Horrible delivery service for the 2nd time. Never getting delivery again with this entity!! Placed order at 6pm and got a cancellation update at 8:22pm. When I called to speak with the delivery contacts I spoke with a manager named, Johnny who didn't help me with anything! Took my money and just said sorry it'll go back in your account in a few days and i don't know what happened and won't be able to find out until tomorrow. You can comeback tomorrow and preorder today. Why the fuck would I do that? Obviously I know that and I could've went in earlier or tomorrow into the store. Raggedy overall atmosphere upon entering and exiting. I've been in 4 times, and everyone out front is so drab and miserable. The final time and last straw, about two weeks ago, the young woman at the front desk just continued with her side conversation behind the glass when I tried to check in, and put her hand out for my ID without one word, like she was paying me to come in. No greeting, nothing. Just chatting loudly about personal business. Super trashy. I had an issue with my card because a security alert popped up, so I excused myself to the waiting area to correct this. As I was advising my bank that I did attempt the purchase, the big, rude woman security guard with a power complex thought it was a good time to be weird, and comes up to me and asks if I'm waiting for an Uber and says I need to go outside. WHAT THE? At that point, I just left. Cancelled this spot, and found a new spot in Martinez. Won't be wasting a 20 minute drive on this place again. read more

First off Budtender was nice... No recommendations however when they didn't have the product that I came in for which was actually listed on their website. It said they had and I drove 30 miles only to find out that their inventory was not correct. why? This is huge problem for any business.... Inventory has to match what you offer. When I got there. It simply didn't! Bad Business! Had I not check this would've been my fault, but I checked thoroughly before I got there only to be told no. No compensation was offered. SMH.... This location has a big selection of items to choose from as well as good staff working on the actual floor. The security guard (specifically the troll looking Latino lady) is really rude. Every day offers different promotions on their items: joints, STIZZY, edibles or flower. I feel like I could've uploaded more pictures, but they're scattered all over my camera roll. But every visit is up to par. I've gotten my Stizzy pen from here; I've gotten edibles from here; and I've also gotten ore rolls. All of them have had a good high on me and I feel like they always hit. After your purchase anything, you can drop in your receipt for a chance to win prizes. The customer service is always awesome. Once you enter the building, you are greeting with the front person, who checks your ID and verifies your information to get in. Once you're in, you are greeted and you can check out everything that is offered. I don't see myself ever leaving the services One Plant offers. Specifically regarding Lolo and their carts, it's your companies fault for stocking them but they're absolutely awful and a cash grab and nothing more. They taste blank and have no effect like they're made from clippings. Don't discount them to move crap product. Been a customer for years but I'm rethinking. Please vet your products, super disappointing to be stuck with an absolute dud. If you value me as a customer I want a refund, absolutely horrible and disgusting. They did not have what was advertised as stock on their website either so when we got here after driving an HOUR it was a worthless drive. The reason I give this a 3 star is because the lady in the from who checked me in was very sweet & kind. I accidentally got the wrong cart and was told by both security and front attendant thags not an issue and can exchange right there. The store lead, Michi, was very rude and said I couldn't do so for just flavor. I told her I was told by 2 employees I can and she took her time getting to me. Eventually she got to me and told me I need to make sure I know what I'm buying next time, to which I replied "It's not that serious." She then told me "You need to not talk to me like that because I'm the fucking store lead and can ban you from this store." Horrible customer service, very rude, and very short. The service at the site is good, never had an issue with going in person. The staff is kind and they usually are well stocked. But DON'T DO DELIVERY, y'all ... We placed an order this morning at 10am, but were not aware that delivery drivers don't come in until 1PM (why have an ASAP option if that really isn't an option). Management should consider communicating it better to customers that delivery orders will not be processed until 1PM because that is when drivers get on site. Outside of this one inconvenience ... One Plant has been a great place to visit, but not so accessible without a car, and mine is in the shop which is why I am trying the delivery service. I liked One Plant until this weekend. I placed an order at 7:30 Saturday night with a CONFIRMED delivery for Sunday between 1-2. No one arrived. It is very hard get anyone on the phone, but I eventually spoke to the delivery manager. Even with my two confirmation emails from One Plant and order confirmation number, the rep could not find my order. She then said she would have a manager call me, which never happened. What I come to realize is whoever owns One Plant in Antioch only cares about the is the money taken in, but does not care one bit about their mistakes and very poor customer service. read more

This is a great place for cannabis. They have pretty good options and the pricing compared to most places I've been to in Northern California were pretty decent. This place is cool for the prices plus they are the only ones that carry the one that I really like. I hate the fact that I order online, come in and still have to wait in one of the lines and sometimes it can be busy. I've walked in and stood in "line" a couple times but other people get called up before me just for me to come up to the desk to tell them I have an online order. Just a little while ago, I called this business up and spoke to the A.G.M. Jen. She was super helpful and answered a lot of my questions over the phone. I wasn't sure if I felt like making the trek over there, but now I'm so much more confident. I have conflicting opinions about this place. Delivery is generally good, all the drivers are very nice. My issue with them is they consistently charge more than what the total is when it comes to online or delivered orders. This is illegal. They also often mislabel the product strain. I've also received a completely empty sealed sack. How do you prove that if it was delivered sealed but empty? Last time I went in, everyone was really nice and happy except the girl with the tremendous amount of baby hair managing the online orders. She was condescending and curt.
