From the time I walked into the store, couldn't even get greeted. When I had my items ready to try on I had to ask to get a fitting room and she was just rude! When I went to check out, no one was at the register so I had to wait for her to come check me out. As she was ringing me up, a shirt I grabbed from the $7 rack came up as full price. When I asked her to go back to the screen so I could see what it rang up she gave me more attitude and pressed the button on my screen. I explained to her that I got it from the rack and instead of going to check and see or ask somebody else she just stared at me. So I told her to take it off then. While the whole idea of Windsor is amazing, the options available in store is very minimal. Sizes are extremely limited for those who aren't a small. The store is a cross between looking organized at first glance, yet being chaotic with dress straps intertwined with multiple hangers. Positives: As mentioned above, the pricing ranges from affordable to possibly being a bit of a splurge depending on your wants & design purchased. There is literally something for everyone. With the store being extremely limited in sizes and designs, the Windsor website offers an array of colors and a ton more options. 2 stars overall factoring in everything mentioned above and the tough store policies. Items are apparently only held for an hour prior to being put back on the salesfloor. Dresses, for the most part, are final sale (SO TRY ON YOUR ITEMS BEFORE COMMITTING). read more

Terrible customer service. I came in on Thursday around 2 PM. Two women were working and we're standing near the front of the store. When I entered, no one greeted me or said a word. I passed these ladies in the store a few times and the only time one lady spoke was when we almost ran into each other and she had no other choice. Other than that I was ignored. I went to use the dressing room and walked in because it was open, and suddenly one woman ran to confirm how many items I had. How funny she could now speak. I like this store. I do. I spent hundreds of dollars here. However, I'm giving a lower review because the staff here have a poor attitude. I called before coming in and on the phone, the person told me they didn't have what I needed available and they sounded super rude. I went to the store anyway and saw they had plenty of things in stock! Not to mention, when I needed help last time finding something, whoever was handling it, had a horrible attitude. The people who work here don't seem to want to help customers find anything, when they DO have it available. If you have something available, why tell the customer that you don't have it? It takes time to drive to the mall so I don't want to waste a trip to come here and not be helped. I don't often call this store. I wonder if they ignore or block calls, I called to see if my item was still on hold, no one ever picked up the phone the next day. I used a different phone to call, someone picked up! Lovee this store and so stoked they opened this location!! Windsor is similar to Forever 21 but in my opinion better quality and has more of a modern, trendy style to it. FIVE FREAKING STARS FOR MY GIRL CAT! Seriously I was the most ANNOYING customer she has probably ever had! I spent HOURS going back and forth between dresses. Cat helped zip me up in the SAME dress at least SIX times...PER VISIT. I would leave, do a lap around the mall and come back to try more on dresses (I did this about 10 times). Most of the dress are dirty with DEO stain, ripped or stepped on. I could be 'cause its an outlet. However, once I tried on this cute pink dress and the zipper snagged.
