Then recently, I had a friend come in and go to her and she too got the preachy lecture about weight. Listen up Dr. Hilman, we're there for weed, this ain't Jenny Craig. Women know when we're fat and when we need to take a few pounds off, no need to browbeat us. This year I got Dr. Solomon. Let me tell you, he is the best! I was in and out of there within 20 minutes, which has NEVER happened in all the years I've been going. Every single doctor before me has waited a good 15 minutes (or longer) to call me back after the illustrious Seven (Receptionist) gives them the required paperwork to begin the procedures. When I *did* finally get an appointment, he claimed he didn't have any of my medical records. I double checked with my primary care physician -- she had fax confirmation of having sent them. This year, a doctor (a "Dr. Phil"?) canceled my appointment on the DAY OF (despite confirming the day before), simply because he realized he had a big gap in his schedule and didn't want to be in the office so long. Wah. There are better places around where you can be treated by someone who actually behaves like an actual professional.
