Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Been here 2 times and both times I've been extremely pleased. The manager is also very helpful and she walks around the store to make sure everything is running smoothly. This store has a lot of good stuff and clothing to buy especially when they go on sale or during the holidays. The only problem is you never know when the price will drop. Its just a matter of checking in from time to time. I bought a black vest that was $68 and after christmas it dropped down to $40. I've been looking for that type of vest and asked one of the staff members if the price will drop and he said no. Luckily, I stopped by a week later and discovered that it did drop! I was very thankful for Niko who is the store manager to accommodate my request and price match what I originally paid for to the marked down price. He was very friendly and understanding. I really like a lot of Calvin Klein designs (clothes and home decor) , therefore, I like it when my boyfriend wears CK and wish I could afford to do my house in their look, linens, etc. Haha. I'm lucky that I live next to The Great Mall. It's an outlet style mall that has, a Calvin Klein outlet style store. I've been in the CK store several times and even if I don't end up buying, think it's always worth a stop. It's fairly organized and has great savings off of normal CK wear. It is still a lil pricey but then, the quality and cut makes it worth it. I'll admit, we like the savings at the Guess store better but, CK will always have a place in my heart. read more

Now and then I'll hit CK just to see to what they have on the racks. Often I'll find tight t-shirts which I'm not a fan of and that can be discouraging to browse any further. By giving this a place a chance, I was able to find a few decent items. On busy days, this place can get quite chaotic. Clothing are scattered all over the place. Long lines at the fitting room and at the check out register. The store is not large at all; therefore, it is to be expected. It's worth a stop if you are passing through. For CK fans, bookmark this place. For non CK fans, you might end up finding something if you give it a chance. read more

I like the CK styling and look. This location seems busier than the neighbors.

Of course being an outlet, there is barely any lounge wear or lingerie selection if you are smaller than a large. They cram their bra racks, I try to be careful but hangers are always falling when I'm looking for a certain size. I can look at thirty tags and find maybe two smalls, and one XS. Sometimes I can find neither. A lot of their products also have small stains on them. This is one of the few stores I go to but I hate having to analyze every product for stains and look through hundreds of hangers looking for sizes. read more

CK sold their soul to Costco back in the '90's. You could get CK jeans cheaper than 501s. I bought a few pairs and loved their fit as much as my Levi's. But they didn't hold out to the de rigueur (or rigors) of construction. Are those Bugle Boy jeans you're wearing? Haha! Yeah, right. Otherwise CK was just underwear for me that replaced Joe Boxer, when they sold out to Kmart. CK has finally reclaimed their reputation as a designer of fashionable clothes and not just a servile Costco zombie. If fact, they sued Costco for selling bogus, flawed, and damaged goods. They also sued Warnaco, who sold their wares to the likes of Costco and Sam's Club after altering their designs, trademark infringements, and substandard quality. Good on them! The Devil Wears Prada helped in their rise from the ashes. At least in my mind it did. Having the CK name mentioned among other notables like Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, Micheal Kors, Bill Blass, and Chanel surely revived their street-cred. So when I saw that there was a Calvin Klein Outlet, I had to see for myself what they had and how they might have reinvented themselves. First the jeans - Great fit, stylish, comfortable, and well made. My only complaint is that pant designers could do shorter lengths than 30" for us long torso/short limbed people. The shirt designs range from casual short sleeves to solid and striped dress shirts. All are pretty up to date on the latest styles. The messenger bags are a little effeminate, but not so much so that I'd be more Fabulous than Joshua or Darin. The underwear? I added the "Calvin Klein Accessories" store to Yelp, it got its own listing, but then the listing vanished, and my review was moved to the Calvin Klein main store listing as an updated review for the main CK store, rather than as a new review for the CK Accessories store* The first time that I saw this Calvin Klein Accessories store about a year ago, I thought that I was imagining things - another place for me to shop? Oh, the temptation! As Oscar Wilde said, "The only way to get rid of a temptation is to yield to it." This definitely holds true for me when it comes to shopping :P The manager of the main Calvin Klein store (another monthly stop for me) told me that the accessories sold so well out of the main Calvin Klein store that corporate decided to open this separate accessories store approximately two years ago. I've been shopping here on a monthly basis for over a year, and I've found good deals - both men's and women's wallets were 50% Off every time that I've been here, and I cannot have too many wallets. There is an excellent selection of handbags: clutches, shoulder bags, cross body bags, totes, and satchels. The predominant materials are leather and jacquard. Some of the bags have the CK logo all over them, and for those who aren't fond of large logos, some just have a small plaque that reads "CK" or "Calvin Klein". Personally, I like my bags, if they have logos, to have the logos be the same color as the bag - black on black works for me, since it's a bit more subtle. And men aren't left out of the shopping experience here; this store carries stuff that they can use as well - backpacks, laptop bags, shoes, and watches. I was here today a little after 5:30PM. Two associates stood near the entrance, and as soon as another shopper and I walked in, they greeted us with smiles. The store was having an "Up to 70% Off End of Season Sale", according to the sign in the window. Curious to see what was 70% Off, I wandered throughout the store. As it turned out, it was select women's shoes. Nothing else in the store was discounted as heavily - men's shoes were 25% to 40% Off, watches were 50% Off, and handbags were 40% to 60% Off. Backpacks and laptop bags were 40% Off. I got a black jacquard shoulder bag (that retailed for $119.50) for $59.75. It was about 12 inches tall and 15 inches wide; it had inner pockets, faux leather trim, a top zip closure, and an adjustable shoulder strap. The shoulder drop was was about 9 inches (exactly what I needed, since I am not a fan of bags that dig into one's armpits when one is wearing a jacket/coat). There were four shoppers ahead of me, and one cashier. I was in line for close to 15 minutes. The cashier greeted everyone and thanked us all for waiting. When it was my turn, she asked me how my day was going, and handed me my purchase with pleasant smile. This Calvin Klein Accessories store is located right next to Michael Kors, only a few doors down from the main Calvin Klein store. Great customer service and they usually have good sales going on. Granted, the prices before markdowns are a little high (especially since this is an outlet) I scored some great deals on some clearance product before so that always warrants a visit whenever I'm in the mall. The associates here are really friendly and unlike some other stores in the mall, they don't act like you're bothering them when you ask them a question or for a stock check. My only complaint about this place is that it can get really messy and torn-up. Although I do acknowledge that this isn't the store's fault and is due to customers not putting stuff back where it needs to be, I don't like shopping in unorganized messes! Okay, so this is the place where Calvin Klein holds out on you. I don't mean that in a bad way, but this is the place where Calvin Klein really works. I wish this store would carry some home stuff. That might be fun. I like Calvin Klein because I feel like he is less boring then some of the designers he can be grouped with (Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren and DKNY) but in some places - you might think what the hell. But for CK though, I stay true to his one staple - the way he designs underwear. And this is a good place to go. I recently just found some leopard skin boxer briefs here for $10. One of the best places to shop at in Milpitas. They have a very big selection of suits, shirts, casual wear, basically anything that you need you can get here at the Calvin Klein. The General Manager, Eric Wong, and Associate Manger, Jackson P, are very professional and helpful. They work so hard to up keep this store. When I asked about a specific size, the guy who looks like a manager at the register was apparently too busy counting his money, said "we are busy" and told me to find it myself. While shopping with my mom buying a couple purses we noticed one of the clearance bags had some damage on it so I went to the shelf to find another bag and the clerk snidely says to us ..Well you cant expect clearance purses to be in perfect condition! I explained that they are still new so they should not be sold damaged unless you get a further discount..but I did not want a damaged bag..The clerk seemed annoyed with us. I simply found another bag I wanted and we were done, seems to me the clerk should have been more personable my mom and I shop at this mall allot and good customer service goes a long long way! read more

She just gave me blunt delivery that I would resell those online and imply that she would not sell to me again if I come back and buy same amount of wallets. I went here on Black Friday night. Lady at store behaved so rudely with me and my husband during checkout when it was her fault to not able to apply correct promotion during billing. Calvin Klein products are great but they really need to train their representatives at the store so that they behave properly with customers. To me it seemed like she was pissed off for working on black friday when other people have good time. Calvin Klein please give proper vacation/perks to your employees too so that they do not bring personal issues to work and provide them basic manners and etiquette . Extremely rude service and the store supervisors "Ban Hu" and Manager "Erik" need to be fired. They have zero customer service sense. I bought pants without trying because store was busy and I came back to exchange with one size up, all the tags remained on pants but they refused to exchange without receipt. Every stores now gives at least store credit, I got credit even from Home Depot or Lowe's without having receipts. CK district manager needs to take a look into this. I paid my hard earned money to buy two pairs of pants and your system can not recognise my purchases by scanning the tags!! Other store manager would have at least override if the system is not capable to do this. Extremely poor management. read more

Calvin Klein always has a large sale section in the back. I'm Asian and I'm at Great Mall.... You best believe I went straight for the discount rack. SCORE! Found a nice pair of work pants for $40! Went to the register to find out that it was in the sale section by accident. But hey, I'm ASIAN! I let the guy know that there were about 12 other pairs hanging out over there. He went to confirm. So for the groomsmen at my wedding I had them get the gray wool suit (sold as separates). There was a 70% discount, I asked for a small extra discount if I bought four suits at once, there was a "triple points" discount, and in the end it was $100/suit for a suit that I thought was pretty high quality. Obviously I was extremely pleased. My wife used the points to get a really nice dress for the rehearsal dinner. There is some cool stuff here if you look around through a bunch of stuff that is just OK. I really like the fit of their X-Treme Tight Fit, which I don't think is actually that tight a fit. Unfortunately, while I like the fit, most of the ones that size look like you're a gay stereotype from 10 years ago. But there's a few that are just good clothes/good fit. The pricing here is nuts. If you bought at full price it would be pretty expensive, but there's constantly large sales. You need to get a free Calvin Klein preferred card, both for the extra sale discount and because they have frequent triple-points sales, which means for every $83 you spend, they give you a $25 gift certificate (instead of spending $250 getting you the same certificate). That's similar to an extra 30% off, and is a good enough deal, I'd say if you intend to buy something at Calvin Klein you really ought to wait until they have a triple-point sale. read more

PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. For no reason, they deny to accept preferred member in-store coupon from retail me not though it was perfectly working on-line. I have never ever been to a consumer store that deny a perfectly valid coupon like this store. Infact in the same store, I have used similar coupons in the past. Even though its an outlet store you can get some great stuff at great prices. The manager of this store is one of the RUDEST people I have ever met. I will never go to this ever again. The guy wont take back the pants I bought less than 24 h back at a different store telling me that I removed the label, although I took the label with me. He said return policy states receipt and label should be in tact. All was in tact except they were not attached. He would not even exchange for pants or give store credits and told me that I should give him space to breathe. CK is just a great brand and people like him destroy the brand. This is the worst I have been treated by any human being. read more
