No "hey man we get it, we see you were literally just charged, heres your cart." Nope, try "if that charge doesnt get disputed in a week by our system then you can come back and we will give it to you then." Excuse me? We naturally instantly started looking for another dispensary after going here for years and all we have to say is... Go to Delta Dispensary! they actually arent some corpo shack that over charges, the people are so friendly and personable. They have a huge selection of everything and their carts start at like $15 and can go lower because they ALWAYS have deals. Literally a deal type going on every. single. day. The absolutely bizarre experience I had on 5/16/25 made me sure I will never return to this location. Upon checking in and providing my ID, the gentleman reviewing my credentials said "I can't let you in bro, you have a warrant out for your arrest". I knew instantly he was trying to make some kind of joke, but I was not amused and chose to ignore it. I asked for my ID back, but he wouldn't let his little charade go and kept repeating that I had a warrant on my record. Finally, I snapped at him and told him I could go get his manager and have the manager sort this out. At this point, their overly-aggressive guard dog bounded in and got up in my face and said "Do we have a problem?" I was not intimidated by them ganging up on me because I did nothing wrong. They were messing with me and I didn't appreciate it. They brought Patrick, the manager, who did indeed put an end to the situation. However, it's not worth going back. It's not the first time I've been treated poorly here or just had an issue with customer service. Security at the front door was really nice. The person that assisted us was friendly. My only gripe and the reason for the 3 stars is because they charged me super weird. I used my debit card and the charge came through as an ATM withdrawal. He said that they charged a $4 processing fee but that he would give it to me in cash. I thought it was a credit card fee, turns out it's the ATM fee that they would charge. He did give me the $4, however, my bank in turn charged me for the transaction as it showed as a withdrawal. I had an encounter with who was supposed to be the manager. Her name was ALIZAY and she was extremely rude, unprofessional and passive aggressive. I was verbally assaulted by an employee (GiannaG) who called me several b***ches and get the f**k out of my store. To a bl***k b***ch I said get the f***k out. I had not disrespected the employee nor broken any policies. Even after coming from behind the counter the employee met me at the door where I encountered 3 security officers. I felt threatened and I was shocked, which caused me to have an anxiety attack. As a disabled person I was legally parked in the handicapped space. When I called 911 for help. The manager came out not to de escalate but to forcefully remove me from the property, further violating my rights. This treatment was discrimination, abuse and in clear violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act. No one should be treated this way. Shameful, hurtful and unacceptable behavior. May 19, 2025 as an early childhood educator, a person that serves the community and a children advocate for those with special needs. The public humiliation was very embarrassing. read more
