Love this place They have the cleanest and greenest buds I've yet to find in the Bay Area. I'm very particular with my medicine and only use bud that is free of crap so when I found this place a couple years ago I was super excited. Most of the other dispensaries do not have green certifications and I know many places have tested positive for mold and other nasty stuff. My favorite products are their CBD OG and the lemongrass It's The Balm for muscle pain. They also deliver, which is great and their employees are always so nice and punctual. I recently signed up with CRAFT, and have to say it has been a wonderful experience thus far. When you enroll with them, they provide a generous amount of 'gifts' just for signing up! I have only tried a few varieties of their flowers and concentrates (mainly the CannaNectar - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) but have been exceptionally pleased with everything I have been presented with! The buds have been robust in both flavor and body, and most importantly to me are fresh! No potentially-2-year-old bags as of yet, which has been a refreshing change from what I experienced in San Francisco. Their delivery service is very good - the first night the driver was delayed due to 100% unforeseen/unavoidable circumstances, however a replacement driver was found VERY quickly, and life went on. So far the two drivers I have worked with have been extremely personable and, importantly to me, professional. I've been a member of this delivery service for years. I've tried other brick and mortar collectives like BLUM Oakland, Berkley Patients Group, etc. as well as other delivery service like Green Wheels etc etc. This is the only place that I trust to have certified "clean green" Cannabis which is grown with no synthetic fertilizers, no bottled fertilizers, and no pesticides. Their CBD OG strain has won many awards and allows new cannabis users to slowly get into top shelf meds with a great taste, smoke, and effect (albeit not a STRONG psychoactive effect) for something with such a low THC % and a high CBD%. Their receptionist always remembers my name (which may say something about my frequency lol), but above all they're kind, non-judgmental, and not just "hip" young street kids trying to make a quick buck off some weed that was grown irresponsibly and carelessly (in regards to consumers health and safety). This one is a hard one to start. I am someone who likes to think they know there medicine. When I began my journey with my medical cannabis card like any good patient I explored many different clubs. When I used CRAFT for the first time I pretty much stopped exploring and I am now only go to CRAFT. I would recommend anything on their menu that comes from CRAFT or IC collective, eventually you will find the strain where you will say to yourself this is the best medicine ever. It's not cheap but it is worth it because it is so beautiful, sticky, smelly and potent you would not imagine medicine to be so good. OMG where has this place been?! I don't know why it never showed up in yelp search until recently but soooo glad it did. I am beyond impressed and will never go back to the ambivalent 'service' at the 'other' dispensary again as this place actually has the product I need AND they are soo helpful, informative and nice. As an Amazon prime super user that I can have my CBD oil (or other things) delivered, makes me feel like the future has arrived in all its glory. My first delivery option window was within 3 hrs. They call to confirm and showed up EXACTLY on time (fit in nicely in a 10 min break between work at home meetings). - Selection is awesome! I am mainly a CBD oil user and they had both my #1 favorite and #2 favorites on hand and when I asked about other ratios the guy on the phone had a lot of interesting info to share. - Sign up process SO EASY! Yes you need to sign up, but your CDL is fine, no need for a card and it was sooo fast for me - in under 20 minutes I was signed up and had order submitted (only took so long because I'm lame with camera phone taking pic of CDL) - Website has lots of good descriptions. Could be a bit more intuitive of a deisgn - hint if you see an item that is *close* to what you want, click on it as the options may show up after you click it. For sure with the CBD oil. Best experience I have had with a collective yet. The logistics around registering and scheduling were a little foggy to me at first but now that I am familiar with those pieces C.R.A.F.T is my primary choice. I was concerned that the delivery experience would be like my experience of going to B&M collectives in the area - awkward. It has not been. Delivery professionals are kind and thoughtful and have been more than happy to answer any questions I have. This may require more planning i.e. being available for deliveries) that could be spared if you just walked in somewhere but I find the small inconvenience worth it. They have great quality organic medicine. I have a variety of medical issues and I find that CRAFT's CBD OG, which has a moderate level of cannabidiol (the most medicinal substance in cannabis), and Super Lemon Haze ease my symptoms the most. As for nighttime, relaxing, and de-stressing indicas, the Grape Ape is good and, of course, very exotic looking. However, it tastes and smells a little bit too fruity for me, as I prefer skunkier strains. With that being said, the Blueberry OG, a hybrid, is just about the right amount of sweetness, sourness, and skunkiness. The Tahoe Chem, also a hybrid, is a good mix of flowery and skunky. read more
