    This is the picture on their website and what Snow Caps are supposed to look like.

    I ordered Snow Caps and was sent regular flower. My order took 10 days to get to me. When i contacted the company, they were unwilling to do anything other then a return and this was after sending pictures of what they sent me vs. The pictures they posted online (which was not even close to what I had). I had ask just for a discount on my next order since I was sent the wrong thing, charged more for what i actually recieved, and would have to wait almost a month for the return process. But they REFUSED to do anything for their screw-up. I ended up just keeping the crap they sent me and taking the loss.

    I tried to hide what I "named" the containers... lol

    I didn't think it was possible but I was wrong! They've upped they're game! Frisco Labs upgraded their containers and I love them! Resealable! Reusable! And my cat can't chew a hole in it. LOL

    450/lb garbage

    I have ordered about 4 orders in a month the first orders were great for price and everything went great. So this past order over two weeks ago I made two separate orders because I had to use two separate credit cards. After it got her I opened one bag to show you a friend I have never been more embarrassed In my life. He asked if it was alfalfa there was so many sticks in it and the actual quality was so bad I reached out to them and they said if I decided to get they would give me a 1/4 each on next order if I kept itand honestly it wasn't even worth the extra so I had to pay for the shipping and send back. I hade emailed asking about multiple solutions or maybe a compensation of something for this. I have sent multiple emails asking different things never once did they try and work with me on a compensation. It's almost like they don't care about my business. They got it Monday all day I asked thru email what's going and just like this whole process they pretty much didn't reply. This is not a good way to do business especially when they sent out that beyond garbage if I was looking for orders and a go to place I would go somewhere else who appreciates their customers and wants to make it right and don't make you feel important and don't wan to make anything right

    Sooo loving the wax/terpenes!!

    Dunno what that guy Johnny's issue is/was, but I've been ordering from them for over a year or so, and never received anything but top quality flower/vapes, and just recently, wax (and I live in a rec legal state [MA], but am disabled, and prefer ordering online), omg, soo tasty...TERPENES!!

    ThcA strawberry sequoia nice strong only reason I give 4 stars was a little too dry thous crumbly. Awesome sative dominate hybrid though

    "...at the Festivus dinner, you gather your family around, and you tell them all the ways they have…read moredisappointed you over the past year." -Frank Costanza, Seinfeld I thought it was going to be a "Festivus" morning, but it turned out just fine! da Scene: Got up early to run errands so I could get home to prep for Christmas. 3rd stop was 7 Stars so I could get in on the Sunday Goodie Bag promotion, placed my order online and pulled in right at 9am, 1st 50 customers get a goodie bag, SWEET, right?! da Service: 1st: There was a beligerent customer in the lot, clearly having a bad day. The security folks were doing their best to de-escalate, another customer almost intervened; it was quite the scene @ 9am. All ended well, with everyone unscathed. 2nd: When a team member came out to process my Curbside order, I asked about the Goodie Bag promotion, but was told it was only good "in-store" as they took my payment. BUMMED out, I contemplated going inside, but didn't want to hassle it. Another person came out with my order, reminded me that the promotion was "in-store"... I must've looked disappointed as I took the bag, 'cause she said "don't worry, I gave you one." It's a Festivus Miracle!! That made my day... thanked the security folks and went on to my next 3 errands. da Stuff and Goodie bag: Trying a few new things to qualify for the Goodie Bag, and Maaaaan, am I glad I did! In the promotional bag was a bounty of product... 3 pre-rolls, 2 packs of happy gummies, 1 gram hybrid nug and another canister of sleep gummies... "and a Partridge in a Pear Tree." Right-On! Huge shout out to the Security folks, clearly professionals who know how to deal with situations, class act! Another huge thanks to both team members (Lashera was one) for making sure I received the Goodie Bag... THAT is a business that values it's customers!! This would've been a little different review for sure! I'll be back next Sunday to see what the next Goodie Bag holds... Merry Christmas!!

    Really great staff and location, but their prices are not competitive. The owner has commented here…read morethat it's because he lists sales tax in the prices (which is super ethical and to be commended, but it's a bad business move bc nobody else is doing it and ppl will get confused). But even when you account for that this place is way more expensive than others. A 1G cart i could get for $28-$38 inclusive of tax goes for $48 tax inclusive here. The heavy hitters carts that go for $82 here go for $45 elsewhere. I went back a few times bc i want to support good retail experiences but when they remorselessly sold me the world's crappiest overpriced $30 battery that failed the next day and wouldn't take a return, i gave up.
