Don't waste your time coming here! One of my biggest pet peeves is when a business doesn't keep to their posted hours. I drove all the way here expecting them to be open, as posted, over 20 min before closing. As I was walking up, the person working was locking the door; again, they were supposed to be open for another 20+ min. Even after I knocked 3 separate times, they did not open the door. I could literally see them inside LOL what a joke. It blows my mind that some people can run a business like this! I miss the older lady that ran the prior shop here, the epitome of customer service and good humor, even through her broken English. The New shop is nice and clean. This place always has a great selection and what I love the most about this place is that it's Lowkey. It's in the middle of a busy plaza so parking can be kinda difficult especially during the dinner rushes but if you can find parking there's little to no wait. Stopped by Vape N Smoke the past couple of days in the search of new supplies. Each time, I was warmly greeted by the cashier (didn't catch their name) and was offered help in my search right away! This is my go to smoke shop in Milpitas, Iris working there is super kind and accommodating, came in to buy a down stem and they didn't have the right size (so she said come back in a few days and call before so i wouldn't waste gas checking if they had it which was really considerate of her) and since she was so nice i just bought a shorter down stem than i was supposed to to support (she did the best to find a replacement with what they had in stock), the variety of products they offer on a sidenote is insane along with any choice of rolling paper brand you can think of, and whatever accessories you need it's probably there. read more

My new Vape shop. It's closer to me, and thank heaven run by the owner instead of some 20-something with an attitude which is the main reason I sought out a new shop. I've been vaping for years, now and I know a lot about it, so I might ask a complicated question based on what I've read, and my experience. If you don't know, it's okay to say so, and offer what you do know to try and help me, but don't try and bull$#^@ me, like I started vaping last week. Iris is straight up honest, and remembers her customers, and what they bought previously, with no air of conceit like I started to get at Vape One in Milpitas, once the owner started making money and hired a bunch of kids. I prefer spending my money with down to earth people who, without even trying, build a little community around their shops by being friendly and knowledgeable, and can participate in conversation in person, (a quality our youth seems to find awkward) and offer an upbeat "hello!" even on a bad day. Yes, the store is on the small side, and in my car I passed it up twice, but it's packed with selections from floor to ceiling, so I'm never left wanting. Close to Grocery outlet so it's in my orbit, and I love spending local, so I'm actually somewhat happy when I'm out of juice! read more
