After a bad experience at another store I decided to give this store a try, and was not disappointed. The young man that was behind the counter wasn't to knowledgeable about some of the products but on the other hand, I gave him three thumbs up for being honest that he didn't have too much knowledge about the products and the questions that I was asking about, but his smile and eager to please was impressive, and his attitude was awesome to see. He tried his best to give good answers to my questions, but when he did not know, he admitted that and didn't try to upsell me or not try to manipulate me in any way to buy any such product come to find out there was a good product and he showed me all three brands. I decided to buy one of the brands, but again I would say I would visit the store again and if you're into certain vapes, it's a pretty clean, reasonable pricing store and in a good area parking is wide open all in all good experience read more

Deplorable. I've only ever posted one bad review on yelp... But, THAT was by far the worst experience with a terrible 10a-6p attendant I have ever had. I admit I was wearing sweats and looked a bit out of sorts but BOY did the morning attendant really treat me lesser than trash. BEWARE of asking ANY questions too, this terrible rep hates repeating himself. After 3 simple questions. Also, be sure to provide a license upfront because electronic CADMV is not accepted. Honestly I'm hiding ANY time that guy is around. He made me feel like my money wasn't good enough and I seriously wait til Kevin is in so I don't have to talk or feel demeaned by that terrible day attendant. 10-6 avoid AT ALL COSTS (!!) I'd like to add that as a business owner it brings me no joy in writing such a negative review. However, irate, rude, and disgruntled customer service makes a business, no money. I stopped by this shop around 11:25 a.m. and it was closed with a sign saying "be back in 15 minutes." After waiting a bit, a female employee came back, took the sign down, and went behind the counter. I walked in and said good morning but didn't get any response. I told her I was looking for disposable vapes and instead of explaining anything, she just tapped on the glass display. I moved a binder so I could see what she was pointing at, and she immediately moved it back and said, in a very condescending tone, something to the effect of, "That's a menu...use it." There was no explanation that the binder was a menu, and the whole interaction felt rude and awkward. Tapping on the counter and expecting customers to just know what you mean isn't good customer service. Use your words...On top of that, the prices are high. Short guy with a little thin stache and beanie had a very rude demeanor. I went to ask him about a vape flavor and as i was asking him i accidentally called the store. And i said, "oops sorry for calling just now". He shrugged his shoulders and laughed as if it was odd to call a vape store prior to coming in. I was very confused as to why he laughed at me for accidentally dialing the store. (I had just called to confirm they sell flavored vapes). And then the guy goes you called the store before coming in? And laughed again. I'm not sure if he's autistic but he needs help with how to speak to customers. Something is very off with him... My usual go-to place to buy E-Cigarettes. I went in today (6/7) as usual with a friend and was greeted by a female employee who I haven't met before. I am usually greeted by a male employee who is always very nice and helpful. At first, she was very welcoming and greeted us warmly. As I was purchasing, she asked for both of our identification. My friend, who was not purchasing anything, was not aware that he had to have his identification on him and even offered to retrieve it from the car! I explained that the product was for me and not my friend, though we understood that it may be a policy which is why he kindly offered to quickly grab his identification from his car. She immediately treated us with no kindness and simply said "I will just not sell to you guys then". I still said thank you, as I appreciated her time with at least helping us, but she ignored us and walked away to the back without another look or word. This was EXTREMELY upsetting and disrespectful as my friend even OFFERED to retrieve his identification from the car even though he was not the one making the purchase! We did not even have the chance to be able to prove ourselves to her. I am greatly upset as I have been recently frequenting this store and made it my current go-to versus other stores in the area. Will sadly not be coming back although their selection and line of products are very wide. A friend of mine has also recently been frequenting this store and has also had a bad experience with this same employee. Absolutely terrible service, a redhead girl with way too many piercings was being extremely rude to my wife and I. She was using foul language and didn't seem to care about anything besides her phone. I've been coming to this place since they had opened this location in Lundy. The service and personnel has always been extremely kind and helpful. But I guess they recently hired someone new who left such a sour experience for me not once but twice now that I felt compelled to write a review. I came in on two separate occasions looking for a prefill and a bottle of juice. While trying to figure out my selection, the employee spoke to me in a rude condescending tone of voice throughout the entire interaction. Honestly the tone conveyed to me that he thought I was "just another dumb customer" Wasn't very helpful at all either as I wanted to know what was currently popular and his response to me was "yeah I dunno man they're all popular." Upon purchase it really felt like he just wanted me out of the store asap. Sad to say I wont be coming to this store anymore because of this experience. When I first started coming here about 6 months ago the service was great and they always had the flavor I wanted for vape juice. But man have things taken a turn for the worst, the past 4 times in a row I've come in they haven't had the vape juice or any of the alternatives of the same brand. Then when I ask when they restock it and they say that day I call and they say there's a delay and they don't know when it will come. I noticed a very minor mistake on their website for a specific bottle of juice (typo in the ml of said bottle) and they immediately updated the listing error with the correct information in less than 10 minutes, so you know these guys are on top of their game for sure! read more

Placed order online and went to one of their listed locations in the South Bay for an in-store pickup. Employee then tells me that the product I had ordered is out of stock and to try another branch location. At this point I'm upset that they wasted my time to even drive there. The website should have not let me make the purchase if they do not have it in-stock! Furthermore, the employee didn't even offer to call around to the other stores to see if they had it. I had to ask him to do so. No resolve, so I asked to be refunded. Also, one of the other employees mentioned to his colleague as he was ending his shift, "Don't let the customers' bully you!" Came here looking for cbd disposable pens but I don't think they had any or I was just pointed to the wrong product which were drip disposable ecigs but nonetheless I picked a couple of those up since they had a deal and it was cheaper than me getting juice. I got the cotton cloud and the peach watermelon and they are both good flavors. I tried out the watermelon peach but it didn't work so I went back to tell them and I got a replacement only because I live down the street but if I didn't live close that would of been disappointing. I came in yesterday to buy 1 puff bar. It was obviously fake. Came in the same packaging. But it never hit right, and tasted dry and gross from the very beginning. I compared it to two of my old ones and the differences are highly noticeable. Fake vape devices are causing lung problems and death in young people. Do not buy devices from this store, for your own safety. I've included a photo where the left two are real (banana ice and cool mint) versus the one I bought here (peach ice). After comparing margins of the printed arrows and the inside materials of the device, peach ice was definitely fake. If the owner of this store is not convinced, I'll literally compare it to even more puff bars I bought in the past and even take this fake one apart. With the Vape Mail Ban my EDV flavor was no longer an option, same for my coils for the Tanks I use. I haven't been in a vape shop for 5+ years since I've mainly been buying online, I guess that changes now. I guess I also got lucky because after calling all around San Jose nobody had any of my EDV flavors, but this shop had good alternatives. The person who was working today really did a great job at finding a matching flavor based off of description and looking at the bottle. They also recommended a good tank and coil system. I was not looking forward to going through the process again of finding a good EDV, but the flavor they recommended is pretty on point with what my regular EDV is. The Tank and Coil system are a bit big but they do the job. I'll be sticking with local shops like this moving forward. read more

I went here with my cousin and we were looking into coils for his Nord. At first we weren't sure if they sold individual coils or packs of three. Luckily this place does sell individuals which makes it easy for people who only want to buy one at a time and not be stuck buying three. They had a few options for the types of coils and Jack was knowledgable enough to explain the differences in the coils. Jack was also very friendly and happy to share his knowledge on vape products.
