The packaging was bad, tried to redeem the points on them and couldn't (ether already redeemed or invalid) and when I opened them they didn't even have actual zyns in them just some pouches with flavor on them. The employee told me the old owner bought products without paying taxes and I don't suggest going their for smoking needs. I'm visiting family after moving a year ago and this used to be my go to. A little laid back neighborhood smoke shop with one guy probably the owner handling the proceedings. They have got all sort of regular smoke shop stuff along-with some really artistic steel sculptures. The prices are decent compared to other locations and good part is prices are mentioned clearly so it removes the dilemma of going back n forth to ask prices. We went in to get some hookah flavor and coal, the flavor price and quality was good, meaning the stock is in rotation but the coal was not up to the mark though it said "coco-nara" it didn't light up consistently. Overall, a time saving better option in tracy area. Need to give a few more tries before aggregating a proper rating. read more

Went to buy my first Vape and told the old mad behind the counter i didnt know much about them. He ended selling me a Vaper, and Juice. When i got home i realized the tank was cracked because it leaking, so I braught it back the next day and asked for it to be replaced and he was talking down to me saying i broke it. In the end he gave me a new tank by tossing it at me, and yelling about how he didn't believe me. The next day I found out that the new tank was cracked after i filled it up. I ended up finding out he sold me the wrong juice for the vape just because the juice was overpriced, and would break the glass so I'd keep buying new ones from the store. I go here sometimes for my vape needs. They don't seem to listen to what I'm asking for. Two times now they have sold me coils that I didn't ask for and I didn't notice until I get into my car and deemed it wasn't worth going back in. My last purchase was two coils and the first one I put into my tank was disgusting. Had an awful taste that I couldn't even bare. I decided to open up the second one and it had the same smell.
