Beware. OK, where do I start? I normally don't buy costume jewelry because my skin is sensitive. A friend introduced me to Kendra Scott, and I thought it was decent quality for the price. It looks nice, and if I lose it, I don't feel so bad since I've lost a lot of memorable expensive jewelry. So far, it's been decent--my hands don't turn green. I buy it as gifts for my son to give to his fiancé, for my boss, friends, and myself. Unfortunately, yesterday Jun 13, 2024 I was really disappointed. One of my rings, which I barely wear because I switch them off, actually tarnished. When I asked for a replacement, the salesperson told me I should've read the care instructions. They also wouldn't give me a size 8 because they said it has to match what I originally bought, even though the size 8 fit fine. This made no sense to me. The customer service was really bad. They looked at me as if I was in the wrong. If I owned this company, I would be appalled. Jacklin the lead told me that the rings don't last forever, which I understand, but when you barely wear them, it's disappointing. It feels like these items are mass-produced, and maybe I got a bad one. Instead of trying to find a solution, she was unhelpful. I'm just disappointed in the service. I will not be buying from Kendra Scott again, and I recommend that if you're going to spend money, really look into it. You might get decent quality for the price, but based on my experience, the customer service needs serious improvement. This was at the Santana Row location read more

Gorgeous, classy store set in a nice part of Santana Row. Upmarket in-store shopping experience with knowledgeable and attentive staff. The displays are beautiful and it's really cool to watch custom jewelry being made. Kendra Scott offers classic yet fashionable designs. It is not cheap, but it is really high quality that lasts a long time. Thee packaging is beautiful, Perfect for gifting! There's a level of consciousness and give back about this brand which I really appreciate. Often, I see the store gives away some part of the purchase towards local charities and institutions. Knowing that my purchase is funding a child's school supplies in my own neighborhood really enhances the in store experience. So it's only inevitable that I will spend at least a few minutes and a fair amount of $$$ in this store every time I go to Santana Row! read more

I love love love the jewelry at this amazing store located in Santana Row. I have received pieces as gifts but have never been inside an actual store. I was promptly greeted by Ricky N. who did not explain the process at all. The shopping here is a bit of an experience I guess and Ricky did not take the time to get to know me or my needs at all. Ricky assumed a lot about me, that I had been in before and did a terrible job explaining what pieces come in which finishes, with which stones, etc. I ended up finding a piece for a gift but only because I went and walked around the store. There were other sales people around the store but unfortunately I guess Ricky was the next up when I walked in. I walked in here for the sole purpose of getting my mom a birthday gift....I didn't expect that it would be the most pleasant shopping experience I've had. I've worked in retail for years, but this particular store is different. It's beautiful and so visually appealing. There is jewelry everywhere you look - I can't think of anything better! My main reason for writing this review is because from the moment I stepped in the store, Jordan made of a point of welcoming me and attending to my needs. She was so helpful and graciously offered to assist me at the color bar when I mentioned that I was looking for the classic Elisa necklace. The selection here is incredible. The fact that you can actually customize the jewelry makes it so fun. Jordan was kind enough to bring me chains in multiple colors and let me personally look through the box of gemstones while I decided what to create for my mom. Working with Jordan and the experience of visiting the color bar was so worth struggling in parking lot for 30+ min. I almost went to Nordstrom for the necklace, but I am so glad I came here instead! I went to Kendra Scott in Santana Row yesterday with my boyfriend excited to buy a necklace. The store was running a promotion where they let every customer that came in pick out a small strip of paper from a basket with a discount written on it. When we came in they didn't offer that to us. I thought perhaps they hadn't noticed us when we walked in which was understandable. Then two more customers came in and they were asked if they wanted to pull a discount from the basket for the promotion. I thought that was odd. It wasn't until the employee offered another new customer the promotion, and then swiftly walked right past my boyfriend and I that I got upset. We had been in the store 15 minutes at that point so at that point it felt intentional. I also couldn't help but notice we were the only people of color in the store at that moment. I am an Indian woman and my boyfriend is a black man. All the customers that had come in after us were white, and were offered the promotion. I of course cannot say whether that was the reason we were not offered the promotion, but it very much felt that way. Why else would every single customer after us get offered the promotion but not us, especially since we had been walking around the store for some time? I left the store feeling very upset, and I will never shop at this store again. Kendra Scott do better to treat your customers equally. read more

Kendra Scott is my new go-to jewelry store for any jewelry needs!! Wow, I wish I had stopped in sooner. Recently, I stopped by the store to buy a Mother's Day Gift. I had already been on their email list... had seen all the nice posts on Insta from the Santana Row team... briefly looked at their website... and finally decided this was the store where I was going to find my mom a nice Mother's Day gift. I was blown away by how *gorgeous* the store is! I mean it. And the staff was so friendly. One lady greeted me right away and let me know to ask her any questions... all the ladies were so sweet & helpful (with nice smiles on their face). She knew the store inside out! I walked around and took a look at the different displays... checked out a couple pieces of jewelry (my mom likes earrings more)... a couple caught my eye... but I needed help decided between 3 pairs. So finally I decided on a pair that I loved (a more classic stone that I felt my mom would like)... and I decided to buy it. And the lady who helped me, I finally decided to ask her if she was the store manager and she was! I think her name was Anna. Anyway, I will definitely be back in the future.. love the beautiful branding (logo, jewelry bag, and carry bag all match)... Not familiar with this brand went to purchase birthday gift for my sons gf who is a fan of Kendra Scott. I didn't get the name of the young woman who helped me but my receipt said Anna. She was fantastic help without being pushy. I told her my budget she gave pointed out a few areas and let me look until I had questions. Originally I was only going to look and go to a similar store at valley fair to look as well before making a decision. However that was not necessary. One of my girlfriends threw a birthday party here and it was the best! Such a great idea, and such a wonderful store. We were greeted with a cute bar cart full of snacks and wine, and a personalized sign for her birthday. They don't close the store for your event, but they made sure to always be attentive to the attendees. All the girls working were so nice, professional, and helpful. They were knowledgeable about the jewelry, and were wearing quite a few of the pieces. The Color Bar is where it's at! We loved experimenting with different colored stones and metals. Everyone was able to create a unique piece. I walked away with a customized bangle and a pair of amazing ear climber earrings. Totally worth the price tag - the quality of the jewelry is excellent. (I can't remember their names)...but they spent a lot of time with me playing around with different stones at the color bar. I went to Kendra Scott this evening at Santana Row I walked in and I was greeted by a very phony sales lady everybody told me if I had Jewelry from Kendra Scott that they were amazing about returning anything with the problem well that's not true they wanted the first and the last name of the person who gifted it to me which I was annoying to tell them that and they were super rude and I asked to speak to the manager and she told me she was a manager at that point another sweet girl came by and took over and I just told her I did not want to deal with that manager anymore needless to say I'm not coming back to the one in Santana Row but I'm definitely going to go back to Nordstrom's from here on out . Parking is not easy here so I had them sitting in my car so I thought what the heck I'll just take them back but I do you have all the receipts and their paperwork but I was told like by another client of mine that they were really great with returns so that is not true so beware oh return policies at Kender Scott or maybe the snotty lady that you get that helps you. read more

About a week ago I had the pleasure of walking into Kendra Scott shop on Santana Row. What a beautiful shop! There were people in the store enjoying themselves. The sales people were friendly and helpful, WITHOUT being "phony", and the store was bright and clean. There was a mean spirited customer in at the time, (I believe she may be the one who posted a one star review below), that was giving the manager a very hard time. In fact she was verbally abusive. The manager persevered, and tried to solve the woman's problem, and basically nicely bent over backwards to take a return from a couple years ago. The woman was so cranky she was not willing to listen to reason. Once she left the store, the whole team of salespeople checked on the manager to be sure she was ok. She was. I selected a couple pieces, aided by some very sweet people. Professionalism abounded. No one talked about the incident, and everyone went back to work. I loved the shop, and felt the need to write a positive review. I was surprised to see one negative response on the same day as my shopping experience! It has to be the same nasty woman. I am from the Central Valley and am a passionate Kendra Scott customer. It was my first time visiting a Kendra Scott store, and I was beyond impressed. I visited on 1/15/16 in the morning and I was helped by a woman named Victoria and two others. They noticed my tarnished ring that I had recently purchased and damaged it out for free and I walked out with a replacement, along with what I purchased. They were so helpful and so kind. My mom, sister, and I were blown away by the customer service. They helped us find exactly what we were looking for and were friendly with us the whole time. Apparently I may be the only customer who didn't have a good experience here. First time walking through and browsing in the store was with my husband on a wine tasting fundraiser. Even though I don't drink, I still wanted to support the fundraiser. I mentioned to my husband that I could get stuff here. Husband got me a gift card for Valentine's Day. Just finally went to shop on Friday (5/25). They were crowded. I was dressed pretty casual for this store, fleece jacket, yoga pants, tennis shoes, with my husband and two almost grown kids. Store was crowded but one salesperson actually asked my bored family if they needed any help. I was looking around about 5 feet away from them BUT no salesperson came to ask me if I needed any help. I saw a few things that I might like (but would like a different color or want a matching bracelet) ... I even had to work to get somoene's attention when I wanted to pay for a $100 necklace I found. Not THE perfect necklace that I love but I needed to spend the gift card from my husband. Still have about $50 left but really don't want to go back! :( read more

I have been telling this story to many friends and family members and actually to a couple of strangers who complimented me on my Kendra Scott necklace. In August of this year, I happened to walk by the Kendra Scott store on Santana Row. Having received a beautiful necklace (which I was wearing at the time) from my daughter-in-law, I thought I would check out what else might appeal to me. I was approached by a sales person (sorry I didn't get her name) and she asked if she could help me. I told her I really enjoyed wearing my necklace and would like to look at some other products. She looked at my necklace and asked me if I would take if off for her to look at more closely. I did and she said something like "this necklace is looking rather worn". I told her that I had worn it almost everyday for the past 18 months. She stated something to the effect that the necklace should have been in better shape and that she wanted to replace it at no charge to me. She went on to say that Kendra Scott is proud of their products and wanted to make sure that they were "displayed" in the best condition possible. I was stunned! She went to the back of the store, found the exact same necklace, placed it back on for me and thanked me for stopping by the store. WOW!!!
