Throughout the entire process, if you have questions, if you have issues Danny will be on speed dial, shoot him a text or call him, he'll make sure your vision comes true. Which couldn't be more true, we played it by ear for the canopy since July was going to be a hot month and a couple days before our party we hit him up and let him know we wanted to add it to our party. When we arrived Danny was there setting up all the tables and linen along with all the seats for both the inside and outside areas. He did his thing and we did ours and it was a seamless harmonious process that got the party up and going in no time. The only downside, would be a kitchen, but tbh if you're having food brought in, there's no need to wash dishes or utensils. Additionally trash is taken out and you don't have to worry about it at the end of the party which was another selling point to us. For the amount of time, space, and vibes, including parking since most places are hard to accomodate for that. Klubhouse is well worth the price for whatever occasion you're throwing.

The large TV played music videos while the smaller TV displayed my slideshow, creating a fun atmosphere throughout the event. The price was absolutely worth it for the level of service, everything that was included, and the amount of time we had the venue. I was able to see bags and charms from Coach, Tory Burch, Kate Spade, Longchamp, and many more designers. I had admired some of the bags online and enjoyed seeing what they looked like in real life. The biggest surprise was Coach. I burned out on Coach purses over 10 years ago, but found some of their bags to be quite beautiful and well-made. I also saw some Tory Burch bags I really liked, and I'm not usually a fan. One sales associate offered to assist me and then kindly left me alone and let me browse. Spending time at Nordstrom was one of the highlights of my visit to the mall.

We complied immediately. After relocating and waiting as instructed, another customer was then allowed to cut ahead of us even though we had already been waiting, twice mind you. When I raised the issue in the moment, stating that we had been waiting first, the situation was not corrected and no adjustment was made to the order of service. The employee pretended to be surprised there was a line when he was the one who kicked us out in the first place. The result was inconsistent queue management that disproportionately affected multiple Asian customers who were waiting in line. Regardless of intent, the handling of the situation created a perception of unfair treatment and favoritism to Caucasian customers and was not addressed when brought to staff attention. I am sharing this feedback in hopes that management can review staff training and ensure consistent handling of checkout lines so customers are not redirected out of order or left waiting unfairly after following instructions.

We felt so welcome, he also heard me talking about my dress color and suggested a custom tie that would pull in the shade of ivory from me dress and my husband's white dress shirt together. Shortly before leaving, they mentioned they also do alterations on wedding dresses since I had mentioned my dress still needing alterations. Fast forward a week later and I'm getting quoted an amazing quote to have my dress altered, so much stress was relieved!
