UPDATE | After my review was posted, my pickup order was declined yet my ACH was still charged (documented and disputed with my bank). I also received five unsolicited calls from management attempting to move this off written record. I've been a loyal customer of Elemental Wellness for over a decade, but the service has sharply declined this past year, and today's experience was the final straw. What Happened: * I placed a delivery order scheduled between 12:00-2:00 PM and stayed home the entire time. * I received no text updates, despite requesting them in the additional notes. I received no call even though they stated that they did call me, and no one rang my doorbell for a delivery order. I received no email update that my order had been cancelled either, just that it was on time and would be delivered in the requested timeframe. * At 2:15 PM, with no delivery or communication, I called the store. The associate was rude, accusatory and claimed the driver arrived and called me at 12:38 PM, which never happened. I received no call, no text, and no doorbell ring. I did receive an attitude, hella "sorry's and reprocess the order yourself." I reprocessed the order myself, I requested a supervisor and spoke with Sylvio, who assured me the order would be reprocessed and that my phone number was accurately updated. Frustrated, I submitted a one-star review detailing my experience. After that, the order stayed in "verify" status for over an hour, which is far from normal. I eventually canceled and reordered for pickup, and the same delays and lack of confirmation happened again. This experience shows a petty and careless attitude toward customer feedback. It's clear that Elemental Wellness no longer values customer experience, and I'm extremely disappointed. I will be taking my loyalty and business elsewhere. read more

When I need some wellness this is a good spot off the highway. Always helpful & friendly every time I have visited. The selection is decent or at least every time I go with my partner he always seems happy. I like the sales and discounts they have so make sure to sign up for the text messages or emails, as they can be helpful for sales/ discounts. If you like edibles, some good kush, cartridges, some pop roaches or drink, stizzies, shit even dabs, they got it all!! No matter what club you go to the taxes are high but with the discounts for the day, I guess it weighs out. I will say ai have yet to leave and spend under $100. read more

My husband takes prescribed by a Dr edibles for chronic pain, and sleep issues. He placed and order for 5 packs yesterday at 11:00am for delivery. At 9:00pm his products were still not delivered, and he was given the run around every time he called. He was told several times that he was the delivery persons next stop. They never showed up. It is 2:13pm the next day, and they haven't even reached out to make it right. We will never give Elemental Wellness our business again. And we have been giving them our business weekly for at least 6 yrs too. So disgusted, dissatisfied, and disappointed. Do better guys read more

This place used to be amazing no more than a year ago. They had *quality* products from Alien Lab, Connected, Almora, Jetty, Coldfire.....But then in the beginning of 2026, they heavily downsized and got rid of all of their best products. Nothing left now except cheap garbage. Emailed them about it and got a run-around reply. Really a shame to see such a good place plummet... If this has anything to do with downsizing or new management or something, their definitely poised to make it go outta business....and fast. Literally anywhere else has better selections. read more

The product selection has been slim and what is available is dog water. Well it's official, this place is going out of business. It's been 2 months and there selection has gotten smaller and smaller until BAM, they are OUT of all gummies now. The staff is 75% smaller, there are no cars in the parking lot, no customers in line. The remaining staff say it's new management cutting back but TYAT is going to be the nail in the coffin as the reason you came here was because they had TONS of great products. Sad. read more

Literally the end of an era. I've been a customer at elemental wellness since they only accepted medical patients. Even through the legalization period it remained singular in its attention to detail and enthusiastic service.. Now alas it has gone the way of the times. It seems recently they have chosen to reduce the quality of the brands they carry leaving us to choose between the most expensive or the bottom shelf cheapest. There is no longer an in between. Dependable brands like Alien Labs and Quiet Kings, and even the newer additions like Cookies, have been replaced with cheap knockoffs. Clerks give you the run around as to why. Grim times indeed. Hopefully they can get their act together soon. Until then we'll unfortunately have to search elsewhere. read more

Ever since 1/1/2026 they drastically cut back on their product selection and only carry 1 or 2 brands per category. I'm not sure what happened, but since the 1 brand of vape cartridge they sell isn't one that I like, I no longer have any use for this store and had to find an alternative after 3 years of being a regular customer. It's a shame, they were my favorite. Are they closing down and just trying to clear inventory? Did they get bought by private equity? Did the owner just watch moneyball? Went in to EW today and was met with the rudest customer service. The girl at the counter said their ATM was down and had a complete attitude about it. I asked when it would be up. No response. I asked how long its been down. No response. She just kept looking at her phone and ignored me. Then I go to the counter and discuss my purchase with the guy that was there. Again, attitude. I was asking about different strains and pricing. He was visibly getting annoyed after I asked my 2nd question. So apparently, we are supposed to walk in there and not talk???? This is probably my favorite dispensary in the Bay Area. Very spacious inside and they even have an order ahead kiosk so you don't have to scramble telling the budtender which items you like. But if you do have questions everyone is very knowledgeable and willing to help answer any questions that are asked. They even have daily deals listed when you walk in so it doesn't feel like you're spending so much. I was in the area last week and decided to stop by and surprised to see many unfamiliar faces. First and foremost, they fell off entirely - from customer service and overall how they run the business has completely changed in a negative way. Took us about 10 minutes to decide. I was happy with my choices, and I went to pay, but with my credit card. Unfortunately, they do not accept credit cards and I saw it nowhere.
