We love this Claire's! The manager here is awesome! She has pierced 4/5 kids ears. Some more than once! She very patient, easy to talk to and always made sure the kids were comfortable, and not afraid! The price is reasonable compared to other piercing places and it's convenient, one stop shop! My daughter really wanted to get her ears pierced but was extremely anxious about the process. I had a terrible experience at another location a few years ago but this time around I had a great experience. I took my 3 year old in to get her ears pierced, and believe me this child can be quite difficult at times. Rachel was incredibly nice. After the first piercing my daughter was being very difficult and although it took a little time to get to other ear Rachel was patient. When I go back to get my 2 year old daughter's ears pierced I will request Rachel again. She was awesome. Thank you so much!!! read more

What a joke. If you're going in for an ear piercing i advise going online to Claire's website and check the prices, they'll try and sell you rapid which is what their DM wants them to do to increase Units, but rapid is an extra 13.99 and standard solution is free. Stainless steel starts at 19.99 Gold starts at 54.00 Also the prices are covered so the customers can not see. Isn't that illegal??¿? whole staff is a complete joke rude and so much shipment on the floor. And not to mention the dust. I'd hate to see what their homes look like being that they can't clean if their lives depended on it. read more

They wouldn't honor the sale price because the cashier' excuse was their worker "forgot to pull the sale prices down." Incompetent workers and poor customer service. we went to this claire's on wednesday afternoon to get my daughter's ears pierced at around 3:05. the piercer said she was going on break at 3:15 and refused to pierce my daughters ears. we decided to give it another chance and came back today. we filled all of the paper work out and as soon as we gave the cashier the paper work, she told us the piercer had gone home. we even called ahead before we came to make sure someone was available to pierce my daughters ears, and they said they had someone available and that they were on break until 3:15 so we showed up exactly then to make sure nothing bad would happen but obviously it did. by far the worst claire's we have been to. definitely DO NOT recommend going to this claires. read more

Itty bitty store, but it's still nice (: I got my ears pierced twice when I was 8 and 10(14 now! :D) They never got infected, never ever ever. I went in to return an iPad case that did not fit. The manager would not refund my gift card because the item did not have a tag on it. I bought it at another Clare's without the tag, as many of the cases did not have the tags on them. Her excuse was she could not resell it. They sold it to me without the tag so why couldn't she? Literally the WORST customer service ever!!! Kristina and Jessica I think we're their names. They were talking so poorly about their coworkers very loudly (something about someone not cleaning bathrooms properly), the whole store could hear them. When I brought my things up to the register, they did not say hello, they continued to talk badly about people. One girl rang up my stuff, barley said anything besides my total amount due. My sister went to get her ears pierced at Claire's and when we first walked into the store, the employee already looked unhappy to be there. We proceeded with the piercing procedure, however when the employee dotted my sister's ears my mom thought they were too low. The employee, named Andrea, retorted back saying that she had been piercing for 2 years and that she knew what it was SUPPOSED to be, but that we had the choice. She exclaimed that it wouldn't be in the right place and that it wouldn't look right. When my mom said that she did not want to pierce my sisters ears anymore, she rudely stated that we would have to pay for the earrings since they were open; due to this we continued with piercing my sister's ears. Throughout ALL of this, Andrea never smiled, not once. I can say that this Claire's store has lost a whole family of customers and that these employees should really not be in the customer service business if they are going to act rudely. read more

I brought my daughter & step-daughter in to get a second hole in each ear. They were both nervous and the store had the usual Saturday crowd so they weren't sure who would be doing the piercing. We ended up with Theresa, the store manager at the Oakridge location, and THANK GOD FOR HER!!! She knew what she was doing, took so much time measuring each ear (something they didn't experience the fist time, something I'd never experienced myself) & understanding they were a little nervous, explained every step as she went. The store got a little busy but she had two associates on the floor & never took her attention away from my girls.
