I told him that he had previously told me that the ring was a good fit. His response was that he gave me a good deal on the ring. Does that make sense? I mean, maybe he did give me a good deal but what does that have to do with the part where you told me the ring fit even though it didn't? The other part that bothered me was when he told me the charge was $399... What happened to the $300?? When I questioned this, he said the cost of gold had gone up. Two questions: 1. Gold went up 33% in the last four weeks? 2. What does the price of gold have to do with downsizing a ring? To me, integrity is everything. I won't be shopping here again.
