It started out good (service, variety, advice) when I go to the store at dowtown San Jose location, until I ordered online. I tried to stay loyal, but when you play me as squeamish, I don't throw you under the bus I throw you right at the bus and make sure you don't miss a wheel on it. Your dispatch team is infectiously rude and need serious fine tune. They may need to consider a new line of work if not reassignment. The customer is always RIGHT! Dispatch tells me I cannnot stack discounts--but your delivery drivers I tip $50 to $100 to tell me I can and that there's a glitch in the system that's not fixed. Outside trust issues, Jane, trees pay and Stronghold are not reliable as funds procured for a transaction don't hit your account to sometimes 2 to 3 days later. I understand you have to make your suppliers money so they charge the highest price on someone that doesn't know the market. Subtotal amounts in person are always different then total price quoted online. Never, EVER hang up the phone in a customer's face. You do that cause you are, entitled and clearly frustrated over the scope of something unprofessional. I am not asking for your hand and marriage. I'm not trying to charm you with Vatican incense Latin nor alley hoop a Mr. Rogers it's a beautiful day in the neighborhood wish. I'm on the phone to get that weed. It's not personal but you really kill the tipping spirit and buying experience when your dispatch is rude. Tips and loyalty (points too if you wanna go there) are earned. Not required. I will not be using the next day delivery service anymore. The tone and attitude of dispatch is unworkable. You might catch them in a good mood few and far between moments. My recommendation just buy your weed in the store. I'm sure you would appreciate a semi cordial interaction in the store. Over rogue abrasion when ordering online and communicating with dispatch. When I call dispatch is to get confirmation of price product and delivery time. It's not my forte to engage in a debate with a customer over the phone and then speak all condescending. You really need to work on that dispatch candor because if they relied on that to stay in business, they would not survive. It's not feelings it's psychology (the way you think). Even though I am disabled and can't bend over to tie my shoes without it being a problem. I still have the decency to be tactful with dispatch when inquiring or confirming in order .If your dispatch team can't do their job with a sense of dignity and treat customers with respect. Terminate the entire dispatch staff and replace them with AI robots to do transactions. BEWARE. They WILL charge you DIFFERENTLY. Online I had an order with the total all together at 88$ it was originally 70$ in the cart. They required 50$ minimum delivers. When I chose their prepayment, it would've charged me 98$. If I paid in person it would've 95$ straight. ???????? Their website said credit card accepted in-person, just to deny it, they didn't allow payment in cash only debit. On top of wasting 4 hours of my time, they would've charged me differently, they added fees, tips and taxes AFTER IT TELLS YOU THE TOTAL. Even with the online total the price CHANGED IN PERSON WHICH IS VERY CONCERNING. The online prepayment required a $1 tip automatically it was actually MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHER OPTIONS(stated online that prepayment would make things easier, therefore cheaper, but the in-person option was cheaper) I could DoorDash from a whole different city, not having to worry about price changes. I don't know why I do business with this place man. I go here less and less every year, I need to just stop going completely. I ordered their delivery service today, and I put the address of the train station which is a short walk from my job. The driver claimed it was just a parking lot, but he didn't even call me to see if I was nearby or anything like that. It's just really unprofessional. I called and they said they really only delivered a residence, but they can try again, but I told him not to worry about it, because if that's the case, you need to specify that when someone initially applies for the delivery. Receipts say all sales final, but budtenders and staff are telling customers that they can make returns/exchanges on products up to 1 year old. Well, I just had to commute 1 hour to this location, once again after several defective replacements with Raw Garden's All In One Vapes and was turned away. Close to $200 for this order, which was placed not even 1 week ago and which had a defect upon delivery. As I explained the situation, my purchase history was reviewed. All Raw Garden. Only defective issue we have ever run into is the mouth piece popping off of the unit, which then leads sauce/resin to leak out of unit. So even though a product and manufacturer they stand behind, is turning over defective products/materials to be sold to consumers, we are supposed to take the loss because it keeps happening? Why are you not sharing the consumer info/reviews/problems with them. Then to insult me by then suggesting I shop at a 10% discount. $200 spent and I have no products now - working or defective. They did not care to correct the error, they did nothing to take care of their patient. Let this be a warning to you all. We are all getting mixed messages from staff and no type of direct communication from management regarding our concerns/experiences. Take your business elsewhere..I know Theraleaf's customer service blows PL out of the water and they have way better deals. It is absolutely disgusting how Purple Lotus handled this situation.
