Came in looking for bear quartz products and bought the slurper v1 at retail cost and gave no issues when using.

Came in they had a nice selection I almost spent $100 bucks and purchased a full box of loose leaf's, rolled one up it tasted like crap hurt my throat I came back asked for store credit so I'm not stuck with these cigars they don't offer you anything, so before you buy make sure you love it or your stuck with it I literally walked outside rolled one up in parking lot and he's basically telling me I'm shit out of luck read more

Very friendly place....nice customer service, they also treat you with respect They will take time to explain about any product

Absolutely amazing service the store owner knew what he was talking about and helped me and my best friend pick out a piece for her bf. The store prices are amazing and the work is beautiful 10/10 would recommend and will come back. read more

Great service, staff is always friendly and attentive. Store usually always has what I need in stock at reasonable price. Highly recommended. read more

The owner and employees say that they don't do shipment of certain flavors for juuls at a lot of places, that's why they charge 40 bucks for pods BUT IT IS A LIE! I have seen mango flavors, cucumber, you name it, for the same price it's always been, $27. Chevron on McKee, Shell on Alum Rock, Walgreens on Union Ave also have pods for $27 bucks. If you don't to be ripped off, you are better off going to local gas stations, Loop, Shell, Chevron. They will never charge you that much.. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF. Instead of waste $40 on pods, actually try going to different gas stations, some have different flavors for MUCH cheaper than this smoke shop. read more

I must say, I love this store. But I won't go back. Today was probably the 6th time I've gone. Their hours on Yelp say open at 10. I waited til 10:35 with nobody showing up and had to leave to go elsewhere. This was the second time that happened. I simply can't waste my time like that. Maybe the hours on Yelp are wrong. Oh well. read more

When I go to any place the one thing I look for is customer Service, and this place has it all!! Came in for a minor issue on my e cig device and with no hassle got it replaced. Also they have the biggest selection of glass/ water pipes that I have ever seen in this area. Check them out!!! And also huge selection of vapes/ juice read more

Good selection of rolling tobacco hard to find in the bay, They have also great selection of Glas pipes but I don't use them.

Went into Wicked today, I broke my bong before arriving and they were able to give me a super sweet Sheldon Black bong at a great rate! I recommend all of my friends and family to shop at "Wicked" Smoke Shop. By far the best smoke shop in LA read more

It's hella nice and hella big. They have a lot of people working behind the counter and they are all so friendly and have a vast knowledge of their products making it easy for the customer to find what they are looking for. User friendly. read more

This shop use to be my favorite. It does have a large variety of vape juices, and the staff is friendly. I rated this shop 3 stars because, they are much more expensive then the local surrounding shops. Their puff bars are 20% more expensive then bee hive down the street. Unfortunately, I am a regular customer but, I will start shopping else where. They need better competitive pricing. read more

I just went today and I was having a problem in my disposable vape. I went outside to try it and told the man thats on duty that it feels like it is burnt and he was like it isn't and I even told him that it doesnt taste good because I know what it taste like because i've been using the same product for 6months already. but he kept on telling that he won't replace it because theres no problem. As if he knows how it taste. Poor communication. Poor customer service. I walk out the store paid for the item I won't even use. Never going back to this store. read more

I just paid $40 for a 4pack of JUUL pods. The guy tells me they don't sell them at 7-11 anymore and I believed him. Just went to 7-11 and they sell the same pack for $28. Really upset I wasted my money here, I've purchased other items here several times with no issue. Lost my business, sad to say. read more

The guy was super helpful took his time to find what I needed or a similar compatible alternative. Most places workers would not even take time to try they will just tell you no and try somewhere else not the worker here though I was shocked and happy with how helpful and friendly he was. read more

This guy is over charging on his juices!! I paid over 30 bucks for a bottle when I can get the same else where for 20.... I was desperate lol so I paid it! read more

Great customer service, very knowledgeable about the products. Will definitely recommend this place!

The people at wicked smoke shop are great. The store itself has a wide variety to choose from. I purchased my first Vape pen and they were kind enough to put it together and show me how to fill it. And when I returned to purchase a new coil, they replaced it for me. No charge. This is definitely the smoke shop to go too. read more

I've been here on several occasions and quite honestly I love coming here. Especially on the last occasion where I spent like a fool and bought as much stuff as I possibly could lol I forgot his name but the cute white kid was super helpful and gave his opinion about products which were so right! Just love this place don't understand the bad reviews read more

Go see Brandon !! Great customer service, very knowledgeable and takes his time. The shop has a good selection and decent prices.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a vape pen yesterday and it didnt work. I brought it back today and he started arguing with me saying it wasnt broken and that it was fine. If it was fine I wouldn't have taken it back. After arguing with me he went to the case to get me a new pen to exchange, he then took my broken pen put it in the other box and put it back on the shelf. He was rude and basically acted like I was stupid, he said he would only make this exchange 1 time, as if it were my fault hes selling shitty product. Never going back here again read more

Wicked Smoke Shop in Campbell has an amazing selection of glass as well as vaping equipment and supplies. Lots of space! Not crowded on the weekend too, which is great for the customer. The manager/owner is outstanding. I especially liked hearing about the background of a particular glass piece, and even the bowls too. Wicked cool. Prices are good/fair. read more

Under new management and the store is pretty awesome. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a lot of new stuff compared to the store prior. This is definitely my go to smoke shop. read more

Wicked smoke shop has a huge selection of vapes/mods and all the accessories. The place is clean and fun to look around in. The staff was very understanding and patient with explaining their products to me. I felt like I had a bunch of dumb questions and they answered them all without making me feel like an idiot. It was totally worth it to pay a little bit more and know that there is a local store backing up their product. I will definitely be going back. Oh... and they are open 10 to 10; super convenient. read more

This shop is a personal fav. Have been to hundreds of head/smoke shops and this one has it all. Prices are a bit higher for premium product you're not finding anywhere else in the area and it's completely worth it. No you're not gonna find what you need at the chevron or mobil gas station. Hit this spot. read more

Clean and colorful shop. Omar was extremely nice and helpful. He helped us fit a down stem replacement into our pipe. We were out of there within 5 mins. On top of that, this location is close to our new apartment so we'll be back when the need arises. read more

I would give a 0 star rating if possible. Rude manager. Horrible customer service. Unprofessional do not shop here you can get the same product at a different place for Less with great customer service read more

Yo to the owner shut down or learn how to give space instead of hovering over customers while having to hear the whistle from your mod if they want to see something they'll ask you read more

Really disappointed with this place. I bought my first vape at this store and right off the bat had issues with it, it not only leaked all the time but after a month of use the lights slowly dimmed and stopped working. The batteries barely held a charge and it eventually stopped being functional. I came in to talk to someone about it and was told to come back on a Tuesday when the manager would be there. Came back Tuesday manager not fucking there. So I had to come back today I get there and the manager just looks at the vape and pretty much tells me it's fine and there's nothing he can do. You could have at least offered like batteries to replace mine or a new coil or something. Left with nothing. Wasted $166 on this vape. Like I get it you're not the maker of the vape but you're selling it and from a customer stand point the fact that you couldn't muster up anything to help me out was complete garbage. If you don't like your job then get a different one, people want to feel like they matter when they walk into your business. Just do yourself a favor and don't bother coming here. There are much better vape shops and vape shop owners around the area. read more

I stopped here and bought batteries. A couple hours later I couldn't get my mod to work all. I called and Omar and he said to come on down and he'd check it out. He recognized me and helped me right away. Spent a bit of time trying to get it going. The shop is well set up and has a great inventory. Definitely my new vape stop. read more
