I don't know if this cashier is lying to me or not but I am here on April 1 and I checked out at 8:08 PM. I was here about a week ago and I got the happy hour. Granite, I did not wait for them to fully check me out. I asked him how many points I had and I told them take five dollars out of that and apply it to my bill so that they could get a five dollar tip when I gave them the cash. I go in today expecting points. It looks like last time. I was there the scenario I'm talking about right now instead of applying five dollars. She applied all of my points and gave herself a very large tip. She said oh that's not possible and I'm like yes it is because we're all handling in cashier ultimately instead of applying five dollars to my bill and keeping five dollars in cash for herself she applied all 13. That's the part that's irritating me. I've been coming here for so long and time and time again I'm having a worse experience. You're straight hiring scammers at this point. I've been buying Stiiizy pods for 2 years from this place. Some of the pods fail and I usually don't return them but recently the failed pods started piling up. So I decide to return a newly purchased one that failed. Despite having a receipt and returning within 48 hours (as their return policy states) they refused to return/exchange. I have about 5 failed pods from the dozens I purchased from White Fire and I was only asked to return one. These people too stoned to understand the concept or customer service. Disappointing and Inconsistent Policy Enforcement I came in today to pick up an order I placed around 4:13PM. Happy hour ends at 4:20 PM, and I received a text at 4:18 PM confirming my order was ready for pickup. I arrived at Whitefire at 5 PM, only to be told by the curbside attendant that I was being charged $4 more because I picked up the order after 4:20 PM. This policy was never enforced before--I've picked up happy hour orders after 4:20 PM multiple times without an issue. If I had known they'd enforce this selectively today, I would have documented all the times it wasn't a problem. Of all days to enforce this inconsistent rule, they chose Christmas Day. It's disappointing that they've made such a poor judgment call, especially during the holidays. I expected better customer service and consistency. read more

I've been going to White Fire as a loyal customer since their inception in January 2015, and as it has changed, it still is one of the best collectives in the south bay. The selection across the board from wax to flower to drinks and everything in between is well manicured and always stocked with a wide variety to choose from.
