It was my first time at a physical Lululemon store for pant hemming and a jacket size exchange. I didn't know how to navigate for hemming, so I started in the check out line. When it was my turn, the cashier helped me with my jacket exchange first. It was quick and seamless, and the order for the new size was placed within minutes. For the hemming, she explained the process and told me to go to the dressing room, and someone would help me there. The hemming process was easy. I tried on the pants and the fitting room person helped with pinning the pants to the length I wanted. After that she explained that I would get an email when my pants were ready for pickup. Come the day of pick up, I found a staff member and was able to try on my newly altered pants. It fits well, and you can't really tell that the pants have been altered! Parking was easy, since I went on a random weekday. I would return back to this Lululemon location to shop and get any future hemming done! read more

This location has a whole bunch of youngsters working there and they're super friendly. Never had any issues finding someone to help me out and there is always someone in the fitting room area ready to help (my favorite). I hate the parking situation but that's a given fit to the location. No issues with refunds either. The best part, I go in sometimes looking raggedy in sweats and hair in a messy bun and I get treated the same as when I walk in looking decent. read more

When you come here ask for Mabel ! She is awesome, she helped me score some amazing deals and we got to talking about the sweater I had on and if I was looking for it in black? I said "why yes I am !" Mabel took like 10-15 min looking for the top for me, she didn't quit until she found it in the back. I really appreciated her great hospitality! They have a great selection and have most things in stock. As you can tell by my reviews I can't pass a Lululemon without stopping in and looking for the deals. The store is so clean and well organized, they have plenty of staff and they are all very knowledgeable and friendly. The parking for Santana Row is free for the first 2 hours. My order was cancelled, my gift card balance was not reissued, and now I cannot even order the leggings elsewhere. Lululemon is kind of like that friend who you take a hefty time to know and appreciate. I came here once in 2017 and again now. It's truly a very awesome store that sells good clothes for all sorts of exercise. They seemed to step up their game from the first time I arrived. The people who work here are very sweet and friendly. I know a few people who work here and they try their best to give top of the line service to customers. The clothes I bought here are of the best materials and for me real well. You may see the prices are super steep but you are paying for the top quality. I would come here if I could to get a new yoga mat but that would have to wait another time. I am still not at the level to spend so much Singapore dollars on one. Note: to get the best fit, you might as well spend more than 30 minutes in the store, anything you find in less than that time is just sheer luck. read more

I've had a fair share of bad experiences at Lululemon even while being a loyal customer for years. This is one of the most helpful locations I've been to. Im not sure about the first girl's name that assisted with me but she had short, light hair, she navigated the process for how I should place an order for my dance studio pants because I was unsure of the sizing. I only own a lot of their tops & leggings. Additionally, Jess (I hope I spelled her name right) was sweet at the dressing room. Overall, this Lulu is one of the best in the bay if not the best. I usually shop online since they provide free shipping on any purchase, but since I happened to be in the area i decided to stop by to pick up something I originally had in my cart online. It was great to see and feel the items as I was able to compare a few before I checked out. The clerk at the register was very helpful. Lululemon pants for men is a recent discovery. I had a friend tell me recently that these are the comfy pants ever and that he only wears them now. I was skeptical at first but after buying my first one, I am a convert. Looks good and is super comfy indeed. Covid review: I remember seeing long lines out of Lululemon when Santana Row opened back up during the pandemic. I wanted to exchange my pair of defective leggings for a new pair and these people wouldn't let me. Despite the legging being defective and being repaired multiple times. Additionally they said the same thing about my city sleek pants that seemed to have a defective button that would fly open. This place has profoundly blatantly racist policies and should not be operating. I spoke with the manager and they completely dismissed me and told me that I was in the wrong for being falsely promised a return when they didn't want to honor my return for defective merchandise. Additionally everyone at this store was white, including the young woman who told me that they could not honor the exchange/swap. It is crystal clear that they do not care about diversity in their representation of employees. This place really needs some diversity/ racial competence training as they are operating on archaic and racist practices!! I will be calling corporate to inform them of the racist treatment I encountered at this store. I went to another lululemon store and they completely honored the exchange for something of similar style. First of, I'm a loyal Lululemon customer due to the quality of their clothing and no bad customer service experience will lead me astray. I did read a few negative comments about the customer service at this specific location and sadly, I can agree with some of them. It really is a hit or miss here, depending on which worker you interacted with that day. Now for the store, I do like the layout of the store. One side is for men and the other for women. They have a lot of clothes in stock and will sometimes find clothes in my size that were sold out online! Now we all know that Lululemon is expensive for what it really is but the quality of their clothes and their quality promise is what keeps me coming back. I've brought leggings here for hemming and they'll gladly take it. I've also brought leggings here which had holes on the inseam that were repaired. Now going back to what I've mentioned about the customer service being a hit or miss, I've also taken some leggings with holes on the inseam that the employee refused to take and said "they don't sew holes." I would simply just walk away to refuse any arguments, cos nobody got time for that! If the store employee refuses to repair your leggings (the holes must be along the inseam), just go online and chat with their online customer service agent. Explain to them what the issue is and you'll just fill out a return form and go through a return process. They'll either repair the hole along the inseam for you and if for some reason they can't, they'll issue you a new one! Hence, I'll definitely will keep spending my hard earned money at Lululemon. Since this is one of the only lulu stores in SJ, I'll definitely will be back here! read more

My family and I were paying for over $300 in merchandise when a clerk thought it would be comical to say that my niece's hairstyle reminded her of a poodle. She had freshly set twists. She's half-black. Not a poodle. Clothes are great but how can I or anyone overlook this dehumanizing and offensive comment? How can anyone think it's appropriate to embarrass a 3-year old by comparing them to a dog? It hurts me to know that the severity of these micro-aggressive comments which can leave a child scarred and self-conscious about their hair for life, can go unchecked. This is all to say black and brown be warned, you are welcome to this location, I guess, as long as you are ready to fight off ignorant and insensitive comments from staff. Overall I've liked their products however I'm extremely disappointed in the general trickery of the company. I'm was to have a discount on my account that I was told by store associates would be automatically applied. Well shame on me I didn't double check them. They didn't apply the discounts on any of my orders and furthermore have a button that has to be toggled (would you like to use your discount or not?) really? This is manipulative, it's trickery, it's wrong. So the applied discount would have saved me over $500. So I called, tried to work with them. I can return everything I bought, and rebuy it basically or I can just be out the money. So I'm going to return it. At this point I don't want to work with a company that just wastes people's time. I stopped by here to pick up my free shirt and shorts, my reward for completing the Lululemon Strava challenge. What a nice surprise, because it wasn't announced till after the challenge was over! There were several employees on the floor and I was welcomed almost immediately. Every employee I interacted with was helpful and incredibly nice. Whenever somebody was told that I completed the challenge, their face lit up and they would exclaim "Congratulations!!" like I had just won the lottery. Holy cow, what? Seriously, everybody is so happy here that there has to be some Happiness Kool-Aid in the back that everybody is drinking. Can I get some of that too?? The primary person helping me asked my name, and from that point on, I was treated on a first name basis. "Can you see if this shirt is in stock for Anson?", "Can you take Anson to a fitting room?", she called out to other employees. They even wrote my name on a dry-erase board on the door to the fitting room. How personal! Lululemon stores are targeted mainly towards women, so the men's section here is small. Still, I saw athletic shirts and shorts and even some casual shirts for men. Everything I saw seemed pretty pricey, and I wouldn't come here to save money. Ridiculous service. I called Sunday afternoon to ask if they had the Align High Rise Crop 23" in stock and they said yes. I gave them the SKU and sizing over the phone and I asked the girl to confirm that they had it. She said they have it in stock and said she would put it on hold for me. I had her confirm the SKU and sizing and she said yes. I then drive for 50 minutes to Santana Row and try to pick up the item. It's in 25. I tell her that we confirmed the sizing and she said the 23" is online only. She then proceeds to try to sell me on other pants. I didn't come here for other pants.. I asked to try on another 23" and they said I couldn't because they were closing soon. They were letting other people try on pants after they denied me! Could it be because I was the only Asian in the store? I called them later to ask if the item was in stock in 23" to see their response. Their reply was that they had it in stock. I told them I was just there and they said they didn't have it. The girl then has the gall to say she just sold the last pair to someone else. It was an obvious lie. Ridiculous. No clothes are worth the ignorant, rude "service" I received at this location from the Hispanic cashier yesterday. This employee should be fired. I have been treated better at the Dollar Store, than these wannabe rich employees. This employee lies to customers that store credit and giftcards expire at the end of the day. The federal Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure (CARD) Act of 2009 states GIFT CARDS AND STORE CREDIT DO NOT EXPIRE. I shouldn't have been forced to exchange something in store immediately, when I was within my right and followed all return/exchange protocols outlined per Lululemon. I wanted to exchange a pair of brand new pants that I'd ordered online. The resistance, rudeness, and offense I received was appalling. First, he couldn't do the return because I didn't bring the paper receipt from the package. I showed him the email receipt and he pulled up my profile. After I asked for the manager (who supposedly was on break 30 mins before store closing???) he said he would do an exchange for right now for an in store item. After trying on a pair of pants, I realized they had white marks on them and loose string. He absolutely was NOT going to order the pants online for me. The item had to be purchased in store and the store credit was expiring in 30 mins. So, I asked for the manager again. He agreed to order online but the pants would be absolute final sale, even if the pants arrived damaged. This is my first time actually getting something from Lululemon it was based on their awesome customer service. Sue was awesome and very helpful. The Knowledge about the products and making recommendations was great. They offer better service at the Santana Row store. I have also spoke to Maroon and Tara they were very helpful as well. ***Buyer Beware*** THEY WILL OVERCHARGE YOU despite what their tag price states. I bought 2 tops seperately. One top for me one top for my sister with a gift receipt. The top I bought was on sale for $34 and it rung up for $34 as well but after she my total appeared after tax and etc my total was somehow $42.41. I didn't realize this at first but now I'm realizing did she actually change the price??? It took her much longer than necessary to give me the total price which just makes me suspicious especially given the streak of bad attitudes and horrible customer service here. And upon taking a look at my receipt I was right...the price of my $34 dollar top was now $39....I mean yes it's only $5 which in any other situation where I wasn't looked at like I don't belong in the store I would have shrugged off since it was on sale anyways. And ya sure I don't have ALL Lululemon products ever made in my closet but I do shop here often enough.
