Zara flannel for three dollars!!!

I got lost and stopped in for directions only to find the most amazing bogo sale!! The nice lady even gave me directions!!

Cheaper than at Goodwill!

So glad there's a local community thrift shop nearby far better than going to Goodwill and the prices are far cheaper whereas they have a weekly sales display of 15% off depending on the merchandise. I was quite intrigued by the shop even though it's quite small for it's size but they do have a whole of selection of kitchenware, toys, CD's and DVD's for $2.50 each, books, sport equipment, shoes and limited men's clothing though I was lucky enough to buy tank tops and T shirts that were 25% off and one gym short and sweatpants something to wear to the gym a great savings at that. By the way the owner is extremely nice and he will accept all donation no cabinets/dresser/appliances and furniture. Morning is the best time worst on the weekends and afternoon. Definitely a place to shop for a great deal.

Score!

What a great addition to the neighborhood! We stopped in and they offer a variety of thrift goods and unique finds! They have a toy section which was great for my little one, it gave me some time to look around! I was surprised all that they can fit in the store! I saw some Nike sweats, Pokémon cards, and Pokémon hats. I was happy to see some K-pop! They had some kid Halloween costumes out front and some fun props! The prices are really great, and they even offer additional discounts! In the man cave section there was some sporting goods and housewares. The owner and other staff are very friendly and personable especially to my kid! It was a pleasant visit, and they also support the community which is wonderful! Looking forward to making a frequent stop here just for fun! We went back the next day to get the Nike sweats and a plushy but the plushy was walking out! If you see something you like, don't wait! Got a plushy hat instead. Scored a really cute purse! Fun thrifting experience!

9/21/20 Cool retro speakers works with my PC I love these speakers for being able to be hooked up to my PC sound card in full 5.1 surround using 6 cables. Even though the DVD player does not support a line in you can just dump the DVD player and hook the speakers up to anything you want as the speakers work without the DVD player. See less Evan Yerified Purchse 7/30/23 cant get all of the sparkers working the way the should plus need something more simple to understand and it should have numbers like 1 on of the speakers then 2 on the second 3 on... There is something for everyone. The price is cheap and good variety. The store owner really has a heart for the community. They have items saved for homeless and low income kids from nearby school. This is a gem.

First time stopping by it was such a cute thrift store I enjoyed shopping and looking around. Definitely will stop by again many cute little things and they have a wide variety of different items. They also have me the Helllo kitty necklace for making a purchase of more than $10 !Such a great thrift store!

My girlfriend talks about this store the way my friends talk about their gym grind. Constantly. So…read moreI finally went, mostly to kill time while she shopped. Annoyingly, she was right. It's a discount spot but everything's sorted into actual sections -- clothing, appliances, household stuff, food -- so it's not the dig-through-a-bin situation I expected. Then I turned a corner and found the exact silver watch I'd been eyeing online for weeks and had talked myself out of buying like a responsible adult. Here, the price made being responsible irrelevant. So now I own it. Walked out with that, some work clothes, and a couple of household things we apparently needed. Prices were low enough I stopped doing the math and just grabbed stuff. Staff was helpful even though it was busy. Came to kill time. Left with the watch I told myself I didn't need. Worth a look if you like brand-name things without the brand-name price.

IMHO Interesting…read moreplace. Finally got a chance to check it out after reading about it. I'd read that it is really cramped and unorganized. I found that there was enough room to move about and aisles were clear. Yes, product is stacked high but not dangerous to navigate. There was one gentleman working, and we said hello. He said if we had any questions, to just ask. We had no idea what to expect or what we were looking for. You really have to take the time to slowly walk around and look high and low. I suppose you can find great bargains if you know your prices and are willing to spend some time there. They had tons of bedding, kitchen appliances, light bulbs and fixtures, huge rugs, weighted blankets, shoes, Water Piks, name brand luggage, and a ton of clothing on racks and some piled to be picked through, plus a bunch of other stuff. I even found some packages of pepperoni, but they were just thrown on a shelf. I guess they're shelf stable... All of these items are close-outs or returned to Costco, or just out-of-season (like the Christmas trees and wrapping paper I found.) If you like going on a treasure hunt, this is your place! I'm sure I'll go back, one day...

I was referred by another thrift store, so I decided to stop by (walk in/no appointments) to sell a few items. No long lines or crowds after 1pm Thursday. I never thought about coming here, but it looks legit and there's more upstairs to browse around. It was more spacious than expected in this old landmark building/house corner. Not bad at all. Staff is welcoming and worked pretty fast going through people's drop off bags of clothes, etc. They sell new items too (clothing/scarf dyes, little gifts, sunglasses, shoes, jewelry, and more). Items on racks are good looking and colorful in some spots. There were plenty of Baggu handbags for sale too. Good variety of colors and styles. They have good looking boots for sure. Prices on racks are on the higher end side/more expensive for thrift store items. Very clean though, like new for most items. It didn't take long before they were finished going through my bags. It's a bit more high end here, so if you have good brands vintage fashion items, this can be a good convenient spot for you.

Went thrifting this afternoon and my first stop was Black and Brown. I'd never been there before…read moreand wasn't sure what to expect. Wow, what an amazing store. They mainly sell vintage and modern secondhand clothes, bags, and shoes for women and men, but they also have new pottery from a designer called Familiar. The store is spacious and carefully curated. There is no thrift shop smell and it looks more like a cute boutique than a secondhand store. You can sell your clothes there, too. There are two floors of women's clothes and a separate men's shop across a little courtyard in the back. Most of the customers when I was there were young adults of both sexes. The store was busy on a Saturday in the late afternoon. Fortunately, they have a dedicated parking lot behind the shop with plenty of spaces. The staff welcomed me immediately when I walked in. I was interested in looking at purses and they had quite a few vintage and newer ones from designers like Coach, Tory Burch, Kate Spade, and Dooney & Bourke. I didn't buy any, but enjoyed checking out what they had to offer. I didn't pay too much attention to the clothes, except to notice that women's pant sizes on the second floor only seemed to go up to size 11/12. If they had bigger sizes, I didn't see them. Overall, I was impressed with Black and Brown and would like to go back.

I grew up coming here with my parents and siblings and I remember how busy and full of life it use to be. So I wanted to have one last run here. Food review wise see below... Bbq ribs plate 8/10 Bbq chicken plate 7/10 Cheeseburger 6/10 (had some hard chewy pieces) Corndog 5/10 Fries 8/10 Agua frescas 9/10 but pricey at $9 each when you get 5x of them LOL. It's not a place were merchants can sell second hand items. Go to Capital Flea Market Saturday and Sunday instead, parking is free, and $2.50 a person.

Road trip... let's start with the basics!…read more Anyone who knows me knows I'm all about taking trips and ALWAYS finding the best thrift shops at my destination. This time my Mom and I hit the highway for a 5 1/2 hour drive to Los Gatos. My Mom is the ultimate cat fanatic, THEREFORE Los Gatos was a place we just had to viist so here we are on a serious mission to hunt down some PURR-FECT vintage cat treasures for her collection. We asked a few people at our hotel for local thrifts stores and a staff member recommended Happy Dragon Thrift Shop. This is a beautifully curated store located in the heart of town. The store is full of treasures ready to be rehomed. Happy Dragon was founded in 1958 supported by many volunteers. The store manager Mr. Robb is absolutely a delight. A humble person with a heart of GOLD. As a thrifter, finding good prices is important to me, but please remember that every thrift store prices items differently. Please do not let high price tags ruin your hunt, always take your time to enjoy the hunt. Your perfect find will show up at the perfect price For me on this trip I found: 1) Two adorable cat plant pots 2) A few Coca-Cola Americana style items 3) A a beautiful Waverly Arch Amerith hand held mirror dating back to 1920 (paid under $10.00 for it) There are amazing treasures waiting to be discovered here. NOTE while a few select items might be priced above market value, if you find something you truly love, then the price is right for you regardless of the market. PLEASE NOTE: 100% of the proceeds from the store sales directly support Pacific Clinics, which provides critical youth mental health services and family support. Definitely stop by if you are in the area.
