally fine with trans women being in women's spaces. I do not want this to come off as complaining that there was a trans woman. This was a creepy CIS man in his 50-60s sitting in the dressing room presumably just to stare at the women... trying clothes on? I am very disappointed in the facts that: 1. men are allowed to sit in the dressing room 2. there are no mirrors inside of them so you have to go outside into the land of men to look at yourself 3. the staff did not care when I told them multiple times that I was uncomfortable with this specific man. Now to the LADIES who shop here: my man would never step foot in this dressing room. A real man wouldn't. Do better and tell your "men" to wait outside especially if they treat this dressing room like the red light district. read more

Most of the girls were very nice but the gentleman that works at this location (on Saturday November 1) was extremely rude and condescending. He looked multiple people up and down, gave them side eyes and had the snarky attitude of I'm better than everyone. I'm so happy that Aritzia reopened! The store is more gorgeous and bigger than ever since it just got remodeled. COVID UPDATES: *Masks required. All employees wear masks. Customers must wear masks and keep them on while using the fitting room. *Automatic hand sanitizer dispensers are placed throughout the store (entrance and fitting room). *Yes! You can use the fitting rooms. *Items are sanitized (steamed) after trying them on in the fitting room. *Glass barriers at checkout between customer and cashier. *Social distancing markers and reminders on floor and throughout store. Line up outside before entering the store. I came in the first day of reopening at 10:30 am and was one of only a handful of shoppers. It was easy to get a fitting room and the girls who worked here were so sweet and helpful. They're always down to help style you or grab another size for you. I'm in LOVE with the atmosphere biker shorts and was so happy that they had several colors and sizes in store. They also helped me order a matching color tank for the biker shorts I bought since they didn't have it store. Shoutout to Chelsea, who I've been shopping with for years now (ever since I worked at Nordstrom in 2015!) as well as the other sales associates who helped me out today (I'm so bad with names but I appreciate y'all so much). read more

I don't know why this location has so many complaints about the customer service here because I have had an amazing experience every time I have gone to this location. My fave personal stylist is Feline. She's truly amazing. I went in a week ago (in mid August) and she remembered helping me find an outfit for an event in July! She even remembered some of the pieces that didn't work for me during my first visit with her. Most stylists are really pushy but Feline genuinely wants you to find pieces that work for you. She's bubbly and makes great suggestions! I highly recommend requesting her during your next trip to Aritzia. read more

Aritzia, I love your clothes, but your employees are a poor representation of your brand! What is up with most of the snobby attitude here? Who does the hiring? Step your game up! Read your freaken Yelp reviews about your employees! I don't accept this kind of negative attitude towards customers along with myself from these snobby girls. Most of the time when I come in week days, nobody is helpful at all.... If customers are coming in to spend their $$$$ on your expensive clothes at least greet them or smile to see if they need any help...To the ladies at the register....don't give an attitude when there's a short line and when customers have a question...they don't know that's why they ask! read more

Compared to other locations, some of the employees here are snobby and not just rude, but actually mean. The bad customer service is a long-standing issue I've noticed - not sure if it's the same employees. This weekend I experienced unprofessional conduct from 3 of the female workers as they met up to gossip with each other. I did not think I was signing up for emotional damage. I was in the dressing room trying on several dresses, to get ready for a wedding. The only mirror is in the common area of the dressing room, so naturally I came out to look at myself in each dress. By the way, the dressing room was a big waiting area inside, where women have to come out to look at their clothes half undone. This Saturday, the dressing room was FILLED with people sitting on the couch. There were a few men. It was very uncomfortable. After I had finished trying on for the most part, 3 or 4 of the workers who were working the dressing room started talking about me in the most inappropriate way. They said that "that thing" was sticking out when I tried on my dresses, referring to my bulges/ stomach. They talked more about me than that. They they said that I was so weird. One was a short girl with long hair, a bleached blonde Asian, and another Asian girl. I came back in today to pick up a dress, and it was quite awkward when I ran into the short girl. One star is for a guy worker who started my dressing room, and some service today from non-catty staff - which was still not very friendly. I'll just go to the Aritzias in the other cities (Palo Alto etc.). Much of the cute stuff is online also. read more

Time & Date: Sunday, 7/4/21 @ 2:30pm I left Aritzia today with a bad taste in my mouth because of the horrible service in the fitting rooms. After getting a room & trying on a dress, a worker knocked on my room to ask if everything was okay. I thought the check-in was perfect because I did want to try on a different size so I showed her the dress & asked of she could find another size for me. She took the dress from my hands, and I didn't think much of it because I thought she needed to reference it to find another size. However as soon as she took it from me while I was in my room, I heard a customer in the fitting room next to me ask if she could try the dress on. The worker said sure and gave this customer my dress! Are you serious? The customer proceeded to try on my dress! The worker came back to my room to update me that they didn't have another size. So I told them that's ok, I'll just keep the original dress I had (that she took from me). So she said ok & that she'd go get it (this was such a red flag because I never even told her I didn't want it in the first place, and I knew the customer next to me had it ). I waited and waited in my room and she never came back with my dress, so I waited in the fitting room area until the customer who tried on my dress came out. She had the dress in her hand and was going to purchase it until I asked her if that's the dress I tried on, and she kindly gave it back to me. It's ridiculous that I even had to confront another customer to get my dress back, when I never even said I didn't want it. I just always get a bad pretentious vibe from workers at Aritizia, and this hiccup today just left a really bad impression! read more

Ahhh sales associates that are adolescents with attitudes. Just freakin great! " we work here and don't like you attitude " lol

While really liked their clothes design, their fitting is an uncomfortable place. We felt violated! Because there is NO mirror in the individual fitting booth, one had to come out in the large middle common area where there are large mirrors & a couch where there was a man watching the half naked women trying on new clothes. That man was Not even trying any clothes. There are couches just outside of the large fitting area. Why is that waiting man not invited to sit there? read more

God forbid you walk out empty handed at this location. The sass you receive when you don't like anything after walking out of the fitting room is ridiculous. I was your very first customer at this VF store. I own several Artizia pieces in several different colors. And the honest truth is, they bring back many of the same pieces every single year. So, no thank you. This location has significantly changed over the years. They went from having the casual and dressy pieces to strictly dressy/short/cropped outfits which are not my style. As much as I love the look of Aritzia, I just can't handle the inconsistent service. I've only had one person that I meshed well with at the store but not sure if she still works there anymore. I've also heard from numerous reviews that the staff will compliment you on every outfit you try on to make a sale out of it. Yikes. read more

Customer service was awful, went in on a slow week day where there were probably more employees than customers but was not acknowledged until I tried to check out. No one greeted, I circled the floor with about 5 items in my hand browsing and no one offered to start a fitting room or ask if I need help or even say hi. I left the dressing room after trying on with what I wanted in my hand and made direct eye contact with what appeared to the be manager, who looked right at me, didn't say anything and kept her head down. I then waited to check out for a few minutes with no one by the counter but 3 employees in the dressing room talking. Finally the girl at the very front ran over to check me out and apologized. She was the only positive experience and seemed like one of the youngest there. read more

I came in here with my cousin since she was looking for some Aritzia specific pieces. I hardly ever walk into the store because I prefer to shop online and avoid the shitty customer service. However, I walked in. I will add I was greeted! Which was a pleasant surprise...... but then I was followed around the entire store. That wasn't as big of an issue, I ignored it for the most part. The biggest issue was in their fitting rooms. There are no mirrors inside each individual fitting room. You have to come out to the mirrors in the center which are exposed and have chairs for guests. It's just an uncomfortable feeling to know you're being stared at by many men who just sit in the chairs. Overall, it was an ok experience incomparasion to the other times I've visited. Just beware horrible customer service & snobby reps. It's become a norm here. Lol not even surprised. read more

The clothes are beautiful and high quality... But pray you don't have to try anything on. After finding about 6 or 7 items to try on, I entered into their beautiful changing room. I then discovered there were no mirrors in the individual rooms. There are only larger mirrors in the main area of the changing room. Meaning you have to come out in front of everyone to see how something fits... Not only is this room open to the whole of the store, but there is seating in the middle where others are sitting and waiting (and watching). I like to feel out the clothes, try them in with or without other pieces (I'm almost never buying a complete outfit at one spot), I like for strangers to not see my dark underwear through the skirt I just threw on.... I ended up only trying on one thing, that thought I might like, but then was so uncomfortable that I left without buying anything. I won't be shopping there again. :( I do hope you have a better experience, and maybe that kind of thing wouldn't affect you in the same way. The clothes ARE beautiful and well made. So take that as you may! read more

This was my first time ever shopping at Aritzia, I bought a tank an the girl one didn't give me a receipt. The tank ended up being too small so I called to ask if I could still make a return, the girl said I could come in an she can see what she can do but she's not allowed to say yes over the phone. So I drove 25 min to return an when I got there they told me the tag was attached a way the don't attach them? What!! I literally tried on the top one time an never touched it until 3 days later to return it. The tag was on the exact way I bought it. It was the rudeness that they were so sure they would make a note on it if it was taken off making it seem as if I took off the tag to wear it just to return a 25$ tank a couple days later, really! So rude I won't shop here ever again. read more

This Aritzia has the worst employees/customer service I've ever experienced, and I'm a regular shopper at other locations. Very disorganized and hectic, not to mention rude employees.
