I live down the street, and I always come in here for the berry flavored electronic cigarettes, american spirit organics, papers, blunts, and they even got oil domes & nails! I go in to the shop at least three to four times a week. Every time I have gone in, I'm greeted with a smile. They are very friendly. Also, one day my car battery died. I went into the shop looking for the younger man who works there, but the elder man was there. He asked, " do you need help with something?" I thought that was very kind and out of the way. But I would have used the younger man's help, but there was no way I would ever ask the elder man. So I said, "No". Needless to say. I have been very happy with the service at the smoke shop. Well first off my friend Georgina I think there is something seriously wrong with her, she told me that she accused the owner of Tower Zone smoke shop of touching her inappropriately, but she also told me that the incident never happened and it was not true that he never touched her at all. she has done this to five other smoke shops in Antioch one of which the police were called out and determined she was lying. I am a huge fan of hookah, I am from the Middle East and find it frustrating when I visit other smoke shops to purchase flavored tobacco and only find 3 or 4 flavors. I was referred to Tower Zone, I was amazed to see how much of a selection this store has along with all high quality hookahs they have in stock. Not to mention how well presented the store looks and the amazing customer service I received. I personally work with customers all day long and love when someone goes above and beyond to make me a happy customer. Only down side to this store is I had to drive a little ways but it was so worth it and wish they would open more locations. The owner is the only one who works and hes probably one of the chillest and awesome people I've met around here yet! He's good at what he does and makes you feel welcomed from jump street.
