I rely on cannabis for chronic pain and placed an order this morning. Out of nowhere, I received a text saying, 'She will be leaving at 12:14'--essentially giving me two minutes' notice. I replied, 'Huh? This is the first notification I've gotten,' only to be told, 'She's leaving now.' Before I even had a chance to receive my order, the driver left, and my order was canceled. Naturally, I sent some strongly worded messages in response. This is my medicine, after all. I've never had this issue with any other cannabis delivery service. Most are relaxed, professional, and well-organized. Unfortunately, BPG's delivery process comes across as passive-aggressive, unprofessional, and disorganized. Luckily, there are plenty of other dispensaries to choose from. I strongly encourage readers to avoid BPG. read more

The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They were very helpful with providing me with recommendations based on my conditions.

I like this place because they are one of the older "dispensaries" (they _used to be_ one of the best shops) in the area and were doing great business before all of the shifts in legalization. Ultimately I feel like their prices became ridiculous, the business model changed, and I'm not confident that they are staying true to the game. They're product heavy (just like most now) but not in a good way. My feeling is that they were unable to scale with the market. I get the sense that they have allegiances to certain farms/companies from yester-year, and many of those companies aren't really all-that anymore. Plus a lot of them charge too much for what they offer. Come to think of it, it's unclear if this is the case or if BPG is price-gouging to stay afloat. With all the extra fees (many other reviews mention this), it seems like it's not worth it to come here. Oh, I also had a bad experience with one of the workers here - I bought an 1/8 of something nice and it was light (weighed it at home). They did absolutely nothing for me, citing a policy that you can't open products and return them. I realize many shops do this but they should have allowed an exception for a long-time member. NEway there's just too much solid competition out there. I'll try it out again soon and update here if applicable. read more

In general I like them, but I'm basing this on my last visit. I order online and go to pick it up. And usually it goes great! But there's one guy there who's strange. 1) I received my order in a torn bag. It didn't have a small tear, it was not usable. He should have seen that. The same thing happened the last time he retrieved my order. The whole side of the bag was split. He had to have seen that! 2) So I got my order and paid for it. He pressed a button and ripped a small piece of paper off. I thought it was part of a receipt for the previous customer, whoever that was, so I was shocked when he handed it to me. He said, "Sorry, I pressed the wrong button, can you reenter your pin?" I did, but when he gave me the paper, I saw that it had my account balance! WTH?!? He pressed a button for my account balance! So was he tracking me to confirm that I had money in my account? Was I being profiled? Does he do that to everyone? I have only had two experiences with him. So because I don't know why he did that. I did have some idea (since I had some funky charges end up on my card). I now go in with cash for my purchase because I don't know who's going to get my order. The women have been fantastic, but that short, elfin looking guy needs to stay out of my way. Again, he got my account balance for my ATM!!!!!! No words! read more

Don't buy their live plants from here. There REALLY expensive ($25) each, and when I bought them, the girl behind the counter was so damn stoned out of her mind that she barely knew where she was. (I dodnt think much of it at the time cause ots a weed store, but like, its still a store and you should have your employees be somewhat professional, this woman was so stoned she just say there and looked at the live plants for 5 minutes and inwas watching her thinking why osnt she moving? Its not like bartenders are allowed to be so drunk they cant function) AND the worst part is that she gave me horrible advice on how to care for them. I was told to bring them outside gradually, for longer and longer periods until they could be transplanted in the ground. Well they wilted and died in 3 days and when I came back to complain I was stonewalled and the rude manager just kept saying he "cant" swap them out for new plants. He clearly had this problem multiple times and had his script well-rehearsed because he probably has every customer who buys these come back when they die. Furthermore, this isn't the first time I've planted weed plants bought from a store, my first 2 times were very successful, and when I moved in to my new house just a short distance from this store I wanted to try again. Weed plants are durable amd almost always grow easily, that's why it's called weed. I spent $50 on 2 plants becuase I thought this place knew their stuff, but I got terrible advice and as a company they dont back up their product. There are so many better weed stores around here. Their customer service. May not be for everyone but their are some folks in their that are very rude and insensitive. I turned in an application months ago for the helping hands program that was supposed to start in Aug. I finally call to get my status and the person on the phone says he doesn't have my application and there's nothing he can do try next yr! I said so you guys lost my application and you are telling me to try again next year?? Wow great insensitive customer service. I suffer from bad migraines and anxiety. This would have really helped me little did the person on the phone know! I don't always have the cash so this would have been a big help to me. Smh read more

This club is so overpriced once they ring you up, their taxes are ridiculous, i wanted to buy a quick grab and i tried buying premium bud from them that retailed $65 along with a pack of edibles that was roughly $18 I expected to pay roughly $83 ish but i was rung up for $100.73. come to find out the bud was going for ~$80. Youre telling me theyre taxing about $20 for an EIGHTH? Nah lmao. Then my friend was also with me, the edibles she picked out did not have a price tag and she ended up paying $30 for the Khana sourbelts, she was upset at how blindsided they got her with the price and looked up how much they run for, come to find out, they were $15! We called to see if maybe we could get some sort of refund or credit, employees have been nice and respectful, dude that rang me up even tried hooking it up by allowing me to spin their discount wheel a few times, but when i called and requested a manager to work something out for this unsatisfactory experience, she was completely useless and said its beyond her. I work in costumer service so i made sure i was not disrespectful or attacking, but as a manager your job is to literally negotiate and work with the costumers to make sure they have the best experience to have them come back again. Fair prices, very informative and understanding of their patient members individual needs. I am a senior with many of the average 60+ aches and pains (and some not so average). It was 13 years ago I believe when BPG was first opening and taking patient membership applications. The employees that day were welcoming and each time I visit there, I feel welcome and like part of the family. And now, when necessary or lazy, I can enjoy their delivery service as well. read more

I will never shop a BPG again, and will encourage others to not do so either. Why? After shopping there for many years, mostly buying clones, but also vape pens and various kinds of weed, I bought 4 clones, Mango Mintality (one of the best strains, by the way) and Street Tart. After seven years of growing I know how to treat clones prior to planting, but this time both Street Tarts, two of them were in my yard, and two were in my friends yard. quickly started to bud within 4 weeks. I took photos and returned to BPG hoping for a remedy. They not only blamed me "you must have exposed it to sunlight too soon." but refused to offer any council about what to do. I'm 82 and have smoked since I was 16. So, I'm hardly a con man. I checked in with Harborside, went on line, asked another experienced grower. All sources said the same - the clone was taken from the plant when it was already into the budding stage. What to do? They all said the same thing - reverse the budding stage to vegetative stage by adding vegetative stage nutrients for a few weeks. Both of our plants, Mango Mintality and Street Tarts were treated the same, planted the same, etc. But only the Street Tarts budded so early. It now appears that the Street Tarts are reversing, I hope, but am worried about the plant being compromised in some way. NOTE: It would have been easy for BPG to inform me about this simple but basically undesirable solution. Or they could have owned up to it and said that the plant was cloned too late in the cycle. Or they could have replaced the clone (a small concession to a good customer). But they didn't and so I will now shop at a competitor. read more

I was cheated on my $250 order. I have been using Jade tinctures for over three years purchased from another dispensery that went out of business. Placed an online order for delivery for the first time from this dispensery and I received the wrong Jade product. I called BPG to discuss the matter and was switched to the delivery department. I told him I received the wrong product. He told me BPG no longer sells the Jade product I ordered online, so BPG delivered a replacement Jade product. He then tried to make it sound like the error was Jade's fault and not BPG's. I then asked him who runs his company's website...Jade or BPG? He said BPG. I told him his company needs to correct their website. I explained I would NOT have made my purchase had the product I wanted NOT been on their website. All he said was, "Oh." I asked him what he is going to do about the problem and he responded, "I'll let someone know they need to correct our website." I then asked him how I'm supposed to use the product they delivered when it's not what I ordered and he said, "Contact Jade!" Huh???? BPG's website is outdated, I was given the WRONG product and he wants me to call Jade???? This is TERRIBLE and a complete ripoff!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Get your state identification scanned to get in line. Prices differ between medical and recreational. ATM out front, but best to skip it if possible. On my first visit early this year, the line was stretched. However, moved fairly quick. Second time around was a dream. I felt I had the time in the world to chat with the tender. Their menu on their big screen tremendously helped. I was able to decide prior to reaching the tender. They got quality flowers and edibles too. Parking is available on their private lot, but not much. Organized and polite sums up the service they provide. read more

So my ADA self got on bus to go pick up order no notification or anything saying Credit card system down despite them have easy access to email blasts, texts blasts etc. After the struggle of getting down to bpg and picking up order than customers are told system not working. I used to go to BPG exclusively, way back when they even had a delivery service. I've tried supporting them during this horrible time, but they are not meeting this challenge and it is a huge waste of time trying to do business with them. the 2nd to last time i placed an order, I was the second person in line for express pick up. The new online menu is terrible but i place my order and go to pick. 8 people behind the counter and no one says hello, or even acknowledges that there is a line. I figure it's at tough time for everybody and give them a pass that things take longer than usual go about my way. Today, I try again. I don't live in town, so I place an express order, I drive 30 minutes to get to this place and wait. and wait. and 45 minutes later, come to find that their computers are down. no communication from the staff to the many people in line. I have other appointments and had no idea this would take this long so I give up and leave. I get it, things are way more complicated than they used to be but they've completely given up on any customer service. If you have other options, use them. read more

My go-to for when I need delivery within a few hours notice. Storefront is super easy to navigate to. Love how reliable this place is. Stu is the sweetest! I recommend sliding thru if you want to browse in-person (Theyre pretty solid on their safety measures), but I can normally get whatever I want delivered in under 3 hours. We came here after a recommendation from a local. The process to get in is easy and the security guard was nice and approachable. Once you get inside you can go to the left to pick up ordered items or to the right to review the offerings on an iPad. They have many different categories including Pre-Rolled Joints, Concentrate, Edibles, Flower or Vaporizer. There was several employees behind the counters to advise you on what you might be looking for, answer your questions and give educated recommendations. I was very impressed about the level of service and education about the product. The entire experience could not have been more pleasant! Ordered online for curbside pickup. Within a half hour, they sent me a confirmation that my order was ready to pick up. Although the parking lot was busy, there was plenty of parking on the side. Texted my name and spot # and was responded to instantly. The gentleman asked if I would be paying cash or card and once answered he was at my car window. It's ok for the area. Not bad really. We all have bad days, like the dumb time I spent $60 on some special oil and get home to discover its all stuck in the lid and still is after 24 hours waiting for it to drip out. Oil: what was I thinking anyway? But now they have pickup ordering which is hella nice - you still have to wait in the express line but at least you don't have to deal with waiting for them to get all your stuff while you stand there and then order something else much their annoyance. Nice discounts At times but they do sell out fast especially when they have a sale. The staff is gotten a little bit better and less rude but it really depends on the day and the person.
