It's so sad to see that all these vape shops have all these young people working behind the counters that don't know anything about what they're talking about but today all that ends due to the fact of fatcat smoke shop what an amazing place customer service outstanding , the couple there that runs the place are just amazing people in personality, customer service, oriented, and very professional at their jobs. Specially Nadia. She really came through in a big way for me. I was in there the other day and figured I'd try a new product vs the one I usually get just to try and see how it works. I figured if I dont like it then no biggie, I can just go back to what I usually get. The clerk turned me on to some CBD sour gummy worms in a jar for $35. Which is not bad for a 2 week supply. The gummy worms turned out to hard and stale, which wasn't cool. Because I had already opened and ate a few, I knew I wasn't going to get a refund or exchange. I noticed the lables on the jar didnt have a MFG/PKG date or an expiration/best by date. When I go to legit dispencary, they have dates on their products. Maybe this place should think about doing that. Other than that incident, this place is solid.
