Searching for Prom and Birthday dresses. I have 3 daughters and a niece plus thier girlfriends.All love to shop. This place. No. Worst customer service. Came in about a week ago and specifically asked the girl at the register what their return policy was before I paid, because I don't like purchasing final sale items (I like to get a second opinion on my purchase when I get home). The girl explained if it's within 14 days of purchase it's a full refund and with receipt in the first 30 days is store credit, but didn't bother to mention that the necklace I purchased was final sale! It wasn't until I went to return it a few days later that I grabbed the receipt and saw that it said ALL jewelry is final sale. So thank you to the girl at the register who I asked about the return policy as she was literally ringing me up for a piece of jewelry and didn't even bother to tell me it wasn't returnable. read more

Okay first of all, not only was I super satisfied with my items that I bought, I was also SUPER satisfied with the excellent customer service I got!
