Profiled and harassed while trying to shop. I had an overall horrible experience at this Levi's location. I went in specifically to buy jeans, but instead of being greeted with helpful customer service, I was met with extreme hostility. The staff profiled me and assumed I was there to shoplift. Especially the white young lady that works there. They shadowed my every move, whispered to each other on their ear piece, and followed me around the store in a deeply aggressive and uncomfortable way.The worst part is that I actually did buy the jeans. Even as a paying customer, they treated me with total disrespect. Buying clothing shouldn't feel like an interrogation. I am incredibly disappointed in how this store is run and will be taking my business elsewhere and everyone else should too. read more

The workers were insanely helpful! My daughter has gone to multiple Levi's trying to find pants that fit good. As soon as she arrived she said Amy and Juan helped her! Amy was extremely kind and beyond helpful. I would recommend this Levi's out of all the ones I've been to in the bay! read more

An overhaul of the staff at this store is much needed. The staff is extremely ill-mannered, comes across ill-trained and would rather fool around amongst themselves rather than do their job and tend to customers. read more

Great service all around. I believe it was Ali who helped me the last time I was in here searching for jeans. She was very knowledgeable in jeans and friendly. Cashiers were also polite. Jean selection is smaller than other stores, but it's good for the basics. read more

Had a really negative experience with the staff member named Alee. As she stood near me I joked that the jeans seemed more expensive than I remembered. Alee told me " maybe you're just used to shopping at outlet stores! These are PREMIUM jeans!" I cannot believe a staff member told me this. So incredibly rude and unprofessional. My husband and I put away all the clothes we had planned to buy. Many years ago I worked at Lucky Brand Jeans. I would have lost my job if I spoke to a customer and lost a sale like this. Retraining is in order. read more

I had an amazing experience here because of DAWN! She was not only kind and helpful but her positive energy lights up the whole store! I mean it when i say i have NEVER been to ANY retail store before where i was met with the kind of hospitality i was met with today. Meeting her will stick with me and definitely bring me back to this location. I hope Levi's as a company understands how lucky they are to have such a unique individual working for them and treats her right! read more

The price of their jeans here was ridiculous. Tried on some pants and found my size and only one fit was able to look good on me unfortunately. I've actually never been to a Levi's store until now. Tip: Go to Kohl's or somewhere else to get your jeans. Perhaps even online because they usually have some deal going on. read more

Stopped by the Levi's store today to buy a pair of Levi's 502's. Salesperson was cool, service was great! I paid $79.50 ($86.97 with tax) for one pair of black Levi's 502's. I came home only to look on Levi's.com and find the exact same jeans $20.00 cheaper at $59.50. $20.00 difference between the levis.com price, compared to the price of the actual Levi's store? That's a pretty widespread curve. What kind of fuckery is this? So I look in the trash for the tag from my 502's that I bought from the Levi's store, and I noticed if there is a sticker. I peel it back and the $79.50 is covering the actual price of $69.50. Still a $10.00 difference between the levis.com price and the store price. So I ask again, what kind of fuckery is this???? So whatever you do, DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE at Valley Fair before you check Levi's.com. If you do, and you find yourself in the same situation, you only have yourself to blame. You've been warned... #Assholes read more

Whenever i try and check something from the display table i make sure to return them nicely you wouldn't even know that a customer touched it besides I'm just looking around not even trying to grab some clothes to try (didnt like the displays this time). To make it short it's annoying for us customers whenever you fix the clothes that we just touched like we messed it up big time. Do it later, way better. Anyway, good thing we bought a nice pants. read more

Somewhat helpful, but strict. I had two family members gift me the exact same Levi's jacket for Christmas. I kept one and went to return the other. I was hoping to return the jacket for cash, but the only option is store credit. Or I could put the money back onto the debit card used for the purchase, but I am not the owner of the card used for purpose, my father is. Trying to coordinate a full mall visit with the both of us just to have him receive his money back onto the card during a pandemic seemed ridiculous. So I could only receive store credit. Who knows when I'll be using that. Thanks for the hoops, tired of jumping. read more

I love my Levi's bootcut jeans. Too bad this location did not have any. They did have nice shirts which I ended up buying.

Worst customer service particularly the store manager on January 1st 2020 at around 6:30 pm. This is the girl with the black blonde long curly hair and glasses. She was wearing a tank, cardigan and jeans. First off, she created issues for a price match I requested. Her attitude is one of the worst I have experienced. Being courteous to the customer should be her top most priority especially bring a STORE MANAGER!! On my way out, I accidentally left my item in store and when I returned immediately to collect it she literally rolled her eyes at me. This attitude towards a customer is very insulting. I called her out on this behavior and she denied it. People like her should be sacked from the job especially working in a customer facing environment. read more

I purchased something online and came in this afternoon in hopes of returning it due to a sizing issue. To be able to return an item at a store without having to repackage, relabel and ship out again is super convenient. Upon entering, the store was neatly stocked and someone came to greet me. She directed me to the cashier for assistance with my return. Julia was kind and patient as I looked up the order # for the return. She even informed me that online orders have 100 days as opposed to the general 60 day policy; Thanks for that tip! read more

Great selection in sizes (my 29/30 or 30/30 always available), organized shelves, friendly staff. Juan, the Manager, is super focused on exceptional customer service. I really appreciate how all the jeans are neatly organized from smallest to biggest waist from top of the pile to the bottom. The staff members are friendly and quick. When you have to be somewhere else now (and we all do), it's nice to see that they're working fast to get you on your way. read more

Ecstatic that this store is back open after lockdown. Found a pair of Levi's online and found out they had the exact pair in this store. This store disgusts me. BF likes to shop at Levi's but after the most recent experience we both vowed to avoid it all together. It's no wonder places like Amazon with amazing customer service are putting retailers like Levi's out of business. Now that the rant is over, onto the experience. Finding parking at Valley Fair is bound to give one a headache. Once that's done, you'd at least hope to have a pleasant shopping or returning experience. We had ordered some jeans online and they were poor quality. Jeans came with stains on them. We contacted Levi's customer support and were told we could exchange them in store. Get to the store, and the associate proceeds to write down BF's driver license and credit card information on a piece of receipt paper. BF shows associate purchase invoice on his cell phone and she writes down a bunch of numbers. She asked us what the total was and we let her know. She proceeds to call some phone number to verify his online purchase. I listen to the whole conversation, and the person on the phone gives the associate a breakdown and lets her know we used a coupon. The associate than asks us the same questions she just asked the person over the phone. Why would you ask more than once? It completely made us feel like we were trying to do something dishonest, when all we wanted to do was exchange an online order. Note: They don't carry most things that they sell online so we ended up returning everything. In the end, I asked for the piece of paper that she wrote down personal information on. After a brief eye roll and saying "it's just his name", the associate handed it over. That's a first and a last time we'll ever come here. read more

With everyone and their parents wearing designer jeans nowadays, I'm sure they have forgotten how great and reliable Levi's are. I came here the other day to buy a few pairs of jeans. They had a good variety of washes, sizes, and fits for both women and men. I didn't have any problems finding any sizes, as it seems that their inventory is fully stocked. I liked how they also carried the new 'legging' type jeans for women. Their jeans are comfortable and affordable. Their customer service was excellent and I didn't feel pressured to buy anything. I recommend checking them out! read more

A little secret - Levi's make my favorite jeans. Always have, always will. Period. I think I own around 20 pairs of them. I usually only buy 511s or 513s - great cuts for my body type. This is your typical Levi's Store. They have a huge selection of jeans in every style. None of it is ever discounted. That's why I recommend trying on your jeans at the store and purchasing them from their website. The reason is because www.levis.com is always running some kind of sale, and I mean ALWAYS. At this very second they have a 30% off select styles. One little gem about Levi's is their shirts. They have some awesome casual long-sleeve button ups. I love them because their slim and modern cuts fit me like a glove - hugs my shoulders perfectly, the arm length is spot on and it sits perfectly around my butt. The great thing is that they have shirts for almost every occasion. Shirts for a casual outting or ones to wear on a date night. I don't recommend wearing them with a suit or to a formal event. Not their style. Did you know Levi's is the world's 5th largest apparel company? Fun little fact. read more

I ended up at this store because Urban Outfitters right across the street didn't have my size for the Levi's legging that I wanted so badly. Thank god for Yelp or else I would have never knew there was a Levi's at the Westfield mall. I walked in and was greeted by one of the employees. I didn't catch her name but she asked me if i was looking for anything in particular. I told her I was looking for leggings and I told her my size. She showed me where all the leggings were at and even suggested that I should try a smaller size than the usual size I always get. I tried the smaller size on and BAM, she was right. It wasn't the same wash I wanted as the one from UO but that was okay. Honestly, i think every girl should own a pair of these leggings cause they're so freakin' comfy. Their customer service was great and next time I'm at the Westfield mall, I'll definitely be stopping here again. read more

Love this store! A huge variety of styles and other stuff to choose from. The only thing that lacks here is the selection in sizes. Bigger sizes would definitely put this store over the edge. Please carry bigger sizes in all clothing. Sizes 4X to 6X would be greatly appreciated. Other than that... Five Super Bowl out of Five.. (Because of the lack of extended sizes) read more

The black man so called store manager is very cold and not really polite at all. I bought a hat and tried to return it the same day afterwards and he refused to refund to my card. He can only gives store credit. I did not even leave the mall yet! How worn the hat would be? You can tell he doesn't care if you are upset or not. That's so called customer service. Even when I first bought it, I remember he had no greetings, no smile or anything, just not a comfortable shopping experience. I would never want to shop with them again. But now I had to keep the store credit that I don't want at all?! read more

I love Levi's jeans because they're comfy and decently priced. Most of my guy friends have a freaking collection of their jeans (in like 510 or 511) of every shade/wash possible. The interesting thing that we've noticed though is that their sizes are not always consistent. I got my friend a pair of 511's size 30x32 since his other one was also 30x32, but when he tried it on, it was too loose. Then when we exchanged it for a 29x32, it was too tight. He had to try on several 30x32's and 29x32's in store to find one that fit just right. Weird huh? But yea, just try them on before you buy. Otherwise, the staff are really friendly and helpful and the jeans are great! During their 50% off Summer sale I scored myself a pair of black jeans for just $10!! Such a steal! read more

My experience at the Valley Fair Levi's was satisfactory. The layout of the store was clear enough so that I knew where to find anything. However, before I got to browse, some guy with short hair (Jaden or something like that) already started to assist me. He brought me different styles and sizes while I was in the dressing room and was very attentive throughout my time there. If you're looking to buy Levi's jeans, definitely check out this place when it's not busy and you may actually enjoy shopping for pants. read more

I remember when shopping for jeans wasn't necessarily fun, but was still something I could do with a relatively positive attitude - working retail had something to do with this, I'm sure. Now that I have an office job and don't spend every spare break-and-lunch minute wandering around a mall (not to mention my lack of an employee discount), I am finding any and all of the charm that was left in shopping really for anything is quickly evaporating into thin air. I went in not knowing what size I would take in Levi's, so my last trip here was purely experimental. I didn't catch her name, but the gal helping me was super sweet and listened to me describe my body type as a means of customer service (which is something I haven't done in while so I was a little rusty but I also happen to be very blunt when it comes to talking about my bod). She was patient, picked out some pairs for me, and guided me to a dressing room. When I really put my mind to it and don't blow all my money on ice cream and vinyl records, I can get down and buy jeans at full price, but I'm a lady who appreciates more of a bargain. In my opinion, it's pretty hard to find a worthwhile deal at Levi's - unless you shop the outlet - because of course all of their dependably familiar styles and washes will always be full price. If you're more into trends and experimenting with detail, though, the sale section here might be just the ticket for you! With that being said, the selection here is pretty standard, though I would describe their salesfloor as being on the smaller side. The sizes I was looking for were on display but I'm willing to wager they have a modest stockpile in their backroom if you need a different waist size or inseam. I didn't end up purchasing anything during my last visit, but after comparison shopping at a few other stores (whose jeans I was also not super knowledgeable about), the fit of the pants, price point, and service at Levi's won out by leaps and bounds; I'll definitely be back to grab a pair soon. read more

I love Levi's jeans. I usually buy them here, but they always seem to run out of my size when they come out with different colors/washes. The jeans aren't too pricey, and they almost always have jeans that Macy's doesn't have. read more

Every time I walk in here, the store is empty. Despite that, the employees never greet me or offer to help me find stuff. They're too busy talking amongst themselves to actually sell stuff. It's happened several times, but I'm done after today. Save yourself the trouble and order online. read more

I love the vibe of this shop, and the staff are super friendly. Every time we go in, we are greeted promptly and helped through every stage of the experience. They'll set up a room for you, then they'll bring you whatever different sizes and styles that you need (and aren't awkward about it, unlike some stores where you aren't sure if it's okay to ask them to bring a different size), then they'll take your purchases and hold them at the counter if you want to keep looking around. The staff here are really friendly and cool - and not like, oh that person's such a cool hipster, but more like, wow, these people are really easy to talk to and seem like the kind of person I'd want to have a conversation with outside of shopping. Their selection is definitely confusing to navigate, so I always just ask the salespeople for help. There are a ton of different styles, and since I've never really understood the whole "shop based on your body type" philosophy, I can't really understand the new "curve ID" system they have going. However, the last time I was there, with the help of one of the salespeople, I found an awesome pair of dark wash skinny jeans that fit perfectly! And they had a really cool rain jacket that I had to pick up as well... even though that time of year is still a few months away, I couldn't resist! read more

I placed on order online with the Levi's website and I received the completely wrong item in the mail. So I decided to come here to return the item and get my money back, being that it's the only Levi's store near me. I was waiting at the front register for a few minutes when someone finally brought me a manager to help me with my problem. Then the manager continues to tell me that there's nothing she can do to help me and I have to return it by mail. What a waste of a trip. And she wasn't polite about it either. If you're going to be a manager in retail, you better have people skills. Otherwise why do it ??! Update 9/13 -- I returned the item by mail and they charged me for the shipping so I got my refund MINUS 8$ for shipping (Even though they sent me a MEN'S pair of jeans, when I ordered a WOMEN'S pair). Not to mention that it took over 1 MONTH to get my refund. Never shopping at Levi's again! Awesome service, great deals, and superior selection! Well-run operation and great value to boot! Came away from this Levi's Store with a very positive experience, which began with a superb 50%-Off Sale during Summer 2012. Outstanding selection of jeans and accessories at rock-bottom prices. *Product: It goes without saying, but Levi's still makes some of the best traditional jeans around and offers them at reasonable prices. This store has everything Levi's, located in the heart of the Valley Fair Westfield Mall. This visit was a huge "score" since they had a great sale going on, which entailed 50% off already discounted merchandise. Sweet! *Service: Highly attentive, helpful staff who went out of their way to explain their merchandise, find a good fit, and support your needs/wants. They were pleasant, personable, yet genuine and not phony or overbearing. *Exceptionalism: I had an exceptional experience here since there had been a mix-up with my purchase, yet they went out of their way to fix things for me. On top of it, they gave me yet another discount for my trouble and time without my prompting. It doesn't get any better! Altogether, a great place to shop if you love Levi's clothing! I love Levis dont get me wrong but when I went in this store the Customer Service was just really really awful and very rude... I went in with my friend looking around and see if we can get some pants. We see that the workers are sitting down chatting and putting jeans on the table. But as soon as we grab a pair the very rude Black man says to "not touch the pants" really rudely at us and so we were like okayyyy... And so I put the pants down and keep looking. But funny thing is another lady was in their and we both looked at each other thinking that was rude! So we keep browsing and so me and my friend are talking and then grab another pants from the way back of the store top shelf and then The Black Man says "Hey dont touch the PANTS" so rudely again!!
