From the moment I got out of my car I encountered one young lady very pleasant young lady. This said good morning. She was on her way inside when I got inside. I was greeted by Deonte and he was amazing. He made me feel so welcome and glad I came here then I went inside and again I encountered the same young lady as in the parking lot her name is Jess she was over the top informative!I was purchasing carts - edibles and oils, and she took her time and showed me everything. If I could leave 0 starts I would. Came in and a lady named Angelica helped me and she was so soooo rude! I asked her for help about some CBD vapes and she just looked at me with her big lashes and said "Sorry we don't have any" and proceed to help someone else. I tried to get her attention again when she was helping another person and she said "CANT YOU SEE IM WITH ANOTHER PERSON " how rude you gotta be! She needs to learn how to talk to people! Catalyst is one of the best dispensaries I've visited in California. Here, the floor is clear and all the products are against the walls, so you should not find yourself feeling overwhelmed or crowded inside. It's a quick process to get in and out, but if you do have to wait in the lobby, the security and host are always nice too. The staff is incredibly charismatic and knowledgeable, which helps if you're ever feeling indecisive and need to make an informed decision. Catalyst is the best place to buy edibles!. I have been there several times and the staff is friendly and helpful. In addition, they have the brand that helps me sleep. Other places in Antioch don't seem to consistently stock what I use but Catalyst does. I will continue to give them my business in the future and highly recommend them.
