I was always reticent when buying my meds from a collective as opposed to a private grower/ seller that I have a personal relationship with. Well, that has all changed now that I've found the friendly folks at Craft. I truly cannot stress enough how professional and progressive the people at Craft Collective are. Jane took my order, and although our exchange included no body language or eye contact, I could feel just how authentic and sincere she was as she navigated us through my first ever delivery order from ANY collective/ dispensary. She also didn't make me feel less important because I spent under $100. 75 clams is a lot of money for me, and to think that some other "collectives" almost left me feeling awful to THEM because I wasn't dropping a couple bills?! Jane's patience and kindness seemed so effortless... Craft should feel lucky to have such an exemplary representative. Luke was the very discrete and approachable gentleman that delivered "the goods" to my home. He also was nothing short of terrific. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. He even made some casual small talk as we sifted through papers in my sun room. These little things are important to someone who had just about given up on dispensaries in general. For me- Luke, along with Jane, helped to dispel the myth that all collectives are slinging overpriced meds using overprivileged and snitty suburban white kids who aren't thinking about your well being at all, but probably some keg party or drum circle they'll be at when they're done with their long, hard day of removing nugs from jars. I will end this very rare review (from me) with a quick hit on the actual medicine. I was excited that Craft sells primarily Clean Green Organic meds, but a bit skeptical as I've seen so call "top shelf" CG that weren't top shelf to me at all. I will remain realistic and diplomatic by speaking only about cannabis that we as consumers can obtain from collectives (as opposed to private sellers) when I ASSSURE you that Craft is selling ONLY the absolute best cannabis in the East Bay. I was thoroughly impressed with everything I ordered. I especially love their Blueberry OG, Durban, and their CBD OG. I will be using Craft Collective exclusively from here on out. It's cinched. Locked. So, believe ALL of the wonderful things that you read and hear about these folks. They kick fucking ass! Let your freak flags fly people! read more

I am thrilled with my experience with C.R.A.F.T. from my initial call to the enjoyment of the high quality medication that was delivered. I wanted to try a delivery service, and I did a lot of research on the many, many East Bay possibilities before selecting this one. My criteria included having an online menu, same day delivery, a variety of product, value and a professional web presence. C.R.A.F.T. had all of these things as well as a generous set of gifts for first time users, so I called them up. Ax was extremely easy to talk to, both efficient and friendly. After the verification process I gave her my order and she told me that Miguel would make the delivery at 3:45, which was just over an hour away. He wasn't able to make it by that time, but he called me at 3:40 to let me know he would be a little late and arrived 15 minutes later. I was impressed that he called despite the fact that he was only going to be ten minutes late, I've never at any type of delivery be so precise before. Miguel was extremely nice, I'm sure I'm not first person who will want to order more often just to get to know him better. He had me check my order, which was perfect and indeed included three awesome gifts, as well as a useful and through booklet about legal issues related to medical marijuana. I'm glad I had cash for the tip, as it didn't come up as possibility to add it to the credit card charge. As for my order, everything looks amazing, but the only bit I have actually sampled so far is the Clean Green Pineapple, which is possibly the tastiest thing ever. The flavor is extremely unique, they clearly didn't name it that just for the lulz. The effect is nicely balanced between making my body very comfortable and leaving my mind clear. Overall, a fantastic experience! read more

CraftCollective is without a doubt my favorite DELIVERY dispensary in the East Bay...and I've tried many of them. What's AMAZING ABOUT THESE GUYS: 1) verified me in minutes the first time 2) customer service is unrivaled! they know what you like, they remember who you are, they offer specials over the phone, they are on time (and/or will call if they are delayed)! 3) their greens are ORGANIC, DANK, GREEN-CERTIFIED. some of my best highs have been after a visit from one of Craft's friendly drivers 4) they hook it up with donations for almost every purchase 5) their website is functional and easy to navigate, bayareacraft.org 6) their menu has a wide variety to match all wallets and all palettes. from g's to ounces, honey-hash oil to keef, edibles to what-have-you. they got it ALL. 7) the behind-the-scenes folk who answer the phone are awesome, courteous, and have NEVER messed up an order 8) They deliver to your E. Bay House, I mean C'MON YO!!! It doesn't get any better than this. 9) you can schedule a delivery time for later in the day or later in the week even! Why not call in on your lunch hour and make sure your greens will get to you when and where you want them! 10) their staff is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to their products, they can help you get the 'float' you're looking for. 11) you can use your credit card when the drivers come to your house...that's right...you can get MILES for your medicine. 12) they're the bomb.com What's not amazing....ummmm....nothing I can think of! Full transparency: They have been late a few times (never more than 20 mins) and always called ahead to alert me to the delay. But think about this...how many times has your pizza guy been late? have you ever not eaten the pizza?? :) read more

Craft collective is the best collective in the bay area in my opinion! I have been to and am a member of probably 15 collective-dispensaries, I order 90% of the time through craft. When you call you will always deal with someone knowledgable, friendly, and helpful. They deliver same day and quickly even on busy days. The delivery drivers are always on time and friendly as hell. I have yet to encounter an employee that isn't friendly and helpful. The medicine they cary is always top notch too. They have some amazing flowers and unlike most places in california they keep most of the stock the same. Most places you will find something that works for you, you go back next week and its gone never to be seen again. That doesn't happen often at craft and is good for people who find that strain that just works wonders for them. Also if you see something they don't have, if it is possible craft will try and get that item for you. The hash at this place is top notch some of the best in the bay. Most bubble hash at dispensaries-collectives is pathetic, Craft has full melt goodness. Craft teams up with incredible extract companies that know what they are doing. Definitely try some bizarre bros if you're into water hash. Also if you are into cbd medicine they carry care by design. They come in spray bottles that allow for exact dosage, an amazing product. Craft gets 5 stars they rock and I will continue to order through them. read more

This has got to be the best collective in the whole Bay Area!! There flowers are amazing and super potent. There Blueberrry Og which is dense, frosty, super skunky and very versatile. This strain smells almost like a new can of tennis balls with that Santa Cruz blueberry smell so delicious!!! They have many strains to choose from all very high quality and lab tested. Not into flowers that's okay they have very nice high quality edibles as well .They have kiva bars , Veda chews , Care by design, Lord Jones , Baceae ,and also whoopi and maya products and the list goes on. If your having a hard time figuring out what would be best for you the kind people at C.R.A.F.T are always willing to give the best advice for you and help guide you to what you are looking for as well as what will help you. Concentrates so many to choose from but they are all too good to just pick one , at least in my opinion. The amazing people at C.R.A.F.T have so many diffrent choices. They have hash, Rosin, shatter ,live resin you name it , and it's all amazing. I've tried a lot of there concentrates and have never been disappointed. They have a Dabblicious Tangie and it is soooo tasty and potent as well, when dabbed the taste that come off is amazing. It's pretty much like taking a bite out of a tangerine. If you live in the San Francisco Bay Area you should definitely give them a call and I promise you won't regret it read more

#1, good stuff, bizzare brothers/bubble buds...(can't shake off that song 'bubble butt'), bubble burst, every time clear domes burst. Imagining bros busting this bong beat for their sound wave agitation, of course ween pass...need to make video of bros & fine dispenseries like craft, 'bubble buds, bubble burst, bubble bubble...', buyers like us too, from beginning to end with buyer bubbling, blowing, blown... #2, Better than fine retailer near you, delivered to you. Fine fine fineee, very kool, i was late, professional driver happily patiently delivered, professionals, sharp but gentle. If craft ever late, blame on bubbleheads like me, my fault, guilty, or traffic 99%. Wake&bake grasshoppers, where I'm from we gets whuppin & go to jail. Here craft even slings lagniappe, what's better than free, free good stuff, Scooby snacks. Seems like craft only has space for good stuff...no room for bs, my kind of folks, proper, my bubble buddy & me... Gentle. Professionals. W.W. joint? Just beat SPARC as my gspot, sooo spoiled, Cali dreaming delivered, big bubbling blowing them bubbles... Best buds, bbf, bubble buddy! read more

For the past few years I've been going through a condition called Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, also known as Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy. With this disease I also have an associated movement disorder, which gives me involuntary shakes in both legs. Before I went to Craft, I had tried everything to get the shaking under control, and I was having a flare-up that forced me to shake for over 2 weeks. I finally found amazing relief in Craft's Raspberry Cookies!! Once I used the strain the shaking subsided for the first time in weeks. I've still been dealing with shaking during physical activity, but it makes the shaking more bearable. This medicine has been helping control my pain, which allows me to continue going off other medicine. If you're suffering from this disease, then please give them a call to try this medicine. If it doesn't help with your situation, then they could still have other medicine that might help. Craft has been a God send for my family and I, and we're so thankful for the patience and love that their employees always show us. Please give them a try, and I promise you won't regret it. read more

I have tried over 5 delivery services for Medical Cannabis in the SF Bay Area; and beyond that I have been a customer at 10+ brick-and-mortar dispensaries.... with all that, Craft Collective is BY FAR the BEST Quality and Consistency I have ever seen in the Bay Area (at least since they opened the legal clubs in 2003). Their buds are of the BEST quality you can ask for -- from Northern California standards; or honestly by Amsterdam or worldwide/Global standards... the product you will get from C.R.A.F.T. will ALWAYS be in the top 1% of marijuana in the entire world. Don't believe me???? Prove me wrong then .... feel free to reply to this message ;-) You will not be disappointed by the quality.... if you want cheap stuff, this isn't the place for you, CRAFT has top quality, luxury product, not cheap.... If you want the BEST IN THE WORLD, you will try CRAFT and then you will never deviate from them again ;-) Trust me...it IS worth it. You don't want bammer ..... C.R.A.F.T. Collective is a medical cannabis delivery service in the SF Bay area. They are a small collective but offer superior Customer Service and Clean Green cannabis. All the strains carried by CRAFT are fully tested and organic. They taste and quality of the various strains is incredible. I've only been a member for a short time, but I feel like Ax and Miguel really know and care about what they do. Both are very professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. They seem happy to take their time with you and to make sure you're happy with your medicine. I've tried several stains of their flowers including my favorite, Harlequin. I like to mix my Harlequin with a small amount of a good Sativa, like their Clean Green Super Lemon Haze or Clean Green Durban. All of their medicine tastes great in a vaporizer. Another favorite is their Super Lemon Haze CannaNectar. Not only is this a strong Co2 concentrate but it tastes fantastic in an Omicron or Persei. Try Craft Collective for your cannabis delivery needs; you won't be disappointed. read more

CRAFT Cannabis delivery is one of those businesses you are so happy to have access to. My experiences have all been super positive, be it product selection, quality, expert knowledge of the industry, knowledge of the individual products from a healing perspective, logistics for deliveries, I am 100% satisfied. I would like to add that the curation is one of the best I have ever seen. Stand outs for me are, in no particular order, Lord Jones CBD 1:1 Lotion, Veda Chews, and CBD OG Flowers. While this isn't the bargain basement, it is reasonably priced, high quality products available on a consistent basis, something I find a bit elusive in the current average cannabis spot. And if that weren't enough, CRAFT are WINNERS OF THE 2016 NORCAL MEDICAL CANNABIS CUP in many categories including Best CBD Flower with their CBD OG strain, a personal fav of mine. These folks are efficient, passionate, and really care about bringing clean organic cannabis to the people. I say, Good Job! And, Thank you!!!! read more

It's rare when high product quality and excellent customer service are combined in one service. I have been a patient of CRAFT for a year and a half and everything from ordering to the delivery is fantastic. When you order you are greeted with exceptional customer service. You can talk through different strains with the employees and ask plenty of questions and they are very patient and helpful. The delivery employees are very professional and every friendly. I feel extremely safe letting them into my home. Finally there are always times in business when things go wrong, but it's how you make it right that separates good customer service from bad. CRAFT does an exceptional job with that. They have never messed up my order but once or twice they have ran late but they call you to update you on the situation and make sure they deliver the product. I've tried a couple other dispensaries out of curiosity but CRAFT is my go to and I'll be a patient with them for life. read more

If you haven't given this outfit a try, you're missing out on the best cannabis in the Bay, if not the planet. The boutique market has a fierce competitor in CRAFT. True mastery of crossbreeding, innovation and obvious keen instincts of cannabis alchemy are apparent in every strain these guys carry. I dare say they're better than Apothecarium- and that's saying a lot! The latest sensational hybrid they've put on the market is a cross of NYC Sour Diesel and the legendary Girl Scout Cookie, appropriately dubbed Sour Girl. This stuff is art. Not to sound cheesy but the knowledge and passion these guys are putting into their product is so overwhelming that you will seriously question why you even have a membership any place else. It's that good. Blueberry OG and T.I.T.S. (This Is The Sh*t) are two other personal favorites. The delivery team as always on time, courteous and very professional. Give 'em a try. You will not regret it! read more

One-of-kind delivery service doing it BIG in the Bay!! Beautiful, easy-to-navigate website with pictures for every product. Registration is a breeze and the dudes on the phone are incredibly friendly and very helpful. You can put full faith in J for your cannabis inquiries and every driver that's delivered has been equally bright and compassionate. Flowers are my forte, so I really appreciate their selection of high-end, artisan cannabis. Flavours across the board! Personal favourites include the fruity, tarty RASPBERRY COOKIES and the gawguss SOUR GIRL. And their prerolls taste like real buds and not table shake!! After joining, ive been exposed to a number of other lovable medicines including the Lord Jones CBD gummies, Mrs. Excellence salve, Beezle live resins, and Native Seed's Lift Bars. Call these superstars for an excellent delivery experience and stellar, life-changing products. You dont even need to leave your house!! read more

Most of the time when I need medecine I prefer to be able to see it and smell it first, so I typically will go into a dispensary location. Craft is the ONLY delivery service I have ever used and have not become disappointed with. The bud is outstanding, hands down, and always packaged in really nice UV resistant glass jars :) I have tried many strains, mostly certified organic (clean green) including the amazing Black Cherry Funk, Cantelope Haze, and my absolute favorite Durban Poison. Craft also carries concentrates from Golden Ratio Extracts company, which create the finest shatter I have ever dabbed with! The delivery guys are usually right on time, and if they are able to come early they always call and ask if it is ok with me, which is great. They are always friendly and professional as well. If I had to pick one delivery service to use for the rest of my life, it would be this one, no questioners asked. read more

As a consumer of medical marijuana. I constantly shop around the Bay Area for premium medicine. Some of the biggest names in the industry have let me down. I've traveled all around the Bay Area searching for the best. But alas almost a year and a half ago I stumbled across craft. Hands down I found the absolute best in the Bay Area. The Tahoe Chem is my personal favorite as well as the Black Cherry Funk.. With every generation of strain they only improve in taste and quality. The masters that grow this premium medicine do it with a huge passion and love for what they do. Which it shows in the medicine. The presentation of the packaging is amazing. The color of the jars allow for the buds to be stored for longer. There are many options to choose from all of which will be some of the best around. I am truly lucky to have found such a amazing collective with such wonderful people to operate it. read more

If you are a true medical patient, then CRAFT is THE place to go. The staff is extraordinarily friendly, and most of all, helpful. After using other large dispensaries, there is literally no comparison. The products speak for themselves and are of the highest quality. But the service is what is so outstanding. These folks know what they are doing, take the time to learn about your specific condition, and then give you a choice of products that will help. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had, no matter what the subject is. This place is geared towards the truly medically needy, not all those "sick young people" you see at the large, walk-in dispensaries. I was so taken aback by the personal and genuine attention. Wasn't sure this existed in this specialized medical field, but make no mistake: This is my one and only dispensary to help me navigate the treacherous path of cancer. read more

My friend introduced me to C.R.A.F.T. Collective a month ago and they are pretty much the only place I order from now. Their medicine is worlds above anything else I have smoked in the bay, coming from someone who grew up here. The drivers are super friendly and most of the time arrive early! They are always super professional, and can tell me exactly what I am looking for even when I don't really know what it is I want, introducing me to a lot of new things (fun fact the Mrs's excellence it's the bomb healing salve works super well for poison oak). The blueberry OG is my personal favorite, as well as an in house strain, just like pretty much everything else they sell. I also have to add that personally, as someone with them, I find the T.I.T.S. strain name hilarious and will be ordering it next time I can because it is also AMAZING. Thank you so much to the wonderful people at C.R.A.F.T. read more

CRAFT is the best. They have the dankest, most beautiful, and probably the most potent buds in the Bay. Their concentrates, my oh my, they are powerful. They have an abundant selection of finely crafted waxes, oils, bubble, live resins, etc..., they usually deliver quickly during the week around 5 or 6pm, they have great deals most of the time (please keep these deals up CRAFT, they are AWESOME and greatly appreciated!), and last but not least they're nice people. Basically everything is top-notch. Let's put it this way, this is the place to go if you want to enjoy the best. Most of their buds are Clean Green Certified, which is a must for me personally. If I could give any cannabis dispensary or delivery service 10 out of 5 stars this one would be it. Keep it up! Thanks for everything you guys do! read more
