What a waste of time. I've used Higher Elevation before, last time was simple and easy, no such luck now. The process to get "vetted" with id pictures is such a pain in the butt. Let's be honest, none of us want to get off the couch that's why we are looking for delivery. I had to update my phone (a pain enough,) then finally talked myself into doing the Id pick and was it good enough, nope. Your delivering to my house, I will be there with Id, why is this such a pain. If anyone has alternative places let me know but on principle I will not be using Higher Elevation again, stupid bureaucracy, super lame. read more

I have been using their website to order and so far it's been a great experience. I have only gotten edible gummies which I love! The nano ones are my favorite. Their site is easy to use, and your order gets delivered to your home within a couple of hours. They are not allowed to go directly to your house so you have to meet them outside your house. We usually pay in cash and also give the delivery person a tip cause why not? read more

We've been a customer for 4 years. Selection of weed has gotten better but over the past 6 months, their delivery has really gone down hill. For example, currently waiting for a delivery that we made at 3pm ( was told would take 30 mins to 1 1/2 hrs) it's now 7pm. Not sure if we will order from them again. read more

This was okay at first. They are delivery only, which is fine in the coronavirus pandemic. They charge an additional $5 for using a card, which is way high, but I am old and getting around to an ATM is tough. The problem was that the vape battery I bought from them wouldn't take a charge. They swapped it for another one, which developed the same problem a few weeks later. When I asked for help, they told me that vape batteries from cannabis vendors were only intended to last a few months at most, and they weren't going to take any responsibility for the product they sold me. Since I have had batteries before that lasted just fine, I consider what they told me to be a lie. I was spending a couple of hundred a month with them. They were willing to kiss that off rather than stand behind their product. Stay away. This is the last dispensary with which you want to deal. read more

There are plenty of other dispensaries in the Bay Area. Their buds are below average and their punctuality is ridiculous. Oh plus a delivery tax that isn't spoken of until the last second. No phone call or text no reassurance at any time that anything is happening and when you do call to complain they treat you like customer service at Comcast. Their stickers and freebies aren't worth repetitive business anyway and there is no incentive program set up. On my first order, I got my order and stickers. Wahoo. Also they seem to have no concept of time. 5-6 hour wait time is ok with them. Poor quality flower and weighed out to exactly 3.5, stems and all. Notice how the boss of this dispensary will take time to dispute my opinion with his service. Same with google. Really shows how much they value other people's opinions. read more

I'm very disappointed with this place ! This is the 3rd time I've waited over 3 hours for a order when they have told me the driver is not far and I would be next. I've even had a driver not show up and said they did which a manager had to contact me the next day to apologize for the driver. I just can't believe service from this place . I don't place the office staff it's definitely the drivers !!! I was told I was the first customer on the list and the driver was maybe 20 mins away from me and would be there shortly. That's was a lie , 2 and half hours later I had to call and they said the driver would be there in 20 ! 10 mins later I get a text from the driver they will be there in about 20 mins . 08/22/2020: Good customer service and delivery drivers...sometimes the delivery can take a couple of hours...horrible when it comes to consistent stock, especially w/cartridges and sometimes even flower. You'll most definitely need to have a back-up delivery service...especially when if there's something you want to order again because chances are they won't have it. The excuse is that it's a supplier issue, yet I can get the product brand from other delivery services. You might be better using this as a backup delivery and finding a more reliable one to use as your primary. UPDATE: One big issue I have with this delivery service is when the order takes longer than the estimated 1-1.5 hours they don't reach out with an update. On numerous occasions, I've had to reach out after 2 hours of waiting for an ETA update and have decided to cancel the order because it was going to be another ~30min. My issue isn't with the delay...my issue is with the lack of communication. This isn't an issue with personnel, it's an issue with how this aspect of the business is run. All of this is in a system and there should be no reason that the system can't/shouldn't be able to either auto-send a txt/email message or trigger an alert to a home base employee so that they can reach out to the delivery driver, obtain an update and then let the customer know. Even in the absence of this feature someone should be monitoring the delivery times and if needed checking it every 30 minutes so that this can be accomplished. This is simple customer relations and something called "courtesy". It's not like customers don't have things that they need to take care of...it would be nice if they respected the customer's time as well. Beware of their go-to response, "growing pains".....whatever, if you're growing that much, then it must mean that business is going well, so invest in more delivery drivers or a system that provides this level of escalation. Either way, respect your customer's time. UPDATE: So here's a good example of what frustrates me with this dispensary....the vape pen batteries that they have in stock (and which is all they've had in stock for some time) are Stizzy's and they don't even have any Stizzy cartridges in stock (and haven't for some time). So the batteries and cartridges that they are selling don't even work together. :-| read more

Woman based owned company who has chosen her employees rather well. Staff is friendly, use safety precautions, are punctual and give useful information when needed. The registration process is online and easy to navigate through. Registering and getting a delivery happen within the same day! I have ordered from this company a handful of times and almost every time something goes wrong. Honestly, the only reason I keep ordering from this company is because it's the only one that will deliver to where I need to. I have always placed online orders and almost NEVER receive a confirmation text until an hour and a half later. It's very annoying to be constantly waiting and waiting for a message to let you know that someone is on their way. I placed an online order at 8AM, which is when they open for business. At 9:55AM, with no confirmation text, I resorted to calling them to get an update on my order. The lady I talked to told me that no orders had come through for the morning. I explained I even had an email confirmation. She insisted I was calling the wrong place. Finally, she tells me "Weird. I will have to tell management that the email isn't working." I ask, "Did you find the email confirmation?" and she says yes. How were you able to find my email confirmation if the emails aren't working like you said? Now I have waiting almost 2 hours for no one to have ever seen my order in the first place. I tell her I need my order soon because I have other obligations. She says, "Our drivers just started so they should be near you soon." Why are your drivers just now starting at 10AM instead of 8AM when you open? Is that the reason why I didn't get my order in the first place, or that no one saw it? Because the drivers weren't on yet? Absolutely ridiculous and horrible service. I have already been given a 10% discount from the first mess-up. I should receive a discount for this new mess-up. read more
