I actually went to One Plant for one specific reason I was trying to find my old favorite strain, "Cat Piss" by Quiet Kings. I hadn't seen it in about 15 years, so when I found it here I was pretty damn excited And honestly, i was kind of disappointed. No Disrespect to the dispensary itself, but whoever invested their energy into a growing this particular strain or should I say re-creating this phenotype sucked..I'll say that it lacked the cat piss smell. They had a slight ammonia sent, but definitely did not deserve the name cat piss but this has nothing to do with the dispensary like I said that club was amazing. The dispensary itself is huge. They have pretty much everything you could think of.. edibles, drinks, concentrates, flower, indoor, outdoor, pre-rolls... basically if it's cannabis-related, they probably have it. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, welcoming, and the prices seemed pretty reasonable. I went in hunting for one specific strain and walked out impressed with the whole place. Definitely worth checking out, especially if you're looking for something specific. read more

Horrible experience I was trying to be nice and accept a order I wanted to cancel and also though they wanted to let me cancel they wanted me to go to Antioch to get the refund accidentally bought some trash that I've never seen in my life so I wanted one product removed and they wouldn't do it and made things impossible. I want to talk to the owner read more

Great prices friendly staff great product great deals it is worth it. They have a big selection of items to choose from.

Horrible delivery service for the 2nd time. Never getting delivery again with this entity!! Placed order at 6pm and got a cancellation update at 8:22pm. When I called to speak with the delivery contacts I spoke with a manager named, Johnny who didn't help me with anything! Took my money and just said sorry it'll go back in your account in a few days and i don't know what happened and won't be able to find out until tomorrow. You can comeback tomorrow and preorder today. Why the fuck would I do that? Obviously I know that and I could've went in earlier or tomorrow into the store. I thought the point of delivery was to be inconvenient such. Shit service and experience. Customer service was absolutely poor. Never coming back to one plant and telling others about this and how it's run by current manager. Awful!!! No type of service recovery whatsoever !! read more

One Plant - Antioch - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me - Antioch, California

The service was terrible, they're acting like I asked for their banking information when I simply had arrived for a pickup order. Everyone bowed down and shunned me while I waited to get attended with only two other shoppers on the floor, very unprofessional. Selection was above average not better than coastal in concord but it's ok! read more

Raggedy overall atmosphere upon entering and exiting. I've been in 4 times, and everyone out front is so drab and miserable. The final time and last straw, about two weeks ago, the young woman at the front desk just continued with her side conversation behind the glass when I tried to check in, and put her hand out for my ID without one word, like she was paying me to come in. No greeting, nothing. Just chatting loudly about personal business. Super trashy. I had an issue with my card because a security alert popped up, so I excused myself to the waiting area to correct this. As I was advising my bank that I did attempt the purchase, the big, rude woman security guard with a power complex thought it was a good time to be weird, and comes up to me and asks if I'm waiting for an Uber and says I need to go outside. WHAT THE? At that point, I just left. Cancelled this spot, and found a new spot in Martinez. Won't be wasting a 20 minute drive on this place again. read more

Love it here, customer service is ALWAYS 10/10. Whoever takes care of delivery menu always updates it. They have top brands and really good deals. Definitely one of our favorite dispensaries in this area. read more

Just lost a customer of 4+ years by not letting me enter because my ID was expired even though I had the temporary ID printed out from the dmv while my ID card comes in the mail. GOOD THING THERES PLENTY OF OTHER DISPENSARIES TO GO TO! read more

it was my second time ordering from here and received the most rudest person on the phone a lady that just hung up while I was talking. I appreciate customer service especially when it's good. Unfortunately this business needs kind respectful people to help out with orders in person and on the phone. I spoke with Percy Robinson who assured me that they would get to the bottom of it. I'll be calling Jennifer at 9am to let her know that her staff needs training in being professional on the phone at all times especially when that person has given respect. I work hard for my money and I really like this place but if I keep experiencing rude people at that establishment I will stop spending money there. read more

First off Budtender was nice... No recommendations however when they didn't have the product that I came in for which was actually listed on their website. It said they had and I drove 30 miles only to find out that their inventory was not correct. why? This is huge problem for any business.... Inventory has to match what you offer. When I got there. It simply didn't! Bad Business! Had I not check this would've been my fault, but I checked thoroughly before I got there only to be told no. No compensation was offered. SMH.... So Disappointing and I thought I had found my new dispensary! NOT doing business like this. SMH to the point it's almost fallen off my shoulder. read more

One Plant is my dispensary. It was the first one I ever went to, and I've stuck with them since. I stay coming here because of the prices and their promotions. Every day offers different promotions on their items: joints, STIZZY, edibles or flower. I feel like I could've uploaded more pictures, but they're scattered all over my camera roll. But every visit is up to par. I've gotten my Stizzy pen from here; I've gotten edibles from here; and I've also gotten ore rolls. All of them have had a good high on me and I feel like they always hit. After your purchase anything, you can drop in your receipt for a chance to win prizes. The customer service is always awesome. Once you enter the building, you are greeting with the front person, who checks your ID and verifies your information to get in. Once you're in, you are greeted and you can check out everything that is offered. I don't see myself ever leaving the services One Plant offers. Please check it out and take advantage of their offers read more

This location has a big selection of items to choose from as well as good staff working on the actual floor. The security guard (specifically the troll looking Latino lady) is really rude. It's a turn off when she's the first person you see when you enter their building. Anyways. I like the budtenders, they're nice. They always have some type of deals. I would recommend this place since it's also like 1 of 3 dispensaries in Antioch. read more

Specifically regarding Lolo and their carts, it's your companies fault for stocking them but they're absolutely awful and a cash grab and nothing more. They taste blank and have no effect like they're made from clippings. Don't discount them to move crap product. Been a customer for years but I'm rethinking. Please vet your products, super disappointing to be stuck with an absolute dud. If you value me as a customer I want a refund, absolutely horrible and disgusting. You should be able to walk into a dispensary and get something halfway decent, not get bamboozled into buying a completely hollow product. These shouldn't be sold to anybody. read more

I liked One Plant until this weekend. I placed an order at 7:30 Saturday night with a CONFIRMED delivery for Sunday between 1-2. No one arrived. It is very hard get anyone on the phone, but I eventually spoke to the delivery manager. Even with my two confirmation emails from One Plant and order confirmation number, the rep could not find my order. She then said she would have a manager call me, which never happened. What I come to realize is whoever owns One Plant in Antioch only cares about the is the money taken in, but does not care one bit about their mistakes and very poor customer service. read more

Whoo! Baybee, I am officially a "ONE PLANT HOTTIE!" Toss this business 10 stars; Phuck it! I don't know what I love more: The customer service OR the sexy staff UP.IN.HERE! Excuse me Budtender, can I get the handsome manager in the back? (Heart Emojis). Someone, please provide me a fan, it's 'bout to get hot in HERRE! (Whoo!) So, listen! Don't be tellin' errbody, but One Plant blows all these dispensaries places out of business. First off, One Plant was the FIRST dispensary that took over the latest Goodwill Building--Talk about BIG (that's what she said) this place is PACKIN' with space! Every now and then you will see them have events--No lie, they can increase the number of events. I mean, ya' girl likes to party! Just hire me as the Marketing Manager and I will make this place loads of REVENUE! Don't trip though, I'm working with one of the sexy managers and I plan to market myself a role here real soon (SMILES). Second, this is a black-owned business--YUP, you heard me right! A couple of black entrepreneurs' put their great minds together and created One Plant. There is tons of parking when you arrive--The rush hour is CRAZZYYY! PRICES: The taxes are included in the price so what you see is what you pay for. Best to pay in cash, if not, you must pay the card fee. They have an ATM inside. CUSTOMER SERVICE: The BEST in town! Like, I honestly NEVER had a problem with service here. In fact, my engagements with the staff (and even the sexy managers) have been awesome. Psst! Don't tell anyone I told you, but there is some EYE CANDY UP. IN. HERE! WHOO! I will leave it like that before I get in trouble. Moving on.... BEST TIMES TO COME: On Monday-Wednesday--they have great deals for pre-rolls where if you purchase 4 you get one for $1. I also noticed that they also refresh their products during the beginning of the week like Monday and Tuesday. Please don't be like me and come at the end of the week when most of their products are sold out. They do offer an 'open shelf' display so you can review it before you purchase. Don't waste any more time; get here NOW! You'll thank me later (ALL SMILES) read more

Every time I come here service is 10/10 BUT today 3/10 (only because the security, front desk and another bud tender were polite and helpful) there was a new old lady with glasses and she helped me. I get it's hot today but that's not an excuse to act like a bitch to a customer who realized they brought the wrong debit card. She could've easily provided solutions yet she didn't, "so what do you want to do" with the most serious monotone stank face. Waste of payroll fr read more

I'm a regular when it comes to delivery. I've noticed they been messing up lately I call to get it correct like I order it online and they make it big deal about it when they mess up this is a common issue delta is down the street and it way better reason I came was for a certain flower that was a few bucks cheaper will but delta is the way to go don't come read more

I found this spot about a month ago, and it's been my go-to ever since. They had a comedy show inside and an outdoor event with some cool vendors on that day. They have a nice variety of products and good brands. Everyone so far seems super friendly and helpful. read more

The reason I give this a 3 star is because the lady in the from who checked me in was very sweet & kind. I accidentally got the wrong cart and was told by both security and front attendant thags not an issue and can exchange right there. The store lead, Michi, was very rude and said I couldn't do so for just flavor. I told her I was told by 2 employees I can and she took her time getting to me. Eventually she got to me and told me I need to make sure I know what I'm buying next time, to which I replied "It's not that serious." She then told me "You need to not talk to me like that because I'm the fucking store lead and can ban you from this store." Horrible customer service, very rude, and very short. She needs to be fired! read more

Absolute A-HOLES. They looked at my wife like a f-Ing idiot. they made her cry, we have like never had that service at any other dispensary it's AWFUL. They did not have what was advertised as stock on their website either so when we got here after driving an HOUR it was a worthless drive. I could have gotten these at velvet in Martinez for cheaper even they always have random sales like 35$$ micros for like 15$. Please consider when coming here, I suggest coco farms or velvet to be honest, i don't think I will ever be back here. read more

This is a great place for cannabis. They have pretty good options and the pricing compared to most places I've been to in Northern California were pretty decent. I definitely recommend this place if you're in the Antioch area. By the way there is a beautiful Latina that works there who is very helpful. If you happen to stop by tell her I'd love to take her to lunch .. lol read more

Have yet to deliver on time. Made over 10 orders from here and yet to see anyone be here on time. Don't make guarantees you can't keep.

Long time customer, I go in to purchase and speak to a manager about a recent purchase I made on flower. The so called manager came out from the back and I told her my last purchase had a lot of seeds!! I told her that's bad business and they should watch there inventory better and her reply to me was "well honestly this is cheap weed and maybe you should save your money to buy better quality!! Huh!!! Excuse Me Bitch ! Who says that to someone??? Especially a "SO CALLED MANAGER!! Get the fuck out of here ! Seems like One Plant needs to TRAIN their employees in etiquette all over again!! oh my god so I left a lengthy review to help let people know about my dispensary. Then I go in today and find out the girl that has been giving me horrible customer service by the way, her name is Taylor she has been promoted to a lead.????? like are you serious. She is terrible at customer service and they what don't see that. or do they not care. Put her in the back, sticking it do anything but have her out helping customers. Promoted seriously guys. definitely do not feel heard. Except for by Dante. He was super cool. I wonder if he knows that she continues m to give Bad customer service. SMH read more

The service at the site is good, never had an issue with going in person. The staff is kind and they usually are well stocked. But DON'T DO DELIVERY, y'all ... We placed an order this morning at 10am, but were not aware that delivery drivers don't come in until 1PM (why have an ASAP option if that really isn't an option). Management should consider communicating it better to customers that delivery orders will not be processed until 1PM because that is when drivers get on site. Outside of this one inconvenience ... One Plant has been a great place to visit, but not so accessible without a car, and mine is in the shop which is why I am trying the delivery service. So 3/5 because this becomes difficult for folks that don't have access to a car. read more

I want to give these budtenders a rating of 5 stars. Derek,Natalie,Taylor,Kira, sema, and the 2 Hispanic men that work there. Im horrible with names. I'm not sure they deserve 4 stars but some of the bad reviews are so ridiculous, i feel like they deserve a extra star. I came here a few times and nothing but good things. Cool, laid back staff, security guards are not dBags (like two other disperies in the area), not to mention they do simple and easy returns. my only gripe is that the taxes seem to very, Aaaaa-LOT. please explain how a 13$ bag turns into a 20$ bag? (I'll wait) exactly, makes absolutely no mathematical sense..lol read more

Staff who work there are friendly and will help you guys out with whatever you want to buy. They have a great selection, and my party bought a lot of limoncellos from them. Okay, so technically, I haven't physically been here, but I am in LOTS AND LOTS of pain. I was using CBD gummies but they just aren't working well enough for me. Just a little while ago, I called this business up and spoke to the A.G.M. Jen. She was super helpful and answered a lot of my questions over the phone. I wasn't sure if I felt like making the trek over there, but now I'm so much more confident. Jen was great and talked to me about everything from the difference between the sativa and indica, to prices, to product, etc. She didn't make me feel rushed while we were on the phone and also recommended an employee to assist me in finding the right thing for me and my needs. Looking forward to visiting this business. read more

Best quality selection this side of the hill. Frequent deals and premiums. Staff is always top shelf.

This place is cool for the prices plus they are the only ones that carry the one that I really like. I hate the fact that I order online, come in and still have to wait in one of the lines and sometimes it can be busy. I've walked in and stood in "line" a couple times but other people get called up before me just for me to come up to the desk to tell them I have an online order. Customer service is a big thing the security always saying welcome and have a good day, the people inside are a little different they can atleast pretend to enjoy the customer service they are providing. read more

I came here to get someone a Christmas present. There's a parking lot on the side. This place is busy so be careful when you back out.
