Stay away from this place!! I purchased a Vape from this place and was in an open box. I was assured it was good working condition. That night when I got home, I tried to charge it and power light turn on then off, when you touch the plug connection it turns on and off as soon as you let go. When you turn on the vape, the power lights up then turns off and the vaporizer won't heat up causing it not produce any smoke. The next day, I tied to return it for a replacement. The owner refuse to replace it saying (in an offensive attitude) he is too busy too and if I want a replacement to come back later that day. I not going to argue or stress over a few dollars. So, I took my defective vape back and left. This is unfortunate because I liked the store, seem to have a decent selection and was planning to buy other items that day. But if treat your customers with disrespect, it doesn't matter what you're selling. I'll rather pay more to other shops or online. Came here from our of town to get vapors I bought 2 different brands and neither one had flavor as if they were stale. I came back less than 10min later and the girl at the counter said she would not refund or exchange them. So now I'm out $50.00. Terrible customer service will never come back here. Vape had no flavor and was lacking smoke, owner would not allow me to get new vape. Kept insisting that that's how the vape hits and if I were to buy a new it would be the exact same, even though that it was my favorite and I bought it numerous times before and never had that problem! I came in to get a spare mechanical mod clone (I was recommended to go there by Vapor City staff), but one of the dudes convinced me to get a Smoktech Alien instead, and I have been extremely happy with it. The good part was that he wasn't pushy- he just asked why I wanted a mech, and showed me his own Alien; seeing it in action is what really sold me on it. I also have to give them points for having good prices compared to other vape shops in Tracy. All in all I was satisfied and wouldn't mind going again. Compared to other vape shops, they'd prob score 4/5 though, but they get 5/5 from me for the Alien lol. read more

Been coming here with my dad since i was a young teen. Started going there as an adult to pick up coils and the occasional oddity. Before you go, there's only one thing you need to know if you aren't working with the manager: You. are. not. a. valued. customer. You are just another piggy bank coming in to make a deposit to re-up for your addiction. After years of talking to the owner I've found the current in store manager to be more equipped to handle the complexities of the stock on hand without causing... complications related to customer service. His employees beyond that are entry level, and it shows. Not much knowledge to share but one of them seems to get how to value people as humans and customers. read more

Went in to get a pod for my Mi-pod and it was defective I brought it back and the owner accused me of replacing it with a fake one. Then went on to say my device was fake. This event took place in front of other customers in the store and was very embarrassing. Eric (the owner) didn't even know the company that makes the Mipods which shows how much he knows about his products. He took the defective part and wrapped tape around it and gave it back to me and told me to use it. I have been coming here for my juice and pods for a very long time and I'm very disappointed with the quality of Eric's service I highly don't recommend this place if you can get your devices and hardware that you need elsewhere there are way better smoke shops in town. read more

I'm sorry I can't let these posts fly... I didn't experience any of this so called excellent customer service my visit here. First off it took them [two people working] 10 minutes to even acknowledge that I was even there. Then when finally asked if I need help I proceeded to ask about vape mods. The atlantis and the sub tank to be exact. I am new to the vaping scene and naturally had questions. After about my third question the other employee walks up and says to the other "this guy has already done his homework and is just f***ING with us". I am brand new to vaping and yes have looked up online info but almost everywhere I look tells me to go into a vape shop to get better info. When I asked if they carry the sub tank I was told "no we don't like the sub tank the aspire is better so that's what we have" so I asked why and what's the difference... to which their reply was "the aspire is just better and whoever likes the kanger sub tank can go somewhere else because they are stupid"... after a few minutes of this back and forth I decided to just leave. Mind you I had $500 in my pocket ready to buy what I needed for a better vaping experience. As I got in my car the two walked outside and lit up a cigarette and said this is better than any ecig. My reply... "I don't know man I just gave those up after 12 years and it was hard"... this quickly escalated into them telling me to leave or rather they should drag me inside to beat my a$$ then call the cops on me and they also said I look like a meth head. I guess threatening and insulting a customer is great customer service now a days. I proceeded to the near by vape shop and spent way less than what I had calculated I'd spend at sparks.... I Broke my piece on vacay and went here. I Really loved how no one hovered over me as I looked at the pipes even though they were nearby behind the counter. If I had more money/was more of a bowl smoker, I would have been even more interested in buying an animal-shaped piece. They had some really cool ones! I also found their selection of 10/20/30 dollar bowls satisfactory (I have little experience buying things in smoke shops, however).
