I was told that I had become "emotional" about a month ago about a delivery to an incorrect address (despite my having made sure the address I had clarified WAS correct). I have been treated terribly by them since and have decided to sever ties with Trees, and subsequently received this text in response from the main manager- "Actually your the one that mistreated this business, M- and R-. They placed a bad review against you. You didn't answer us that day and ordered from a different dispensary. You are rude and not considerate to this business and our other patients and drivers. We will not regret not having you. Bye!" (and there was an emoji of two finger giving the peace-out sign). It was confirmed to me that I have been a customer over 100 times. They knew my address. Don't regret having them. Skip Trees. (for the record, I always tipped, always had a smile and conversation with the delivery guys, and the man who used to answer the phone). I was a good customer - and I only ordered from the aforementioned different dispensary after they delivered to the wrong address and blamed me for it.

The doctor was patient and took the time to discuss my previous year's use of medical marijuana and answered my questions clearly and thoroughly. As a bonus, I can renew online next year! My experience was night and day compared to the place I used last year - the whole first come, first serve approach was absolutely awful! It just so happend that the people's remedy had them fully stocked. Went down there and had a nice conversation with the general manager about the business. Two things I like about this place. 1) They aren't marking up their products to an insane process point. I payed 40 bucks for the same Ursa cart I buy a CaliKosher but at CaliKosher they charge me damn near 70 bucks. That's ridiculous. 2) They don't round up the price of the product and then give you cash back for the difference like CaliKosher does (which has always seemed sketchy as hell to me) If they continue to carry Ursa ill continue to come back.

Made an account a few days ago and decided to order today. First I make my order on weedmaps but…read moreit took a long time for me to get an actual confirmation so I decide to call. I ended up calling 3 times till someone finally picks up. The person on the phone finds my order and proceeds to tell me they only have a half an ounce of my order available. He then proceeds to tell me he can swap the other half with a different strain. I say fine but since I like to spend quality time with one strain I prefer if you just give me an ounce of the strain you recommended. The person on the phone says my orders on the way and I'm good to go. A little while later I get a text stating my order will arrive in a half hour. My driver finally arrives and proceeds to hand me an ounce of the original strain I ordered. I was a bit perplexed so I told the driver the person on the phone only said you had half an ounce so I went with his recommendation. I also tell the driver that the price that I have is $10 dollars less then what was told and i show the driver my receipt. The driver the had to call the manager on duty who approves the 10 dollar first time customer discount. The driver then asks if I want to swap it out which I reply with yes I want what I ordered. The driver and I go to the back of the van then swap it out for the strain I ultimately decided on. The drivers leaves and then comes back literally 10 mins later telling me that they need the strain back. By then my cousin and I already opened the bag up. We get told that it was $240 and I then proceed to explain this entire situation to the manager on the phone. The manager then tells me it's okay but to prove what I was saying I screen shotted the text showing the price. It was to say the least the craziest delivery experience I've ever had but I must admit the flower was good which is why I'm giving 3 stars.

Let's go check this place out.. We were heading back to the bay, but needed a few essentials. The man who greeted us at the door was so friendly so my first contact was wonderful. Plus he had a really cool hat. Then we went into the store. We kind of knew what we wanted right away so we didn't look around. We waited for one of the people to approach us which only took about 30 seconds and a very friendly. Please forgive me. I forget his name, but he was a handsome black gentleman. Even worse, I had him write his name on the bag just so I wouldn't forget, and my mom tossed the bag. But anyway, let's get back to it. We told him what we were looking for, and he started showing me the options available.. We quickly chose what we wanted and asked if there was any kind of discount for our first timer. They didn't give a discount because their products had crazy awesome prices and deals, but they do give new customers a sick ass vibe hat. I was so impressed. I couldn't believe the quality of the hat they just handed us and there was several different choices of colors.. I'm a San Francisco Giants fan so of course I went with the black and orange, but I was really really impressed with the quality. We finished up our transaction and said our goodbyes when we went back outside I knew I wanted to take some pictures because the location is so unbelievably beautiful. Plus, I really like to do yelp reviews on businesses that I think do a good job because it lets everybody else know. I know how these yell reviews can really help a business. So I took some pictures of my mom with her cool hat on and holding product as I was snapping away some photos when we were getting ready to get back in our car, a insanely handsome man smiled at us, and then walked over. When he started talking to us, he said the nicest thing to me.. he said that our presence in the store really lightened up the mood in there and everybody really noticed the aura me and my mom let out and it was super positive and he appreciated it. Being a small business owner myself hearing those kind of things which I pride myself on my CUSTOMER SERVICE makes me feel so good and I really appreciated him coming over and telling me that. I appreciated the hat so much because I am a crafter and hats or something. I do not that I embroider or anything, but it felt really good to have that really nice words he said to us and it left us with a happy smile on our face as well and I'm glad I left the crew doing the same. I would absolutely recommend this dispensary and I know I will be coming back once I come to this area again. Go check it out.
