The problem is I can't tell if it's 2 older ladies or grandmothers working at the counter, but their problem is serious! I go to work 10 to 20 minutes later than the hospital visitors every day! My poor son was having excruciating ear pain, we were out of state and the first urgent care we landed at room forever to register me, only to find out that it would be a 2.5 hour wait. While my son was on the floor crying the receptionist there didn't feel bad for me or him. So in a state of needing to get care we drove here to Tracy urgent care. Not only did they care about my son but they got me in and out within 15 minutes and got my son the meds he needed! Dr. Grewal took care of me when I had my laceration from a freak accident I had gotten at work. My job sent me there cause I was bleeding so much it wouldn't stop. Drove 30 miles to Tracy urgent care because other Urgent cares in my area do not see infants, and recommend we compact some emergency rooms instead for a mild cold. I really hate to give negative reviews. But my experience today was just insane. I called Friday for information on COVID testing. The office staff was super nice and provided the information I asked for. We were told they opened Saturday at 9 and no appointment was needed. We show up at 855 and were the second people to check in. After ironing out some insurance issues, again great staff, we were set to be seen. I watched over the course of 2 hours as they took every person who walked in after us. I finally asked how long it would take, and we were ushered back into a room. The doctor came in for maybe 2 minutes and sent his nurse in for the testing. 2 hours for a 3 minute exam for 2 people. read more

The best Urgent Care I've ever been. First I called the office if they accept patients without insurance and out of pocket cost me $120. The lady in the front office set me up an appointment the next day. When I came in, they were very welcoming and the ladies in the front were very professional. I didn't even wait that long. I was called right away. When I came in, I love how clean and organize the place is. Dr. Grewal is very calm, takes his time to listen to my concern and highly informative in regards to my visit. I came in with an ear pain and I was worried about my dizziness. What I like about Dr. Grewal was he didn't have to prescribe me anything if its not needed. He explained everything to me and he was an excellent doctor. I honestly recommend this place. I am very picky when it comes to Urgent Cares and clinics and so far I had the best experience here. 3.5/5 Rounded up Where I do like the Doctors and staff at this clinic I do not like the wait times. The Doctors I have seen here are really nice and managed to help diagnose me when my last Doctor couldn't which I am very appreciative of. It wasn't anything serious, just a partial tear in my ACL and bad case of Runners knee but at least now after over a year with the correct procedures I am well on the road to recovery. I also have my asthma treated here and haven't had any complaints in getting the prescriptions I need. The wait times however are not so great. If I have an appointment at 4pm I expect to be seen at 4pm. 5 minutes late, yes.. maybe even 10 as I understand appointments don't always run on time but 4:30 or even 4:45 isn't acceptable especially when you have your own schedule to keep to. Decent enough place, I have definitely been to worse. read more

Unprofessional and poorly run. I came in with severe chest pains. We were from out of state and traveling so didn't know the area or where to go. I walked in. And stood there for five minutes. The problem with that was there was a girl sitting right there on her computer. Never looked up never greeted me. I have been coming to Tracy Urgent Care off and on for about 3 years. As many have said, Dr. Grewal is quite good. He really listens to what you have to say, and then gives an honest and direct analysis. He's efficient, but also thoughtful. If you can, come during the day on a weekday. I think that's when Dr. Grewal usually works. Oh, and the Billing Department was really good with the previous lady, but she moved to the South. I haven't worked with the new person yet. Also, Tracy Urgent Care has great prices for people who don't have insurance. This has been a huge factor for me over the years. I couldn't give 5 stars because: sometimes the front desk just doesn't seem to care much, and the wait can be really long without an appointment - and since they're an Urgent Care, they can't really give good ETAs. Make an appointment if you can, call at least the day before. read more

I rolled my ankle playing soccer, and it swelled up really bad. The staff at Tracy Urgent Care were very courteous and conscientious of my needs, and made sure I did not have to wait very long to see the physician. After entering the doctors examination room, I did not wait more than 5 minutes for Dr. Grewal to arrive. His examination was thorough, yet swift. What kind or urgent care closes on weekends?? They sent my prescription to CVS on Friday afternoon. Unfortunately, CVS ran out and there is no way to get a hold of the urgent care office to get an alternative to use through the weekend.
