UPDATE | After my review was posted, my pickup order was declined yet my ACH was still charged (documented and disputed with my bank). I also received five unsolicited calls from management attempting to move this off written record. I've been a loyal customer of Elemental Wellness for over a decade, but the service has sharply declined this past year, and today's experience was the final straw. What Happened: * I placed a delivery order scheduled between 12:00-2:00 PM and stayed home the entire time. * I received no text updates, despite requesting them in the additional notes. I received no call even though they stated that they did call me, and no one rang my doorbell for a delivery order. I received no email update that my order had been cancelled either, just that it was on time and would be delivered in the requested timeframe. * At 2:15 PM, with no delivery or communication, I called the store. The associate was rude, accusatory and claimed the driver arrived and called me at 12:38 PM, which never happened. I received no call, no text, and no doorbell ring. I did receive an attitude, hella "sorry's and reprocess the order yourself." I reprocessed the order myself, I requested a supervisor and spoke with Sylvio, who assured me the order would be reprocessed and that my phone number was accurately updated. Frustrated, I submitted a one-star review detailing my experience. After that, the order stayed in "verify" status for over an hour, which is far from normal. I eventually canceled and reordered for pickup, and the same delays and lack of confirmation happened again. This experience shows a petty and careless attitude toward customer feedback. It's clear that Elemental Wellness no longer values customer experience, and I'm extremely disappointed. I will be taking my loyalty and business elsewhere. read more

This place used to be amazing no more than a year ago. They had *quality* products from Alien Lab, Connected, Almora, Jetty, Coldfire.....But then in the beginning of 2026, they heavily downsized and got rid of all of their best products. Nothing left now except cheap garbage. Emailed them about it and got a run-around reply. Really a shame to see such a good place plummet... The selection is decent or at least every time I go with my partner he always seems happy. I like the sales and discounts they have so make sure to sign up for the text messages or emails, as they can be helpful for sales/ discounts. If you like edibles, some good kush, cartridges, some pop roaches or drink, stizzies, shit even dabs, they got it all!! No matter what club you go to the taxes are high but with the discounts for the day, I guess it weighs out. I will say ai have yet to leave and spend under $100. read more

Literally the end of an era. I've been a customer at elemental wellness since they only accepted medical patients. Even through the legalization period it remained singular in its attention to detail and enthusiastic service.. Now alas it has gone the way of the times. It seems recently they have chosen to reduce the quality of the brands they carry leaving us to choose between the most expensive or the bottom shelf cheapest. There is no longer an in between. Dependable brands like Alien Labs and Quiet Kings, and even the newer additions like Cookies, have been replaced with cheap knockoffs. Clerks give you the run around as to why. Grim times indeed. Hopefully they can get their act together soon. Until then we'll unfortunately have to search elsewhere. read more

Ever since 1/1/2026 they drastically cut back on their product selection and only carry 1 or 2 brands per category. I'm not sure what happened, but since the 1 brand of vape cartridge they sell isn't one that I like, I no longer have any use for this store and had to find an alternative after 3 years of being a regular customer. They don't call they they text expect you to run out to their car. I can't do that the delivery for today clearly states the address the apartment number and they couldn't even get out of your car to look for the address so they left yet another failed delivery from elemental there excessively expensive. Their taxes are through the roof they give you no relief of that and to boot they want to give you shitty Customer Service. I think I will be going to Harborside from now on. read more

I was in the area last week and decided to stop by and surprised to see many unfamiliar faces. First and foremost, they fell off entirely - from customer service and overall how they run the business has completely changed in a negative way. Even tue strains they carry are no longer the quality they used to be and coming from a connoisseur myself where I like to smell my herb which is the deciding factor for me, well this is no longer allowed. Wanted to get my stuff delivered this evening, so I messaged the customer service chat with some product questions which took them over an hour to respond to. Once I figured out an answer and what I wanted, I went to place the order at 6:00pm on a Thursday. The only options showed Friday. I was immediately upset and so I called to find out if it was a mistake and the lady on the phone just said they can't do any more deliveries. Very frustrated by the lack of care for patients and that I will not be able to get my medicine tonight so I can sleep. Don't waste your time!! Also the customer service chat is extremely slow- also not worth the time.
