All those sweet kawaii products you see at a street fair or festival? Several venders are represented under one roof. I was able to pick up Pinoy Xmas gift tags and drinking glasses with glass straws. Win!

HUGE, lots and lots and lots of vendors. If you like cute trinkets / odds and ends, local artists, small businesses Asian themed merchandise, this fair is for you. I am not a huge "trinket" person or collector but it was fun to walk around :) Parking was easy.

Adorable shop. Great place to buy enamel pins, cute stickers, tote bags, keychains, prints, etc. Great place to buy gifts or accessories. They don't take cash btw.

I love art and wine festivals because there are so many eclectic artist and crafts. One gets to see while attending the festival. Too bad they're not all year around! This quaint little shop is the perfect marriage between local artists, and being all year around!! It seems that each section/wall/display case is one particular artist from a local area with their own business cards and social media info. I loved all the eclectic, various types of art, candles, essential oils, and knickknacks. This particular store had!! I recognize some of the artist from seventh Empire studios also! I will definitely be back to check out the different artworks throughout the year at the store!

I love visiting here and seeing all the new items that come in. As someone who collects art from small businesses and artists, it's extremely inspiring to see a collection all in one place like this. The store is quite small, but every time I come here I see something I love. Parking is free for 90 minutes, which is super convenient to take a short look around. Will definitely be coming back!

Support your local vendors! I bought a cute gift bag (bag, shirt, and card) for $20 as a kid's birthday gift that I had to go to that evening. I completely forgot but I blame the FB app because I don't get notifications that an event is coming up! I bought a samosa, 2 chocolate bars from Vice Chocolates (accepts cards!!): dark chocolate w/ Fleur de Sel and chocolate w/ fig and star anise (I know it sounds gross but it won awards and based on the sample I tried before buying it, I know why!). I bought 3 kinds of peanut butter brittle... burnt almond and 2 ball game types (one w/ pretzel and beer and the other potato chips, YES, potato chips, garlic, and beer). It wasn't just the products and the local vendor that I enjoy, it's the service I received, too! Totally worth me spending over $20 on just junk food FOR MYSELF.

Too many not home made trinket vendors and not enough true hand made and unique vendors. Was disappointed.

From what I understand, they're open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends, and Wednesdays and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. There are lots of food trucks and plenty of seating throughout the market. It can get pretty crowded at times, especially on Sundays, but overall it's manageable. The restrooms have always been clean whenever we've visited, and there are ATMs available on site. You can find almost anything here clothes, household items, snacks, and more making it a fun place to spend a few hours with family. There's also a large produce section with a bakery right in the center, which gets very busy but is worth checking out. Overall, it's a lively spot with plenty to see and do, making it a great place to spend time with family if you don't mind the crowds. The value is decent if you plan to spend a few hours browsing, grabbing a bite, or making some purchases, though the high weekend parking fees do bring it down. One thing to note: we've occasionally encountered teens and sometimes older men approaching people asking for money, claiming they need it for food. Later, we've seen them gathered in small groups. Just something to be aware of stay alert and mindful of your surroundings.

The new BART entrance is a game changer and makes getting here easier, though it costs $5. If you drive, parking is $20. Either way, it's worth it. I heard a rumor it might close around 2035, and I hope that's not true. This spot is a vital part of the Bay Area and deserves to remain for future generations.

I attend maybe two or three times a year, whenever I'm looking for special, vintage treasures, or the occasional seasonal plants or succulents for my garden. You really can't beat the variety and prices here. This visit I found two gallon-sized plants for $5 each, a purple kale plant for $3, and 11 mini succulents for $1-2 each, plus a pretty glass bowl to hold an orchid plant. I spent nearly 2 hours here and only managed to walk through half of the flea market! It's fun to see people walking through the parking aisles sometimes pulling wagons or carts to hold their many purchases or cradling their new orchid plants. If you're hungry, there are food trucks near De Anza's Euphrat Museum. Come early for best selection. You'll definitely get your steps in here!

We attended the Lumpia Fest in Newark this past Saturday, and there were plenty of vendors to explore and fill our bellies. Merchandise booths selling plants, stickers, totes, plushies and stuffed toys of various sizes, with no shortage of sanrio, pokemon, and kawaii character products. Food tents offering a diversity of snacks and beverages including Nepali street food, Thai and Vietnamese dishes, and of course filipino cuisine. We got pork bbq skewers, cheeseburger lumpia, papaya salad, and aguas frescas, from several different vendors. Everything overpriced, but delicious. The weather was breezy, but so hot due to zero shade at the event, so we fried in the sun as we enjoyed our meals in the eating area which had a few tables set up with seating. Even the DJ's sound equipment seemed to be melting in the heat, the music playing through the speakers (mainly pop and hip hop tunes) becoming slow and jumbled, almost like a horror movie. We didn't stay long, as there was nothing that really captured our attention, not much on the entertainment side, just a raffle. It's a decent event to get a few items for little ones who are fans of Japanese anime, Hello Kitty, or the cute monster Labubu, while snacking on some good eats at a premium cost. But the price for admission on top of that is a bit excessive for what you get. 3 stars for overall value and experience.

Individuals kept wondering if the flea market will ever be back... And it did come back! EVERY 2nd/SECOND SATURDAY OF EVERY MONTH, March to November, 9am to 2pm And now FREE PARKING! It used to be $2 to park! I gave it the rating I did because/ 1. Since the re-opening, I never purchased a single thing 2. Vendors are all pretty much the same (and it's hilarious some of the faces are familiar and seen at estate sale hunts) 3. Love how they attempt a theme and have added old school cars to the mix! 4. The vendors are not the nicest... they don't budge and are not willing to negotiate (I mean that's the fun of flea markets!) 5. Kind of pricey. Pretty much all antique and used items. A couple of vendors sell new but very "made in China" items 6. Products are often repeated aka the same 7. It's not huge... you could probably walk the entire thing in less than 30 minutes Would I come back? I just love estate sales, rummage sales, flea markets, etc. It's great to walk around especially when you don't have the mindset of "must have to buy"

For summer break we decided to start the day here and find lunch close by. It was much larger and busier than it was in Winter. The great thing is free parking and free admission, the walk from parking to the fleamarket is very close. If you want to sell here the pricing per spot is low and you can pull in easily with your car. I believe each spot is $20 and this fleamarket happens the 2nd Saturday of every month. They do a good job of attracting vendors with that sell newer items in bulk, more classic garage style bring your old junk, plants, antiques, and some food trucks. The coolest thing we did was probably the train ride that goes through the fleamarket and car show. The car show area did smell like something peope like to smoke though :) It does get hot later in the day in Summer so best to come early. We ended up leaving with some nice snacks and old books for the kids.
