I was always reticent when buying my meds from a collective as opposed to a private grower/ seller that I have a personal relationship with. Well, that has all changed now that I've found the friendly folks at Craft. I truly cannot stress enough how professional and progressive the people at Craft Collective are. Jane took my order, and although our exchange included no body language or eye contact, I could feel just how authentic and sincere she was as she navigated us through my first ever delivery order from ANY collective/ dispensary. She also didn't make me feel less important because I spent under $100. 75 clams is a lot of money for me, and to think that some other "collectives" almost left me feeling awful to THEM because I wasn't dropping a couple bills?! Jane's patience and kindness seemed so effortless... Craft should feel lucky to have such an exemplary representative. Luke was the very discrete and approachable gentleman that delivered "the goods" to my home. He also was nothing short of terrific. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. He even made some casual small talk as we sifted through papers in my sun room. These little things are important to someone who had just about given up on dispensaries in general. For me- Luke, along with Jane, helped to dispel the myth that all collectives are slinging overpriced meds using overprivileged and snitty suburban white kids who aren't thinking about your well being at all, but probably some keg party or drum circle they'll be at when they're done with their long, hard day of removing nugs from jars. I will end this very rare review (from me) with a quick hit on the actual medicine. I was excited that Craft sells primarily Clean Green Organic meds, but a bit skeptical as I've seen so call "top shelf" CG that weren't top shelf to me at all. I will remain realistic and diplomatic by speaking only about cannabis that we as consumers can obtain from collectives (as opposed to private sellers) when I ASSSURE you that Craft is selling ONLY the absolute best cannabis in the East Bay. I was thoroughly impressed with everything I ordered. I especially love their Blueberry OG, Durban, and their CBD OG. I will be using Craft Collective exclusively from here on out. It's cinched. I am thrilled with my experience with C.R.A.F.T. from my initial call to the enjoyment of the high quality medication that was delivered. I wanted to try a delivery service, and I did a lot of research on the many, many East Bay possibilities before selecting this one. My criteria included having an online menu, same day delivery, a variety of product, value and a professional web presence. C.R.A.F.T. had all of these things as well as a generous set of gifts for first time users, so I called them up. Ax was extremely easy to talk to, both efficient and friendly. After the verification process I gave her my order and she told me that Miguel would make the delivery at 3:45, which was just over an hour away. He wasn't able to make it by that time, but he called me at 3:40 to let me know he would be a little late and arrived 15 minutes later. I was impressed that he called despite the fact that he was only going to be ten minutes late, I've never at any type of delivery be so precise before. Miguel was extremely nice, I'm sure I'm not first person who will want to order more often just to get to know him better. He had me check my order, which was perfect and indeed included three awesome gifts, as well as a useful and through booklet about legal issues related to medical marijuana. I'm glad I had cash for the tip, as it didn't come up as possibility to add it to the credit card charge. As for my order, everything looks amazing, but the only bit I have actually sampled so far is the Clean Green Pineapple, which is possibly the tastiest thing ever. Craft collective is the best collective in the bay area in my opinion! I have been to and am a member of probably 15 collective-dispensaries, I order 90% of the time through craft. When you call you will always deal with someone knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. They deliver same day and quickly even on busy days. The delivery drivers are always on time and friendly as hell. I have yet to encounter an employee that isn't friendly and helpful. The medicine they cary is always top notch too. They have some amazing flowers and unlike most places in california they keep most of the stock the same. Most places you will find something that works for you, you go back next week and its gone never to be seen again. That doesn't happen often at craft and is good for people who find that strain that just works wonders for them. Also if you see something they don't have, if it is possible craft will try and get that item for you. The hash at this place is top notch some of the best in the bay. Most bubble hash at dispensaries-collectives is pathetic, Craft has full melt goodness. Craft teams up with incredible extract companies that know what they are doing. This has got to be the best collective in the whole Bay Area!! There flowers are amazing and super potent. There Blueberrry Og which is dense, frosty, super skunky and very versatile.This strain smells almost like a new can of tennis balls with that Santa Cruz blueberry smell so delicious!!! Hi every one, this is my Final update on the delivery service, they have good quality meds but have set a standard that outranks their competences! They claim delivering the best quality consistently however I've seen them try to give me bud that was so wet it was almost like they had cut it off the plant an hour earlier! Of course I called and they switched it out for an equal value only, once more the chem scout strain that i had replaced it with was seeded! So yes blah blah I'm picky and so on... but I am not the one claiming to set unprecedented standards, and when I will, I will live up to it and naturally understand that the image and patients that I am acquiring through the level of services I would claim to offer to my peers would be destroyed by giving them UNUSABLE medicine especially when they pay 360$ for an oz! For the past few years I've been going through a condition called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, also known as Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy. C.R.A.F.T. Collective is a medical cannabis delivery service in the SF Bay area. They are a small collective but offer superior Customer Service and Clean Green cannabis. All the strains carried by CRAFT are fully tested and organic. They taste and quality of the various strains is incredible. I've only been a member for a short time, but I feel like Ax and Miguel really know and care about what they do. Both are very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly.
