Unbelievable experience being from NYC where it's still illegal to get anything good with THC in it. I called with questions Joe helped me to become a member and explained the process. Placed an order at 10:30 am and everything delivered by 12:15 with 2 texts telling me they are on there way and when they arrive. Pay and poof u got very high quality pre rolls, mints, and some amazing cartridges. They also threw in an extra pre roll maybe for being a first timer but who cares why awesome surprise. Can't wait to get back and try some new stuff next time I visit. Thanks again C.R.A.F.T.!!!!! read more

Craft - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me

I have been using craft for 2/3 years now as my go to. Best top shelf in the bay. If you are looking for only the highest quality, this is where you need to go! Really, you get what you pay for here, so go top shelf! read more

I recently signed up with CRAFT, and have to say it has been a wonderful experience thus far. When you enroll with them, they provide a generous amount of 'gifts' just for signing up! I have only tried a few varieties of their flowers and concentrates (mainly the CannaNectar - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) but have been exceptionally pleased with everything I have been presented with! The buds have been robust in both flavor and body, and most importantly to me are fresh! No potentially-2-year-old bags as of yet, which has been a refreshing change from what I experienced in San Francisco. Their delivery service is very good - the first night the driver was delayed due to 100% unforeseen/unavoidable circumstances, however a replacement driver was found VERY quickly, and life went on. So far the two drivers I have worked with have been extremely personable and, importantly to me, professional. It is really nice not having dreadful vibes exuding from your delivery person every time :) TLDR - CRAFT is great, sign up, they are really nice and their product is kick ass! read more

I am so glad I found CRAFT! After my amazing first experience, this is the only medical cannabis delivery service I will be calling in the future. First of all, the medicine is outstanding in taste, appearance and efficacy. Their flowers are all organically grown, fresh, beautifully trimmed and nicely packaged. The complete information they provide on strain and potency makes it easy to select the right medicine and their prices are fair -- very satisfied with the Durban. Great selection of edibles and concentrates too. Spoke with Ax on the phone and she was friendly and knowledgable. Miguel arrived even earlier than promised and he was professional, warm and patient. The wonderful, caring staff at CRAFT are a real contrast with other services I've tried. They also have some great first-time specials so there's really no reason not to give CRAFT a try. read more

Wow. Dudes totally went above and beyond to correct my last experience with CRAFT. Heard sincere apologies from several members of management and on top of a refund of the order they set me up with this over-the-top nice gift bag and a handwritten note like a gentleman writes. It's pretty clear to me that they take customer service seriously and mine was probably an aberrant experience. read more

Love this place They have the cleanest and greenest buds I've yet to find in the Bay Area. I'm very particular with my medicine and only use bud that is free of crap so when I found this place a couple years ago I was super excited. Most of the other dispensaries do not have green certifications and I know many places have tested positive for mold and other nasty stuff. My favorite products are their CBD OG and the lemongrass It's The Balm for muscle pain. They also deliver, which is great and their employees are always so nice and punctual. This is the only dispensary I use and highly recommend it to anyone who uses medical cannabis. read more

Craft - Goodies that were just delivered - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me

This is the best delivery in the local area & their selection of strains are the best! I am loyal to CRAFT & am waiting for the testing of their CRAFT strains to pass the state mandated lab tests so that I can order my favorites, CBD OG & Black Cherry Gelato & some I.C. collective strains. I did stock up before July 1 so that I have enough to last, I hope. CRAFT wisely lowered their prices a few months back to remain competitive & I have not looked for another delivery service or walk in dispensary. They're hands down the best!! read more

Craft his hand is down the best CLUB/DELIVERY in the Bay area, They have the best quality medicine. I've been to every club in the entire Bay area and craft has Them all beat hands down!!!!!!!!! read more

Couldn't be more disappointed with this "establishment." Placed a pickup order, waited over an hour, then was told the driver mixed up the meeting point and was on the other side of town. Dispatch didn't give a care and basically just told me I should be patient. What an utter and complete joke. Never, ever again! If only yelp had an option to leave severely negative feedback! read more

I've been a member of this delivery service for years. I've tried other brick and mortar collectives like BLUM Oakland, Berkley Patients Group, etc. as well as other delivery service like Green Wheels etc etc. This is the only place that I trust to have certified "clean green" Cannabis which is grown with no synthetic fertilizers, no bottled fertilizers, and no pesticides. Their CBD OG strain has won many awards and allows new cannabis users to slowly get into top shelf meds with a great taste, smoke, and effect (albeit not a STRONG psychoactive effect) for something with such a low THC % and a high CBD%. Their receptionist always remembers my name (which may say something about my frequency lol), but above all they're kind, non-judgmental, and not just "hip" young street kids trying to make a quick buck off some weed that was grown irresponsibly and carelessly (in regards to consumers health and safety). I am not being compensated for writing this review, but as a strong and long time advocate for Cannabis Education, I like what CRAFT is doing. read more

This one is a hard one to start. I am someone who likes to think they know there medicine. When I began my journey with my medical cannabis card like any good patient I explored many different clubs. When I used CRAFT for the first time I pretty much stopped exploring and I am now only go to CRAFT. I would recommend anything on their menu that comes from CRAFT or IC collective, eventually you will find the strain where you will say to yourself this is the best medicine ever. It's not cheap but it is worth it because it is so beautiful, sticky, smelly and potent you would not imagine medicine to be so good. To make it even better, the service is just as good as the product. Scheduled delivery with a smile. I would call this dispensary the Rolls Royce of the business, and that's a compliment to Roll's Royce. Roll it up. Also the sungrown from Om collective is some of the best sungrown medicine you will find, and the Om edibles I believe are the best on the market. read more

The best! Ever! Good prices, great concierge level service and free delivery. High quality product that they stock regularly. Try them, you'll love them too! read more

CRAFT is SO GREAT! The people who work and run CRAFT are kind, knowledgable, on-time, and professional. The cannabis selection is fabulous. The people are great. They are my #1 fave. read more

I've seen this place in action for a while now and nothing has come even close to the level of service and professionalism that CRAFT offers to their community. All in all, they are timely polite and more than willing to go the extra mile to ensure everyone is comfortable and happy. I really don't think there should be an alternative if there's the off chance you are looking for the highest quality... but who isn't trying to take advantage of one of the top clubs in the bay area. Cheers CRAFT! read more

C.R.A.F.T is my go to delivery service handsdown. They always have the best meds and show up on time. I would recommend the strawberry cough and grape ape. Just checkout the menu online give them a call and they will give you a time when they will be at your location. The first time you have to be verified, but every call after is so easy, Plus they hook you up with a free gram. Brandon was my driver the other day highly professional and arrived right on time. Thanks craft for always taking care of your patients. read more

I absolutely love CRAFT. Since my first order, I have order at least once, twice a week if I can. They are extremely friendly and they give awesome vibes. From the making your order to delivery, everyone is pleasant and makes you feel very comfortable. On top of feeling like your having an awesome experience because of the staff, the medicine is amazing. I have had good stuff before and this stuff is alwAys amazing and right up there with the best I've had. Prices and equal to other clubs but they deliver it to you! And their quality is amazing! To top it off they are always on time! I have had delivery services give you a window of time and one collective just never showed, but CRAFT, they have never disappointed. Always on time, Always friendly, and amazing meds. What more could I ask for? I recommend craft to all my friends in the delivery area. None have been disappointed. THANKS CRAFT! read more

Craft - Some concentrates at CRAFT - Cannabis Dispensaries Near Me

See all

I have used this location for a few years now. I like the choices and they give a senior discount. Nice people to deal with.

CRAFT has a reliable selection of the best organic medicinal flowers in the east bay, plus they have great specials with the 'baby buds' and will even include a free gram of top-shelf to sample every once in awhile. What a great team! The phone staff and delivery people are always nice, friendly, on-time, and call 5 minutes before they arrive. The only thing that would make CRAFT better is a wider selection, retail storefront, and/or clones. However, they are definitely the best delivery service I have used in SF or the east bay! read more

I'm editing my previous updated review as C.R.A.F.T. has cleared up the misunderstanding and more than made up for it. Thank you for the excellent customer service, and high-quality products. I look forward to continued good service with C.R.A.F.T. read more

Best experience I have had with a collective yet. The logistics around registering and scheduling were a little foggy to me at first but now that I am familiar with those pieces C.R.A.F.T is my primary choice. I was concerned that the delivery experience would be like my experience of going to B&M collectives in the area - awkward. It has not been. Delivery professionals are kind and thoughtful and have been more than happy to answer any questions I have. This may require more planning i.e. being available for deliveries) that could be spared if you just walked in somewhere but I find the small inconvenience worth it. And yes, the flower is incredible. read more

This a very well run business that I recommend without hesitation. I have only tried CBD edibles but they have all been excellent, and the service is beyond wonderful. How phenomenal is this collective as a whole ?!!! I had the pleasure of meeting some of the staff this past weekend. I was able to try the CBD Og, the lavender soak and a pre roll (which was amazing btw) the standard they hold is so reassuring and calming ( I suffer from anxiety) They are genuine in everything they do. I feel safe and confident in the recommendations made here by staff. I'm just an awe. I love this craft and everything they stand for. Thank you for the incredible meds the compassion and the great service. read more

WOW! My order was EXCEPTIONAL, start to finish!!! From the ease of the e-commerce cart & store (Well done Meadow!) to the wonderful, helpful, delivery gentleman...C.R.A.F.T. has "Dotted their i's and crossed their t's"... and I just started smoking the pre-roll and its STELLAR! read more

The customer service at C.R.A.F.T. is truly outstanding, as is their product! I've been ordering my medicine from them for about 8 months, and each time they've consistently provided friendly, prompt, exceptional service. I recommend them highly at every chance, and my most recent experience with C.R.A.F.T. led me to come out of Yelp retirement and make a new account so I could leave a review. When I placed my two most recent orders, I had less than a positive experience with their customer service, and I wrote them an email expressing this concern. Within literally minutes, they reached out to me and quickly made the situation right. It was very much appreciated, and I will continue to order my medicine from them. They are the real deal! read more

Let me tell you about the amazing experience I had with craft and salesman James. James was very knowledgeable, super cool and down to earth. He explained everything I needed to know very clear and precise. I highly recommend this company you will not be disappointed read more

They have great quality organic medicine. I have a variety of medical issues and I find that CRAFT's CBD OG, which has a moderate level of cannabidiol (the most medicinal substance in cannabis), and Super Lemon Haze ease my symptoms the most. As for nighttime, relaxing, and de-stressing indicas, the Grape Ape is good and, of course, very exotic looking. However, it tastes and smells a little bit too fruity for me, as I prefer skunkier strains. With that being said, the Blueberry OG, a hybrid, is just about the right amount of sweetness, sourness, and skunkiness. The Tahoe Chem, also a hybrid, is a good mix of flowery and skunky. read more

OMG where has this place been?! I don't know why it never showed up in yelp search until recently but soooo glad it did. I am beyond impressed and will never go back to the ambivalent 'service' at the 'other' dispensary again as this place actually has the product I need AND they are soo helpful, informative and nice. No glazed, shrugging to questions, just bright informative answers. Pros: - They DELIVER! As an Amazon prime super user that I can have my CBD oil (or other things) delivered, makes me feel like the future has arrived in all its glory. My first delivery option window was within 3 hrs. They call to confirm and showed up EXACTLY on time (fit in nicely in a 10 min break between work at home meetings). - Selection is awesome! I am mainly a CBD oil user and they had both my #1 favorite and #2 favorites on hand and when I asked about other ratios the guy on the phone had a lot of interesting info to share. - Sign up process SO EASY! Yes you need to sign up, but your CDL is fine, no need for a card and it was sooo fast for me - in under 20 minutes I was signed up and had order submitted (only took so long because I'm lame with camera phone taking pic of CDL) - Website has lots of good descriptions. Could be a bit more intuitive of a deisgn - hint if you see an item that is *close* to what you want, click on it as the options may show up after you click it. For sure with the CBD oil. I didnt' see the Treatwell for humans (just for Pets) but after talking to the guy on the phone I'm sure it was there (I like Care By Design better so no biggie. - Delivery person super nice and friendly - and really delivers! She was pleasant, showed me invoice and collected cash super fast. Very nice (hint: tip your delivery person - you didn't have to put on pants which is worth a bunch!). read more

Out of all the delivery services in the east bay, CRAFT has been one of the places I could rely on most. Professional, fast, and aiming to please. Amanda is always a sweetheart when she comes through. AND one time, I made the mistake of ordering the wrong item and was heading out of town. In about a half hour, after calling them and explaining the situation, they showed up with the correct item for me at no charge. I love that they actually care about their patients. read more

YOU'VE GOT TO TRY THIS AT LEAST ONCE! Smooth and tasty best describes "Silver Back Grape Ape"....another word that comes to mind is SUPERIOR. At first look you can tell there's something special with this variety - it's loaded with crystals! If you're someone who can't or doesn't like to do edibles, then you've got to try this.....it's as smooth as silk and packs a punch! I love CRAFT, my first delivery of meds was amazing, everything was great...quality, quantity, price - and it was so easy because they come to you! I figured on the 3rd or 4th delivery things would change - the quality and/or quantity would change...NO WAY, I've never been disappointed!!! And for me, I really appreciate their delivery guys....they are very professional, take care of business and are timely which allows me to get on with my day. Everyone I've had contact with is great, I love working with CRAFT!!! read more

This place is the bomb.com! By far the best bud I have had in the bay, everything about Craft is incredibly professional and they're always personable. Like really, there is no contest for this place, hands down. I have zero complaints about Craft and cant see how anybody would complain. They're my number one go to for quality flower and concentrations and most of they're flowers are clean green certified which is a definite plus if you're looking for top grade flower! I would recommend anything of theirs because this place just does not let down. My favorite strain is the T-1, when they say unrivaled hybrid they really mean unrivaled. I love Craft. read more

I have ordered my medication from C.R.A.F.T. 3 times now, and have had nothing but positive experiences. I like to interact with people rather than placing orders online when I have the option, and their operators have always been extremely helpful and friendly. Their delivery drivers have also been very friendly, and have always arrived at the scheduled time. Overall I've found that they have been very professional while doing business. They also have many different options and great variety, and everything I have ordered has been of great quality. They are a breath of fresh air as this experiences surpasses the poor and surly service myself and friends have experienced at local dispensaries. read more
