They mainly sell vintage and modern secondhand clothes, bags, and shoes for women and men, but they also have new pottery from a designer called Familiar. The store is spacious and carefully curated. There is no thrift shop smell and it looks more like a cute boutique than a secondhand store. You can sell your clothes there, too. There are two floors of women's clothes and a separate men's shop across a little courtyard in the back. Most of the customers when I was there were young adults of both sexes. The store was busy on a Saturday in the late afternoon. Fortunately, they have a dedicated parking lot behind the shop with plenty of spaces. The staff welcomed me immediately when I walked in. I was interested in looking at purses and they had quite a few vintage and newer ones from designers like Coach, Tory Burch, Kate Spade, and Dooney & Bourke. I didn't buy any, but enjoyed checking out what they had to offer. I didn't pay too much attention to the clothes, except to notice that women's pant sizes on the second floor only seemed to go up to size 11/12. If they had bigger sizes, I didn't see them. It's clear the owner really has a passion for what he does and he's happy to help with any questions. Another employee, Tyler, is also a fun guy with a lovely personality. The prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality of items - this isn't stuff you can find just anywhere. I could easily spend an entire day or more in here, and I hope this business continues to thrive for decades to come!

I wandered around for a good hour and a half because I kept finding new things to look at. Not once did Liz pressure me or think it was weird that I was just doing laps around the store looking at everything haha; she was happy to answer all my questions and was super knowledgeable about all the items. I absolutely love everything I purchased and I can't wait to go back and find more treasures. Fear that it was a too posh store for me and it would look weird to just say the classic 'just browsing today'. What a great surprise to find out that The Shop is, actually, a thrift shop. Posh, but second hand clothes at really good prices. Everything in the store is impecable, clean, well organized by colors and styles and in great state. I got 2 great deals that look simply fantastic on me (will post pics of that soon:). Got a jacket from Max Mara for just $20, very chic and fitting and another dark brown corduroy blazer for just $15 of no name brand but equally super fitting and flattering. I was beyond happy when I left the store. This is not your casual Salvation Army, this is high end stuff well taken care of at great prices (even the high brand with higher prices were not very expensive).

Spent the afternoon checking out the antiques at the Willow Glen Collective. I'd been there before…read moreseveral times, but not in the last five years or so. If you like vintage smalls, this is the place for you. They have lots of costume and sterling silver jewelry, glassware, ceramics, linens, toys, and just random treasures. The shop is so packed I had to go around twice to make sure I didn't miss anything. The two ladies working there this afternoon were friendly and helpful. They cheerfully unlocked the glass cabinets when I wanted to see something and there was never any pressure to buy. I learned the shop has been there for 44 years. I really wanted to support this small local business, so I bought a green Buddha statue for a shelf at home that needed refreshing. I'm happy with my purchase and I hope this shop is around for many more years.

Absolute gem of a thrift shop!…read more Well curated and the volunteers went out of their way to help me navigate the giant hula hoops I discovered. The prices are beyond great if you love vintage clothing and know fabrics. I may have found my favorite dress of all time here for a whopping $14 (because it's a two piece set of decorative vintage fabric) it was in the premium section and the volunteers were adorable making sure I knew why it was priced this way. (I couldn't afford a yard of this fabric retail I'm giddy about a vintage two piece set that I can customize). To then discover that the proceeds go to support women's scholarships was the ultimate bonus! My grand total for everything was $54 and I happily gave my change to the donation bucket by the register. If you are in the area and love unique vintage items this is a must explore. I had to resist the urge to buy several of the tea cup collections. I'm a sucker for vintage tea sets and they have several that are stunning! Great shop, fantastic volunteers who are donating their time to support a wonderful cause.
