Ever since he fired all his employees, this place is being run like shit. I'm pretty bummed all the good budtenders are gone and he just has people who don't know shit about weed. Mo is the only one left we really like. Been a long time customer of this guys business from PCF to now X1. We spend quite a bit each week. At this point the selection of product sucks, clearly no one's doing inventory (everyone's fired) The lines are now out the door and well over an hour long. Insane to make anyone wait that long. Hardly any product available again. We will have to go elsewhere now simply because of how ridiculous this place is being run. Mark my words it'll probably tank. Maybe start hiring people who know how to do this job not just chicks who have to wear crop tops and know nothing about good weed. Most of the girls think a $10 8th is fire I'm pretty bummed to see how this place is doing. I enjoyed having a club in town. Now we have to try off the charts all the way in Manteca. I hope this place can earn our business back. But unless it goes back to the way it was, I refuse to sit in 1 hour waiting lines, crappy customer service with 0 knowledge of the product and extremely low inventory on concentrates. carts are probably contaminated with pesticides it didn't feel or taste right. For the price it was 10$ for a cartridge. Probably fake unregulated or unlicensed carts for the low. my lungs hurt after a few puffs. Taste, was just metallic or unfamiliar to me. The high was off. those carts hurt me. read more

I really appreciate the girl who works the front desk, i cant remember her name but she is always smiling. she makes sure to greet me and other customers, making light conversation and building rapport. My second time back at X1 she recognized me and welcomed me back so warmly. just had to shout her out, all of the girls that have helped me inside have been... interesting. as another review stated, they seem like they are zoned out and annoyed at you asking questions. like they just hate their jobs! pretty unfortunate but since its the only club near my house i keep coming back. Been here multiple times, overall staff is nice but not liking the fact the floor is full of young women that don't know much about what they are selling this kind of defeats the purpose of a diverse work environment in my perspective maybe no one else has a issue with that but this is my take, Usually i am waiting in long lines but that is no issue due to me needing my medicine and considering it is the only decent dispensary in Tracy with nice prices. I can recall a time i came in and bought a 8th of snow cap moonrocks for roughly 30$+ at the time and peeled the label off and it was weighed to 2.5 grams. Prices are great staff/security is friendly & welcoming i wouldn't listen to the other bad reviews on this place definitely recommend experiencing it for yourself ! read more

DO NOT LISTEN TO ANY OF THE BAD REVIEWS. I have been going to Phenos (their sister store) and all their other stores for years. This is the only dispensary in tracy you should go to hands down. Nobody can beat their prices, they are constantly restocking and theres always new products. Staff are always super friendly and like i said for the price of everything theres nowhere else you guys could go. I would give 10 stars if i could read more

I usually don't leave reviews unless they are positive but this review was necessary. I come into X1 all the time and usually have great experience, the girls there are always very helpful and knowledgeable for the most part, they go above and beyond. I came in last week to stock up since there was a sale going on and a budtender named Anthony helped me. I don't know who hired this guy but he should probably hold a position where he doesn't work directly with PEOPLE. I was asking him for recommendations and he seemed to be annoyed by me asking questions, I just got the vibe that he didn't want to help me or probably didn't really want to be there. At first I thought it was just me, but I noticed he was a bit rude to one of the female budtenders as well. I even saw him staring / side eyeing another budtender who hadn't even noticed him and was helping a customer. It seems like he has hatred for a certain demographic of people or something. He kinda creeped me out. After I decided on my items and started getting my money out, he began to breathe hard as if he was irritated, and pretty much rushed me out of there. The girls are not like this, they are more vibrant, with better customer service, but this guy was mean and barely talks. Maybe you all should consider making him a trimmer or maybe give him a stock room position. Just a thought. Besides that, I'd recommend the Chicago Runtz and the Kahna Gummies. read more
