He was speaking about "fucking muslims" and that his "Viking blood makes it hard to see people who look like they aren't even from here hitting women and shit". It wasn't even a passing comment, he continued on this gross rant until I decided to say "Y'know, this isn't the best conversation to be overhearing as I make my purchase". Then he mentioned something to the effect of "That's why I love working here. I can say what I want and they're cool with it". If what he says is true, and Paramount Imports is totally comfortable with their staff going on racist rants on the sales floor, then I am perfectly happy going somewhere else. I am just making this review so that others - particularly any Muslim people - stay away from this place. It's unfortunate, because it's an otherwise cool place.

I want to start this review by saying I started coming to this smoke shop because my dad has been…read morecoming here for a while. My experience has been great so far up until today. I purchased 2 vapes yesterday, 6/21 and one of the ones I bought stopped working after I used it for about 10 or so hits. I figured it's quite common since these things do break from time to time. I came back looking to exchange for a new one, since it stopped working not due to my negligence but faulty equipment. And the brand of device I was trying to exchange has a clear tank on it so you can see how much e liquid is left. Like I said, I used it for about 10 or so hits so it's literally full. The worker told me that since I used it, I can't exchange it because it's my fault it broke. He reiterated the fact that these devices, or this particular brand "doesn't break". He asked me questions like, "did you drop it" or "what did you do". So he let me know he'd give me a discount if I wanted another one. Keep in mind, I've been coming here every week and spending $50-100 every visit for the better part of 6 or so months. My dad comes here every week and spends the same. I figure since I am a customer who comes so frequently and spends close to $200 a month here, they would accommodate a replacement for me. Instead, he smirked in my face as if I were lying to him about the device breaking. This place didn't just lose 1 loyal customer, but multiple due to this instance. I could easily afford another pod/vape, but the customer service was unacceptable. Below you'll find a picture of the device I have for reference, the pod pictured is an old one but just wanted to give reference as to what I'm talking about. Safe to say, we will never be coming back here. Many other places you can choose from.

I just stopped by this amazing shop. Here's my experience: Nam was at the bar, and greeted me immediately. This is a big deal to me as I have numerous years of customer service experience. He was so helpful. I didn't feel like a burden while trying TONS of e-juice flavors. I told him around-about my flavor interests and he nailed it. His recommendations were spot on. All of them. Not just one, so I had a hard time choosing between 8! Haha dang. This place has THE BEST FLAVOR SELECTION. Quote me. The atmosphere is welcoming and has that "vape bar" feel. Even my fellow shoppers seemed at home while enjoying their mods and conversations. I've been coming here for about a year and a half now and have never been disappointed. I've been wanting to try a new flavor recently, but extensive research online wasn't enough for me. I was so glad to come in and see only 1 customer because it prompted me to ask him (wish I knew his name) a few questions and also recommendations on what I was looking for. Stopped in for my first visit to Stay Vaped to check out their shop and ended up picking up a mod kit and some juice. Guest service was on point and staff definitely knows their product. They have a good selection of hardware and juices that satisfy all tastes. They welcome everyone from the veteran vapers to those who are are looking to switch over from cigarettes. I've been to a lot of vape shops and I must say this is the best one I've been to. The owner nam is hella chill and on my first visit I sat at the tables because there was no room at the bar. He then personally came over and introduced himself to some friends and I and asked if we wanted to sample juices, we said yes and instead of us getting up to go get them he brought them himself The guys here are very knowledgeable. Stay vaped is by far the best vale shop in town. From the best liquid to the best mods and atomizers. They even have Vietnamese coffe which is the bomb diggity. Don't let me forget the employees treat everybody like Family which is the best thing I love about stay vaped. I don't think it gets better than that. The Swisher had $1.25 printed right on it, and mini Zig-Zags are usually around $1.50-$2. I've bought this exact combo at other shops for just a few dollars. Here, I was charged $11. Being rushed is one thing, but being overcharged that badly for basic items is another. I was hoping this would become my new local spot, but after this experience, don't think I'll be back.
