I saw these cute stickers with your birthday sign and thought of my daughter who knows everything about the meaning of your birthday sign. I couldn't remember my daughter's birthday sign and Ali was so kind to look it up for me. Ali also showed me a very cute luggage trinket she had not yet placed out. I bought both as stocking stuffers for my daughter. The shop is adorable and has a great selection of vintage clothing and vintage records. I've been a Maxinista sine before this location even opened up in Livermore. Tj Maxx is like the classier version of Ross, just like Target is the classier version of Walmart. Funny how they both choose red and blue to represent their business. This store has the best prices for high-quality jeans that you will ever find, but wait! There's more! Sports apparel? They've got it. Makeup? They've got it. Chocolate for your chocolate fix? You bet they've got that. When I walked in today, the LAST THING I expected to find was the coveted SJ Sharks women's cut jacket. THEY HAD IT, and it was only $16.99. At the mall, that kind of jacket would be $30+ easily. Items were expected to be delivered between July 20-July 21. as of 2:00 pm on July 22, shipment was not received and I not longer need the items. I contacted Kohl's customer service via chat. I wanted to return the items as I no longer needed it. Was informed that I could either return items to a store and send it back at my own cost. I am a senior and I ordered online because getting to the store is a hassle. The stores are 10-14 miles from my place. So now, I either have to get someone to drive me to a store and pay postage to send it back. I need to pay for something that's not my fault/choosing. I find this totally unacceptable and I'm very unhappy with the situation. I'm giving their return policy and customer service a -5* (minus 5 stars) if it was available to choose from.
