I love this place normally. But nothing they did tonight made sense. Message on phone says gates close at 9:45 but they take people until 10. I placed an order at 9:40p. I live 6 min away. They texted me at 9:47 my order was ready. I was already en route. Arrive at 9:50. Security tells me to call to be let in. They say they are closed. I explain they texted me my order was ready but now I can't pick up. Staff need to change the phone message and hours of this is the case. Just backwards and bad customer service to pack my order but not let it get picked up before closing. Back to Elemental it is. read more

First off, when we walked to the back someone was helping us and then walked away from us and started helping someone else mid conversation. Also, RILEY was extremely unprofessional and rude. She put the wrong order in for me and rang me up for the wrong order and weed. I didn't notice they gave me the wrong weed until I walked out, when I walked back in and let her know, she told me she couldn't give me the right weed or exchange it for the one I originally wanted, even though it was completely her fault. We asked to speak to a manager and she told us she was the manager and she couldn't do anything for me due to her mistake and then walked away from me. No one took any accountability for their mistake. It's a huge inconvenience and reflects poor customer service. read more

Has gone down hill since it first opened. Wait time for curbside is hit or miss. Heard security tell someone who was walking outside while it's sprinkling say "its just a little water" but yet curbside was closed, why even offer it if your customers will have to get out and go inside the business anyway. There points system is rigged, I asked them before I made a purchase they said I was points away and I knew after my purchase I would have them the next time I went, so that exact day I got another 7 points I got a whole extra 4 points so I got my 10$ reward so the next time I went they said I only had 7 points. I wanted to give a big thanks to the guys and gals of White Fire who are putting their lives on the line so we can all get the weed we need to keep sane in this actual Hell World we're trapped in. I've been going to White Fire for the last few years, and each and every time, they've always treated me right. The folks there are so great. They know me by name, they go out of their way to find me the best deals, they're chill to talk with, and they actually treat me with respect and kindness. They've even been there for me, during the times in my life when I was at my lowest. They helped get me through hard times. It breaks my heart to see this place of happiness turn into one of fear of infection every single day now. This place is such a source of joy in my life, and it was so good to see the people working there having fun. There were so many smiles, jokes, a laid back and chill atmosphere. You felt welcomed into a home with people that were like a second family. So now it's horrible to see that family go through this. I worry everyday for their safety. I've never gotten the chance to tell them all how I really feel after everything they've done, so now I'm writing this to show how much this place and the people working there mean to me. I just want them to be happy again. I want this to be over with, so they can go back to that. They deserve better than this. And I feel bad for being so moody these days, and bringing that into this place I love so much. It's been so hard to keep happy and cheerful, but I know I need to be better for them. I asked the bud tender what was the freshest out of 3 different strains she told me everything is fresh they receive new inventory on Saturdays so I took her word for it once I got home and opened my bag the package was from 1/5/2020 the weed is 7 months old it was stale and dry and I paid $75.00 like come on that's unacceptable I'll pay $100 if it's worth it but to get dry old bud that's advertised as top shelf is not ok everything in the display looks old I thought the inventory would reflect different go at our own caution but for the prices and quality I would definitely stay away and go to Purple lotus or Church of Zion. read more
