    Welcome

Garden at the Flea is great place to come enjoy some great delicious food and ice cold drinks. yes, drinks with liquor or virgin, your choice. they are open on weekends and also are open during the week in the earnings for an al fresco dinner with family and/or friends. In the evening only a few venders are open but they do offer some beautiful items at a low or reasonable price. Come enjoy some good food, drinks and company. Free parking for night market $5.00 on Saturdays $14.00 on Sundays

Came here with a group of my friends on a Friday evening during COVID times to check this place out. First impressions was that they actually have a pretty cool set up! I love the infamous Garden at the Flea sign with the lights, fake grass, and they have plenty of seating outside for everyone to sit at. They had about 5 food trucks here when we came and had some vendors. I ended up trying a crepe place. This place was actually really good. I enjoyed the nutella crepe but I should have asked for no whipped creme. I also tried the elote place. There was a young kid who originally said $5 then changed his mind and said "never mind it is $7" for a plate of plain elote. I thought this was actually pretty comical lol. They do offer free parking and admission so this is nice that you can enter and park for free. You would just have to pay for whatever food you actually wanted. This is where I have to take off 2 stars. They have plenty of space, I wish that they would add more food vendors. Maybe they have a limit of how many vendors they can have but I would highly suggest getting more. That way there is a variety of foods and many more choices for people to choose from. Another thing that I wish they had but I believe they had in the past was to sell alcohol. They don't even have to sell mixed drinks, mostly just beers and I think that would be fine. It would attract a lot more customers. Although, since we are still living through COVID times, I am unsure of their restrictions and what they have to work with during these times. Although the concept is there for this event, my friends and I left feeling slightly disappointed and our stomachs still not full and satisfied. I would love to return and support these food trucks during these tough times but I just wish there was more of a variety.

Awesome series of events and first great experience attending the one with fire artists yesterday! I enjoyed so much the gardens, did not expect to see real herbs, flowers and veggies! (I wonder if those were to be picked up by the attendees, so I took some basil home, apologies in advance if not intended for freeloaders).Free entrance, free parking...so 2 colleagues and I decided to check it out last night and we were all surprised. Several food trucks but none of them captured our attention (mostly because of the huge lines), a few vendors with lots of young talent, people playing ping-pong, enjoying the night, watching the traditional Chinese dances with dragons and, my favorite part, the guys playing with fire to the rhythm of the great music from several DJs . Great night to be repeated. Good ambience and well behaved mass of people!

They did a really great job with this beer garden. Chill spot when they have fun events going on but the beer lines tend to get long (that's expected though).

From what I understand, they're open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends, and Wednesdays and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. There are lots of food trucks and plenty of seating throughout the market. It can get pretty crowded at times, especially on Sundays, but overall it's manageable. The restrooms have always been clean whenever we've visited, and there are ATMs available on site. You can find almost anything here clothes, household items, snacks, and more making it a fun place to spend a few hours with family. There's also a large produce section with a bakery right in the center, which gets very busy but is worth checking out. Overall, it's a lively spot with plenty to see and do, making it a great place to spend time with family if you don't mind the crowds. The value is decent if you plan to spend a few hours browsing, grabbing a bite, or making some purchases, though the high weekend parking fees do bring it down. One thing to note: we've occasionally encountered teens and sometimes older men approaching people asking for money, claiming they need it for food. Later, we've seen them gathered in small groups. Just something to be aware of stay alert and mindful of your surroundings.

It's very cute and very clean, and doesn't seem like a thrift shop at all. The young woman working there was friendly and helpful. I saw lots of little things I wanted to buy, like the tiniest Labubu I've ever seen, but didn't end up purchasing anything. Most of the clothes and accessories for females seemed targeted toward young people, but I'm glad I stopped in and checked out all of their cute loot. Be sure to bring change for the metered parking or plan to use your credit card.

I bought a fleece skirt and wannabe suede tube top. Both pieces were $20-$22, but such a great deal! I lived that Baby Phat jacket too, but it was too small for me! Damnit! There's also a men's area towards the back of the store also, so make sure to check that area too! There were two employees working, when k went in on that weekday, make sure you bring coins or just pay via credit card to park, since all of Jtown charges for parking. I will definitely be back! $50 for an outfit I love! I can't wait to go home, wash it and wear it! They employee said if you post a pic of you in their outfit, to tag them on IG to be entered into some drawing for monthly coupon or something- I forget, but I'll be posting soon enough!!!

"Things to know" If you come here during the week then you will not be charged to enter the Berryessa flea market grounds "just tell the guard that you're going to American purchase medals." During the weekend, however you do have to pay to enter.. When I entered the business, I spoke with Phil "the owner" he struck me as a down to earth guy who loves what he is doing and will give you a fair price for precious metals. "Note" One thing they are not is coin collectors although they will buy them, but you will not get top dollar for them, for obviously reasons; they have to make some profit too. After taking with Phil for approximately 20 minutes Phil made me an offer for what I brought in to sell, I left there feeling like I Phil treated me very fair and like I made a friend. American precious metals has lots of beautiful rings, necklaces, and other precious metals, including Bullion to sell and buy. If you're in the market one way or another, I would highly suggest checking this business out you won't be disappointed.

We attended the Lumpia Fest in Newark this past Saturday, and there were plenty of vendors to explore and fill our bellies. Merchandise booths selling plants, stickers, totes, plushies and stuffed toys of various sizes, with no shortage of sanrio, pokemon, and kawaii character products. Food tents offering a diversity of snacks and beverages including Nepali street food, Thai and Vietnamese dishes, and of course filipino cuisine. We got pork bbq skewers, cheeseburger lumpia, papaya salad, and aguas frescas, from several different vendors. Everything overpriced, but delicious. The weather was breezy, but so hot due to zero shade at the event, so we fried in the sun as we enjoyed our meals in the eating area which had a few tables set up with seating. Even the DJ's sound equipment seemed to be melting in the heat, the music playing through the speakers (mainly pop and hip hop tunes) becoming slow and jumbled, almost like a horror movie. We didn't stay long, as there was nothing that really captured our attention, not much on the entertainment side, just a raffle. It's a decent event to get a few items for little ones who are fans of Japanese anime, Hello Kitty, or the cute monster Labubu, while snacking on some good eats at a premium cost. But the price for admission on top of that is a bit excessive for what you get. 3 stars for overall value and experience.
