OUTSTANDING service. It was my first time visiting Bossini, and I can see why they have such a loyal clientele. Anjum was very kind with a welcoming presence. He carried an amazing & unique collection, and his knowledge is extremely vast on each individual item. You can tell he truly cares about the quality & authenticity of his products. I purchased an authentic italian leather, and the relationship didn't end at the door. Anjum texted me 10 minutes later thanking me for stopping by, and we ended up talking for awhile. He was super enthusiastic to answer specific questions I had regarding my purchase. Fast forward a month later, I received a text from Anjum wishing me a merry Christmas. This is honestly the only place you'll want to get suits from after you visit. I used to feel like suits wouldn't fit me well, or wouldn't look the way I wanted, but Anjum makes it happen. He's honest and teaches you, so you understand what and why. I've gone back and have gotten 2 different suits from his store on different occasions. The quality of the outfits are next to impossible to find, and Anjum makes sure the suits look and feel as if they were made for you and only you. BE CAREFUL! I went to this store to buy white suit for wedding event. Anjum and his associate flattered me with sweet-talk. They said they will order the suit for about $431. Two weeks later when I pick it up, I found that the suit/pants were made of very cheap materials. There were wrinkles around the shoulder, the notch lapel were unevenly ironed, the top suit button lost threads, the finish was subpar, and the brand was off market; the entire outfit was poor quality. After a bit of research, I found that I got screwed over as the same product can be found for about $300 less online (pictures attached). When I took it back they refused to make any refund, so I decided to donate it to them. This sort of performance from a retail is absurd. I never expected such deception and maltreatment from a well-known clothing business. I am highly disappointed! I have learned from my mistake. I hope others will read this and learn from my mistake... UPDATE: After I posted the above comments, the owner contacted me and expressed that he didn't expect such remarks. He agreed to give me a full refund and asked me not to write such review. I made it clear that their dishonesty and deceit are inexcusable. I was with my g/f and some of our friends doing some shopping at the Great Mall and they were in forever 21, and not wanting to be that creepy guy that walks around that shop, that aimlessly goes from place to place, trying very hard not stare at any one object or in the general direction of anyone for any prolonged period of time, and awkwardly paces by the dressing room area to see if the people they with are done, I decided to walk out and go across the way. I walk in to this shop, not really sure what I was looking for and no one was really in it, I think some people thought it might look a bit shady, for reasons one would be unable to explain. I noticed walking in that they had quite a selection of men's wear. They had the normal things you could expect, dress shirts, ties, vests, belts, and even suits. I am not in the profession that requires a suit on a day in and day out basis, but I do happen to go out often enough to warrant needing some new ties and accessories. They had a bunch of pain ties and even ascots, but they had them in plain bold colors and even in some pretty nice patterns. I actually found a couple colors I've been looking for but never been able to find them, and considering I was able to get each one for about 20 bucks I was pretty happy with their prices. Hell I've spent more for a tie at a Macy's or an H&M... The material feels pretty good, I'm not sure how durable it is at this point, but considering the price and the colors they had I felt it would still be worth it. I found one particular tie that I really liked but it had a weird wrinkle in it, I spoke with one of the employees (Moj I think) and he informed me it was the last one in that color. I wasn't sure if it was OK, but he assured me it would be fine, he actually took it to the back and steamed it out the wrinkle for me while I shopped. It came out out, and ended up taking it with me. While I was shopping, the company I was with came back from their shop, I tried to take my time and make them wait around, and make them feel as awkward as I felt back in the other store... They ended up getting bored and ditched me. But in the process I got some pretty nice lookin ties for a decent price... Ill be back, I gotta replace some of my really stupid cartoon ties I bought when I was younger... I can't believe I bought those.... *** One last note!! *** Only thing I didn't care for was their return policy, and didn't even notice it until I got home, and saw the bottom of the receipt: Store credit or exchanges with the first 3 days. No refunds. I never planned to return something I needed to begin with, but it's good to just be aware of their policy so you aren't stuck with a case of buyer's remorse. read more

Such as a tie can be found in JC Penney for $30 with buy one get 2nd one free. Watch out before you pay, Bossini will only give you store credit within three day, read and ask the fine print! Doesn't matter if you just walked out the store and changed mind after you stop by Macy's. Now, I don't know what I can get with this store credit, I would sell this store credit to someone with 20% discount if someone is interested. Next time I shop, sure I will shop in Macy's and JC Penny with much better services, prices, and no question asked return policy. read more

There's only been one item I've bought here that I wasn't 100% satisfied with, and they let me exchange it TWO YEARS after I bought it (I had only worn it once, and was never going to wear it again). LOVE LOVE LOVE the service here! The store had a huge selection and range of styles. They carry all European brands and most clothes in this store are slim fitting. They predominantly carry Versace but do have several other brands. I was helping a friend shop for a suit. The associates did approach us to offer help and backed off immediately backed off when we told him we wanted to take a look around first. He very cleverly went and grabbed 3 very different suits and laid them out on a display table and told us those were some styles we might like and went back to his own business. The 3 he picked out were quite nice and we both immediately liked the 1st of the 3 and actually ended up buying that one since it looked great and fit perfectly off the rack with no alterations needed. Omona (spelling?) ended up assisting us and was absolutely wonderful. She was very insightful and offered great suggestions on how to dress up or down the suit and even how to make it more fun and festive looking. In the end, my friend ended up buying a full suit, 3 shirts, 2 ties, 3 pocket squares, and a belt. I didn't see anything that was quite my style at the store this time but they do have some gorgeous dresses and gowns. I am recommending this store to anyone and everyone who needs evening wear or something for a special occasion/event. I had visited this shop 4 years ago when they used to be downstairs where Cartier was and back before they expanded into women's wear and carrying a lot more Versace. High end quality clothes for men and women. I've been a customer for over a decade maybe two. I go into the store even when I'm not purchasing an item to say "hi" and spend a few minutes in conversation. We give one another hugs. I love their items from Italy not replicated in any of the mall stores. I have numerous unique one-of-a-kind leather jackets customed tailored to my size along with pants, jeans, and some shirts. If you are complaining of the price, you need to go buy a suite at Mens Warehouse or something. There is nothing wrong with that, but Bossini sells high end designer suites, so you should know that going in. My husband and I saw this place from a window display that they were "coming soon" and they has this AMAZING men's jacket on the manikin that he had to have for our next Vegas trip. I kept calling to see if they were open and I finally we were able to get in. They had just open obviously but we knew what we wanted. We had a few days before we were leaving and the jacket needed to be altered, so they fitted the jacket and told us it would be ready before we left. (We were going to San Diego first then heading straight to Vegas) When we came back the jacket fit like a glove, so he decided to buy a silk shirt but the shirt they had a was damaged on the collar, and the next size up was way to big, and the other stores didn't have it in stock. What happened next I still can't believe...... The tailor (MUSTAFA) was there that day and he told us that he could take off the collar from the bigger one a put it one the smaller one. Now when I first heard this I was thinking " this is not going to work it will look funny," and we were leaving for San Diego in a few hours and then straight to Vegas.....He assured us that it will look great and that he would FED EX next day it to us in San Diego, and if we didn't like it we could return it. I also thought that it also gave us enough time that if we didn't like it we had time to buy another silk shirt before we left to Vegas. We got the shirt in San Diego and it LOOKS AMAZING!!!! Let me tell you this tailor MUSTAFA is incredible. You can't even tell that it's not the original collar. He followed up with a phone call literally like an hour after delivery to make sure we liked it. I WILL AND HAVE BEEN RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE. I am so impressed with the customer service. Love the care and treatment at this store. A couple of years ago I was searching for my wedding suit in a specific color. I went to several stores, but didn't find what I was looking for. I walk into Bossini and Anjum saw how stressed out I was about it. He showed me his suits. I found the royal blue color I was looking for with a beautiful lining. I was a little concerned with the price, but Anjum helped me with that. I bought the suit, told him I'd be back to do business with him. Looked great in my wedding, and finally had the opportunity to give Anjum my business again yesterday. Went in because I needed a new wallet. My wallet has been tearing down for the past year or so, but couldn't find one that I liked. I went into Bossini, spend two minutes in there and Anjum greeted me like family. He just kind of hovers over you and makes it really awkward. This is a late review for a purchase which I made back in May. According to my Fiancée , they have moved to a different location in the mall? It was just another random day at the mall when my Fiancée and I were doing some shopping prior to the big day. At first, I saw the Bossini logo then right the way I noticed the Medusa. I was scratching my head as I know there is a pretty big clothing chain in Hong Kong which is also called Bossini but they have never carried items from Versace. Upon closer inspection, I was then intrigued by this suit they had on display and it was nothing like the boring American style in other stores. Upon entering the boutique, we were quickly greeted by Fazel. He was very polite and knowledgeable on the fashion outlook. I then inquired about the Versace garments which they had on display, and tried on a 40 and 42. However, the 40 was too small for me and the 42's waist area was way loose. Fazel then proceeded to pin me down and offered me their custom tailoring service at no charge and he promised that he'd keep on alternating the outfit until it fits me perfectly. He also gave me a quick rundown on some of their newest items and couple other suits for me to try on. I made my pick on the shimmering Versace outfit and Fazel told me the alternation would be finished in a week, which they did in fact delivered and told me I can always come back at later time to alternate again for free. Fast-forward one month and half, I e-mailed Fazel that I had been working out thus I needed another alternation for jacket's waist for a perfect fit prior to the event. He kept his promise and finished the alternation for me within a week at no extra charges. Overall, I like the selection of fine European garments they carry in the boutique. Although some might not be in the same season, but you can always tell them what you are looking for and they can order them for you. They also do custom tailoring, even from scratch. I am also very impressed by the alternation performed by their tailor, If I ever needed something custom made, I would definitely use them. Customer service was courteous and they are not pushy and snobby like other luxury stores. I will definitely return in the future to check out their new collections. read more
