I have no idea why there's a lot of 1 star previews. I never had any issues with purchasing my products from here and if there was a problem, Niko who's super chill would help me out. The other workers are kind and nice too. Why don't people try to resolve their issues if the product they bought was bad and go back to the store and explain it. The world doesn't revolve around you. If you explain and work with them, you can get an exchange if you're unhappy. If you're bickering over something small, you should reevaluate your life lol. By the way, we're all humans, we make mistakes and sometimes the store closes on time (our fault) or it's locked when it's opened. Has anyone ever thought that the only worker may be using the bathroom or doing something important real quick even when it's suppose to be open? Learn to have patience. Usually don't write reviews, but for sure had to because I didn't have a good experience. I purchased a Puff Plus disposable. Opened and tried the device, had no flavor. There's a site that you can type in the code and verify the product. Turns out, it was invalid. I know, I should have verified before using it. I went back and told the guy that it was a fake and wanted a refund or exchange. He told me to type in the code and verify it in front of him. Same result. He said he was new, didn't know what to do and told me to come back the next day when the manager was there. Came back the next day, told the manager the situation, he asked twice to type in the code to verify, same result. It seemed like he didn't want to believe me and didn't want to do anything about it because I already opened it. Probably would just put it back to resell, if i hadn't. I told him I wanted my money back and wont exchange it for anything else because the other ones are probably just as bad. Ended up getting my money back probably just because I raised my voice while other customers were in the store. My friend and I live down the street we always come here. The date is 08/03/2021 I don't know who was working at 6:50 PM but the customer service was absolutely terrible this time. My friend bought a nicotine device that was 1600 puffs, we bought it went to the car and he tried to smoke it. No smoke came out, like any other store that has these problems they usually exchange it for a different one. That was not the case he decided to pull a fast one and give my friend one that was just 1000 puffs but my friend noticed and told him about it. He got extremely aggressive and said that wasn't his responsibility and said he would beat my friends ass. We decided to just leave the situation alone and come back when the manger is there and let him know how unprofessional that was of his employee to call customers out like that not not even refund or exchange something we paid for. I bought lottery tickets last week and the clerk allowed me to use a credit card. Today, I came back to buy another set. After processing the purchase, (same clerk) he told me that he charges $1 for credit card transactions. There was nowhere in the store that says lottery should be paid with cash. Both times I was there, clerk was rude and grumpy. I asked to buy 15 tickets (each ticket was $2 each), he insisted I can only buy 50. Terrible place and greedy owner. AVOID AVOID!!. I came in to buy a $30 vape pen. Realized I had bought the wrong one and wanted a refund about 30 mins later. The cashier told me exchanges ok but no refund. I insisted on getting a refund because I just had bought it moments earlier and they had no policy stating no refund, exchanges only displayed anywhere. He called his manager and his manager told me to come back the next day and they would process the refund. I came back the next day and manager/owner said only exchanges and no refunds. They wasted my time and told me to come back the next day and refused to refund me. He said he didn't know how to do refunds on the machine which is a bunch of bullshit. Somehow he knew i wanted a stronger battery for a dual coil nail and recommended a really nice, but also fairly inexpensive. Waleed helped educate me about vape pens and was really patient with me.
